12型糖尿病患者简化格式化生活方式干预效果评价显示文摘目的评估简化格式化生活方式干预对改善2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者生命质量和自护行为的效果。方法纳入2015年5—8月在南通大学附属医院就诊的99例T2DM患者为研究对象,随机分为常规教育组和章本教育组,分别给予常规糖尿病教育和简化格式化生活方式干预,干预6个月。干预前后对两组患者进行体格检查、实验室检测、生命质量(DSQL)和自护行为(DSCS)评价,比较两组患者各指标变化情况。结果干预前,两组患者年龄、性别、治疗方式等一般情况,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)等血糖、血脂指标,生命质量各维度和自护行为各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,章本教育组患者上述血糖、血脂指标和生存质量各维度评分均下降(P<0.05),自护行为各维度评分均上升(P<0.05),且各方面均优于干预后的常规教育组(P<0.05)。结论与常规糖尿病教育相比,简化格式化生活方式干预可更有效地改善T2DM患者生命质量,提高自护行为,控制血糖、血脂指标。王鑫蕾 崔世维 朱晓晖 顾云娟 赵小芹 葛子君 2018预防医学2018,30,8:5
2矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷对α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制动力学显示文摘通过超滤-高效液相色谱、酶动力学以及分子对接等方法研究矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷对α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶活性抑制的机制。结果表明,矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷以可逆非竞争性的方式抑制α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性。此外,荧光猝灭分析结果表明,在疏水作用力驱动下,矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷可与两种酶结合生成复合物。分子对接结果显示,矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷通过氢键与疏水作用力与α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶的关键氨基酸残基相互作用,其结合能分别为-7.8 kcal/mol和-9.8 kcal/mol。本研究为矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷作为功能性膳食食品中α-淀粉酶/α-葡萄糖苷酶的潜在抑制剂的开发提供了新思路。王伟 崔妍 郑明珠 蔡丹 刘景圣 刘美宏 刘回民 2023食品科学2023,44,16:0
3Exploration of natural enzyme inhibitors with hypoglycemic potentials amongst Eucalyptus Spp. by in vitro assays显示文摘AIM: To investigate the presence and potency of natural enzyme inhibitors with hypoglycemic potentials amongst Eucalyptus Spp. by in vitro assays.METHODS: The leaf extracts of the three different Eucalyptus species [E. globulus(EG), E. citriodora(EC), E. camaldulensis(ECA)] were subjected to in vitro assay procedures to explore the prevalence of natural enzyme inhibitors(NEIs) after preliminary qualitative and quantitative phytochemical evaluations, to study their inhibitory actions against the enzymes like α-amylase, α-glucosidase, aldose reductase, angiotensin converting enzyme and dipeptidyl peptidase 4 playing pathogenic roles in type 2 diabetes. The antioxidant potential and total antioxidant capacity of the species were also evaluated.RESULTS: Major bioactive compounds like polyphenols(341.75 ± 3.63 to 496.85 ± 3.98) and flavonoids(4.89 ± 0.01 to 7.15 ± 0.02) were found in appreciable quantity in three species. Based on the IC50 values of the extracts under investigation, in all assays the effectivity was in the order of EG > ECA > EC. The results of the ferric reducing antioxidant power assay showed that the reducing ability of the species was also in the order of EG > ECA > EC. A strong correlation(R2 = 0.81-0.99) was found between the phenolic contents and the inhibitory potentials of the extracts against the targeted enzymes.CONCLUSION: These results show immense hypoglycemic potentiality of the Eucalyptus Spp. and a remarkable source of NEIs for a future phytotherapeutic approach in Type 2 diabetes.Baishakhi Dey Analava Mitra Prakash Katakam Rajeev K Singla 2014World Journal of Diabetes2014,5,2:0
