1姜黄素与胡椒碱联合用药的研究进展显示文摘姜黄素是从姜科植物中提取的一种多酚类化合物,具有抗炎、抗癌、抗氧化、肝保护等作用,但其溶解性较低,生物利用度不理想的特性限制了其的临床应用。胡椒碱是胡椒中含量及活性最高的化学成分,具有抗氧化、降血脂及抗肿瘤等作用,是一种生物活性增强剂。胡椒碱与姜黄素联合用药,能够增加姜黄素的血药浓度,延长消除半衰期,降低代谢清除率,提高生物利用度。本文就姜黄素与胡椒碱联合用药研究进行综述。刘祖浩 陈仕红 何晓玲 常聪 郑国华 张丽萍 2019湖北中医药大学学报2019,0,4:6
2Development of RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of docetaxel and curcumin in rat plasma: Validation and stability显示文摘The purpose of the present research was to develop a suitable, simple, precise, accurate,robust, and reproducible RP-HPLC method for a reliable simultaneous quantification of docetaxel(DTX) and curcumin(CCM) in rat plasma samples using paclitaxel(PTX) as an internal standard. The samples were assayed by the Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC instrument using a Capcell Pak C8 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) under isocratic conditions. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and triple distilled water(40/60, v/v) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The eluent was monitored at 230 nm for simultaneous measurement of curcumin and docetaxel. The method was validated by determining system suitability, selectivity, sensitivity, linearity, inter-day and intra-day precision, accuracy, robustness, and stability in accordance with the guidelines of the United States Food and Drug Administration(FDA).The developed chromatographic method proved to be simple, precise, accurate, robust and reproducible. Moreover, the samples showed stability at room temperature over a period of 48 h. 3BOX-BEHNKEN设计-效应面法优化黑胡椒中的胡椒碱提取工艺显示文摘以黑胡椒为原料,采用乙醇热回流方法提取其中的胡椒碱,研究了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取次数、提取时间这4个因素对胡椒碱得率的影响,同时利用BOX-BEHNKEN试验设计方法研究这个4个因素对胡椒碱得率的影响并进行优化.分析结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数83%,料液比1∶11,提取次数3次,提取时间2.5 h.胡椒碱得率可达5.45%,预测值与实际值高度一致,表明该工艺可提高从黑胡椒中提取胡椒碱的得率,为以后黑胡椒的深度开发提供了参考.王韬 王志尧 陈飞 常霞 马艳妮 姜晓 2021河南科学2021,39,12:0
