| 1 | 通脉舒络胶囊对缺血性中风气虚血瘀型患者血清TXB_(2)及6-Keto-PGF_(1α)影响的研究显示文摘目的观察通脉舒络胶囊治疗缺血性中风气虚血瘀型患者的临床疗效,对患者血清血栓素B_(2)(TXB_(2))、6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-Keto-PGF_(1α))含量的影响。方法筛选符合试验要求的缺血性中风气虚血瘀型患者,随机分成通脉舒络胶囊治疗组116例和对照组102例,治疗4周。分别于治疗前及治疗后第4周后对比观测两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale, NIHSS)、中医主要证候积分、血清TXB2和6-Keto-PGF_(1α)的含量,评价通脉舒络胶囊临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、NIHSS评分较治疗前均有明显改善;两组患者的血清TXB_(2)及6-Keto-PGF_(1α)水平较治疗前均有改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论通脉舒络胶囊可有效改善缺血性中风气虚血瘀型患者的临床症状,修复其神经功能损伤,调控患者的血清TXB_(2)及6-Keto-PGF_(1α)含量水平,改善其预后,值得进一步进行临床研究。 | 黄艳丽 沈晓明 王佳彬 苏朝阳 边颂博 John Ealing | 2021 | 时珍国医国药2021，32，9： | 3 |
