1Critical Cooling Rate for the Glass Formation of Ferromagnetic Fe_(80)P_(13)C_7 Alloy显示文摘In this paper the critical cooling rate, Rc, for the glass formation of Fe80P13C7 alloy has been determined using both Uhlmann's and Barandiaran-Colmenero's method. In Uhlmann's method, all kinds of the expressions of △Gl-s (T) and η (T) determined using the different modes and methods had been investigated. It is indicated that the R c for the glass formation of Fe80P13C7 alloy can be estimated to be 349 K/s by Uhlmann's method based on the appropriate expressions of △Gl-s (T) and η (T). The calculated result accords with our experimental result. The R c for the glass formation of Fe80P13C7 alloy has also been determined to be 0.49 K/s using Barandiaran-Colmenero's method. 2Mie Potential and Equation of State of Zr_(48)Nb_(8)Cu_(14)Ni_(12)Be_(18) Bulk Metallic Glass显示文摘The linear expansion of Zr_(48)Nb_(8)Cu_(14)Ni_(12)Be_(18) bulk metallic glass(BMG)with excellent glass forming ability and high thermal stability is investigated by a dilatometry method.The average expansion coefficient is α TG=1.04 × 10^(-5) K^(-1)(300-656 K)for the BMG and α TG=1.11 × 10^(-5) K^(-1)(356~890 K)for the crystallized alloy.The Mie potential as well as the equation of state of the BMG and its corresponding crystallized state are determined from the thermal expansion and ultrasonic data,and the differences among them are phenomenologically explained.张勇 潘明祥 汪卫华 2001Chinese Physics Letters2001,18,6:0
