| 2 | 白光LED用红色发光粉LiGd(MoO_4))2:Eu^(3+)的制备和发光特性显示文摘采用高温固相法制备了LiGd1-xEux(MoO4)2钼酸盐红色发光粉,利用XRD和发光光谱技术对粉体进行了性能表征。结果表明:该系列发光粉均为四方晶系的白钨矿结构,能够被近紫外光(395nm)有效激发,产生Eu3+的5D0→7F2特征跃迁红光发射(616nm)。x=0.4时,即LiGd0.6Eu0.4(MoO4)2样品的发光强度超过商用红粉Y2O2S:Eu3+发光强度的5倍,虽然比未加入Gd样品LiEu(MoO4)2的发光强度略低,但LiGd0.6Eu0.4-(MoO4)2样品的组分中却减少了60%的Eu用量,明显降低了原料成本,更具实用价值,有希望成为白光发光二极管的红色发光材料。 | 席翠省 高元哲 王萍 石士考 王瑞芬 周济 | 2010 | 发光学报2010,31,3: | 23 |
| 3 | A potential red-emitting phosphors scheelite-like triple molybdates LiKGd_2(MoO_4)_4:Eu^(3+) for white light emitting diode applications显示文摘A series of novel red-emitting phosphors scheelite-like triple molybdates LiKGd2-xEux(MoO4)4(0.1 ≤ x ≤ 1.9) were synthesized by solid state reaction method and their photoluminescence properties were investigated. The photoluminescence results show that all samples can be excited efficiently by UV (396 nm) light and blue (466 nm) light and emit red (615 nm) light with line spectra,which are coupled well with the characteristic emission from UV-LED and blue LED,respectively. The experimental results and their analysis suggest that the energy transfer occurs due to dipole-dipole interactions among Eu3+ ions in LiKGd2-xEux(MoO4)4. Compared with Ca0.8MoO4: Eu 30+.2,the emission intensity of LiKGd0.9(MoO4)4: Eu 13.+1 is about 1.4 times higher and the CIE chromaticity coordinates are as close to the National Television System Committee (NTSC) standard values as those of Ca0.8MoO4: Eu 30+.2. | 4 | Synthesis of LiEu_(1-x)Bix(MoO_4)_2 red phosphors by sol-gel method and their luminescent properties显示文摘The Bi3+ doped molybdate-based red-emitting phosphors, LiEu1-xBix(MoO4)2, were successfully synthesized with a sol-gel method. The prepared LiEu1-xBix(MoO4)2 phosphors exhibited pure and intense red emission at 613 nm under the excitation of near-UV 394 nm. It was discussed in detail that the influence of the synthesis conditions such as the doping concentration of Bi3+, the dose of citric acid, pH of the precursor solution and the sintering temperature on the emission intensity of the phosphors. According to the results, the optimal condition was obtained: the doping concentration of Bi3+ was 15 mol.%, molar ratio of citric acid to metal ions was 1.5:1, pH of the precursor solution was 1.0 and the sintering temperature was 800 ?C. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the LiEu0.85Bi0.15(MoO4)2 phosphor prepared under the optimal condition indicated that the phosphor was single phase with tetragonal scheelite structure. The Commission Internationale de l'E-clairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinates of LiEu0.85Bi0.15(MoO4)2 were (x=0.655, y=0.345), which were closer to the national television stan-dard committee (NTSC) standard values (x=0.670, y=0.330) than that of a commercial red phosphor of Y2O2S:Eu3+(x=0.630, y=0.350). | 6 | Red emitting tungsto-molybdate phosphor for near-ultraviolet light-emitting diodes-based solid-state lighting显示文摘A series of novel red tungsto-molybdate phosphors, LiEu1 xSmx(WO4)0.5(MoO4)1.5 (x = 0, 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75%, 1.00%, 2.00%, 4.00%, 6.00%, 8.00% and 10.00%), were synthesized using conventional solid state reaction methods. The experimental results indicate that the introduction of Sm3+ changes neither the crystal structure nor the shape and position of the emission spectra. However, it extends the excitation region at 400 nm and enhances the emission at 615 nm.
