1Physics characteristic of coupling arc of twin-tungsten TIG welding显示文摘Twin-tungsten TIG welding was developed, in which two electrodes were placed in a single welding torch. In order to master this process, the arc physics characteristic was studied. The twin-tungsten coupling arc shape was observed by using CCD camera, and the arc pressure was measured. The results show that the coupling arc includes two arcs that pull each other according to Lorentz force and one big coupling arc is formed; the coupling arc pressure is much lower than that of conventional TIG arc. In the end, a simple welding experiment was carried out. This proves that stable welding process can be achieved by twin-tungsten TIG at higher current than that of conventional TIG because of its low arc pressure and the high efficiency welding is realized.张广军 冷雪松 吴林 2006中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2006,16,4:6
2A study on twin-tungsten TIG welding method显示文摘A new twin-tungsten TIG (T-TIG) welding method was studied. This method differs from the conventional TIG method,it places two electrodes insulated from each other in the same welding torch,and a coupling arc is generated from the two electrodes. The coupling arc pressure was measured and preliminary welding experiment was made. The results show that the coupling arc can keep arc pressure at a low level compared with conventional TIG arc,and welding can be achieved under higher current and high travel speed with sound appearance of weld. 316Mn钢薄板TIG焊接头组织与性能分析显示文摘本文采用TIG焊接方法焊接4mm厚的16Mn钢薄板,分析了焊接工艺参数对焊接接头外观形貌、金属显微组织和硬度的影响。实验结果表明,随着焊接线能量的增加,而焊接速度减小,焊缝熔宽和余高增大,焊缝区组织除了铁素体和珠光体还出现了贝氏体,同时焊缝金属晶粒粗化;在焊接热影响区有魏氏体组织形成,使焊接接头的塑性和韧性下降。另外,焊接线能量较大时,焊接接头金属的显微硬度产生突变,降低了焊接接头的使用性能。闫霞 屈金山 黄峰 韩志伟 张德远 2009现代焊接2009,,12:4

5Effect of activating flux on arc shape and arc voltage in tungsten inert gas welding显示文摘The effects of activating fluxes on welding arc were investigated. A special set of water-cooling system and stainless steel were used as parent material. During welding process, high-speed camera system and oscillograph were used for capturing instantaneous arc shape and arc voltage respectively. The experimental results indicate that the SiO2 flux can increase the arc voltage, while TiO2 has no this effect on arc voltage. 6活性剂对OCr19Ni9不锈钢A-TIG焊熔深和微观组织的影响显示文摘研究0Cr19Ni9不锈钢A-TIG焊中不同配比活性剂组分(x%SiO_2、y%TiO_2)对焊缝熔深及其微观组织的影响。结果表明,与无活性剂的焊缝相比,施加合适配比活性剂的焊缝熔深增加较为明显(超过2 mm)。与单一成分活性剂相比,二元活性剂SiO_2与TiO_2之间存在一定协同效应,使焊缝熔深增加更为明显。使用活性剂焊接的焊缝中铁素体相有所增加,并且铁素体变得更加细小弥散。同时,焊缝奥氏体晶粒明显得到细化,但熔合区晶粒有增大趋势。沈向前 邓鹏 李耀辉 2015电焊机2015,45,12:1
7ICP–AES法测定钨铈合金中的铈、镧、镨、钕、钬、镱显示文摘采用ICP-AES法检测钨铈合金中铈、镧、镨、钕、钬、镱的含量。选用8mL硝酸(1+1)与10mL浓过氧化氢作为溶剂溶解样品,铈、镧、镨、钕、钬、镱的分析谱线分别为418.659,408.671,396.481,378.425,345.600,328.937um。各元素工作曲线线性良好,线性相关系数均大于0.99990。方法检出限为0.006-0.015gg/mL,加标回收率为90.5%-106.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.51%~6.11%(H=61。该方法溶样速度快,精密度、准确度较高,可用于于钨铈合金中铈、镧、镨、钕、钬、镱的测定。褚连青 毛新齐 2015化学分析计量2015,24,6:1
8氧元素和硫元素对熔池影响的数值模拟显示文摘为了探究氧元素和硫元素分别对熔池的影响,建立了数值模型并计算出含有不同的氧和硫的304不锈钢钨极氩弧焊的瞬态温度场及速度场。模拟结果显示,硫元素和氧元素改变了熔池的表面张力,增加熔深进而影响熔池形貌。元素含量较低时(5×10-5),含有硫的熔池深度大大超过含有氧的熔池深度;在高元素含量时(15×10-5),分别含有硫和氧的熔池熔深没有差别。当氧含量或硫含量超过20×10-5时,熔池的形貌将不再发生变化。陈文骐 蒋渝 袁忠宇 2015热加工工艺2015,44,5:0
