1微细粒钛铁矿和钛辉石的剪切絮凝浮选行为显示文摘通过矿物可浮性试验、粒径测试、光学显微镜测试、浊度沉降法和颗粒间相互作用的计算,对微细粒钛铁矿和钛辉石的剪切絮凝浮选行为进行分析.结果表明,适宜的搅拌强度和搅拌时间可提高微细粒钛铁矿和钛辉石的可浮性,搅拌强度对剪切絮凝的影响随颗粒疏水性的增强而变小,絮体粒径随搅拌强度的增加而明显增大.钛辉石形成的絮体主要为开放型的枝链状结构,而钛铁矿絮体枝链闭合,较为密实;矿物的剪切絮凝行为与矿物可浮性的变化是一致的,这两种矿物颗粒在捕收剂溶液中均能发生絮凝行为.范桂侠 曹亦俊 2015中国矿业大学学报2015,44,3:8
2硫化铜矿SAG(半自磨)磨矿废品浮选药剂的交互作用显示文摘浮选药剂在黏土矿中基础矿物的选矿中表现出复杂的行为。利用中心组合设计法研究浮选药剂对低品位高黏质硫化物矿中铜浮选效率的交互作用。初步结果表明,在石灰作pH调节剂的情况下,异丙基黄原酸钠(SIPX)和O-异丙基-N-乙基硫基氨基甲酸酯(IPETC)是最有效的捕收剂。在不同的pH值下,评估捕收剂(SIPX和IPETC)用量和起泡剂甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)用量对分离效率的影响。基于方差分析(ANOVA)结果,对于分离效率而言,捕收剂用量与pH值以及捕收剂用量与起泡剂用量之间的交互作用显著。在低捕收剂用量时,pH值从9提高到11可使IPETC的铜分离效率从81%提高到86%,SIPX的铜分离效率从77%提高到86%。方差分析结果表明,在pH值11、8.6 g/t SIPX、7 g/t IPETC和20 g/t MIBC的条件下,铜分离效率最高(88.7%)。最终,可得出结论,捕收剂SIPX和IPETC更适合于处理高黏质硫化矿。Ali AHMADI Mojtaba REZAEI Seyed Mohammad SADEGHIEH 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,3:6
3Effect of copper slag recovery on hydrometallurgical cut-off grades considering environmental aspects显示文摘Determining the hydrometallurgical cut-off grades specifies the destination of low grade materials and this is subjected to more benefits in mining. Copper production rate is considered as one of the fundamental issues in hydrometallurgical cut-off grades determination. Slags are remarked as one of the main sources of copper. It is not only regarded as a waste but also identified as another resource extracting base metals. Slags are characterized by copper high grade. Thus, slag copper recovery can be led to different cut-off grades and net present value(NPV). The current research scrutinizes the effect of slag recovery by both flotation and hydrometallurgical methods on the hydrometallurgical cut-off grades. For this purpose, the optimum cut-off grade algorithms of hydrometallurgical methods are developed by considering associated environmental parameters, incomes and also the costs. Then, their optimum amounts are calculated with NPV maximization as an objective function. The results indicate that considering slag copper recovery in the hydrometallurgical cut-off grade algorithms reduces the environmental costs caused by slag dumping and leads to more NPV by 9%.AFSHIN AKBARI ESMAEIL RAHIMI 2016Journal of Central South University2016,23,4:2
