| 1 | 影响白内障患者术后生活质量的相关因素分析显示文摘目的分析影响白内障术后生活质量的相关因素。方法选择265例行白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶体植入术患者,采用低视力者生活质量量表中文版(CLVQOL)调查术前及术后生活质量。结果术后3个月CLVQOL总分和远视力、移动和光感(A)、调节能力(B)、读和精细工作(C)、日常生活能力(D)评分均较术前显著提高(P<0.05)。视力提高值不同分级组CLVQOL总分和远视力、移动和光感(A)、调节能力(B)、读和精细工作(C)、日常生活能力(D)评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),经Spearman相关分析,CLVQOL总分与视力提高值分级呈正相关(r=0.621,P<0.05)。双眼手术、术后视力提高值、合并青光眼、合并糖尿病视网膜病变与白内障术后生活质量密切相关(P<0.05)。结论白内障手术复明能显著提高患者低视力生活质量,视力提高值与生活质量密切相关,双眼复明患者生活质量更高,合并青光眼、糖尿病视网膜病变的将影响患者术后生活质量提高。 | 马力 姚克 | 2013 | 中国现代医生2013，51，33： | 5 |
| 2 | Liquefaction for cataract extraction显示文摘A systematic review of the recent literature regarding the implementation of the liquefaction in cataract surgery and its short-term and long-term outcomes in various parameters that affect the quality of patients' life,including visual rehabilitation and possible complications was performed based on the Pub Med, Medline, Nature and the American Academy of Ophthalmology databases in November 2013 and data from 14 comparative studies were included in this narrative review. Liquefaction is an innovative technology for cataract extraction that uses micropulses of balanced salt solution to liquefy the lens nucleus.
