1The contribution of distant hybridization with decaploid Agropyron elongatum to wheat improvement in China显示文摘Wheat is a staple food crop in the world as well as in China. Because of the progress of wheat breeding and other agricultural sci-technologies, the wheat grain yield per unit area has increased more than five folds from 1952 to 2006 in China. The first part of this article briefly reviews the history of wheat breeding in China. Second, the establishment of 'Triticum aestivum-Agropyron' distant hybridization system and its contribution to wheat production and breeding in China are summarized. Finally, the future challenges of wheat breeding are discussed, which include how to increase the utilization efficiencies of water, soil nutrient and light energy through breeding. 2β受体阻滞剂在中国高危冠心病患者中的应用现状调查显示文摘目的:了解国内高危冠心病(CHD)患者β受体阻滞剂的使用现状,分析与用药相关的影响因素。方法:借助一项国际多中心大规模临床试验在中国实施之际,分别于2007年及2009年在14个城市的51家医院进行调查,对符合条件的CHD患者,利用电子问卷采集临床资料,对经临床试验证实且明确推荐用于二级预防的几种药物的使用情况进行统计描述和分析。本文将重点分析其中的β受体阻滞剂使用情况。结果:本调查共纳入13 078例CHD患者,均有服用β受体阻滞剂的适应证,但服用β受体阻滞剂的比例仅为60%,心肌梗死后患者服用β受体阻滞剂的比例也仅为61.9%。曾接受冠状动脉血管重建术的患者及伴有高血压的患者β受体阻滞剂用药比例较高。各种β受体阻滞剂中,美托洛尔和比索洛尔使用最为广泛。结论:国内CHD患者目前β受体阻滞剂的使用状况与指南要求存在差距,如何将循证医学证据与临床实践有机结合,让尽可能多的患者从中受益,仍是临床工作者及卫生决策部门面临的重大问题。张海波 张丹 李静 李希 冯芳 刘佳敏 高岩 乌汉毕力格 葛蕾 庞鑫 CHEN Yiping CHEN Zhengming LANDRAY Martin ARMITAGEJane CHEN Fang 蒋立新 2011临床心血管病杂志2011,27,6:25

5Effect of carbon addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of CoCrFeNi high entropy alloy显示文摘The effects of C element on the microstructure and properties of CoCrFeNiCx high entropy alloys(x denoted the atomic fraction of C element at 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.5) were investigated. The equal molar CoCrFeNi alloy with FCC structure exhibits high ductility but weak strength. With the addition of C element, both the hardness and strength of the CoCrFeNiCx high entropy alloys increase as well as the wear resistance. 6A promising new class of irradiation tolerant materials:Ti_2ZrHfV_(0.5)Mo_(0.2) high-entropy alloy显示文摘Recently, high-entropy alloys(HEAs) or multi-principal-element alloys with unprecedented physical,chemical, and mechanical properties, have been considered as candidate materials used in advanced reactors due to their promising irradiation resistant behavior. Here, we report a new single-phase bodycentered cubic(BCC) structured Ti_2 ZrHfV_(0.5)Mo_(0.2) HEA possessing excellent irradiation resistance, i.e.,scarcely irradiation hardening and abnormal lattice constant reduction after helium-ion irradiation,which is completely different from conventional alloys. This is the first time to report the abnormal XRD phenomenon of metallic alloys and almost no hardening after irradiation. These excellent properties make it to be a potential candidate material used as core components in next-generation nuclear reactors. 7Optimization of stratification scheme for a fishery-independent survey with multiple objectives显示文摘Fishery-independent surveys are often used for collecting high quality biological and ecological data to support fisheries management. A careful optimization of fishery-independent survey design is necessary to improve the precision of survey estimates with cost-effective sampling efforts. We developed a simulation approach to evaluate and optimize the stratification scheme for a fishery-independent survey with multiple goals including estimation of abundance indices of individual species and species diversity indices. We compared the performances of the sampling designs with different stratification schemes for different goals over different months. Gains in precision of survey estimates from the stratification schemes were acquired compared to simple random sampling design for most indices. The stratification scheme with five strata performed the best. This study showed that the loss of precision of survey estimates due to the reduction of sampling efforts could be compensated by improved stratification schemes, which would reduce the cost and negative impacts of survey trawling on those species with low abundance in the fishery-independent survey. This study also suggests that optimization of a survey design differed with different survey objectives. 13Mesozoic-Cenozoic Multi-Stage Intraplate Deformation Events in the Langshan Region and their Tectonic Implications显示文摘In the Langshan region, northwestern China, marked multi-stage intraplate deformation events have occurred since the Mesozoic, including(1) northeast-striking ductile left-lateral strike slip during the Middle-Late Triassic, which is closely related to the collision between the North China and the Yangtze plates;(2) top-to-the-southeast thrust with northwest-southeast trending maximum compression during the Late Jurassic;(3) nearly eastward detachment during the Early Cretaceous;(4) top-to-the-northwest thrust with northwest-southeast trending maximum compression during the Late Cretaceous and Early Cenozoic;(5) northeast-striking brittle left-lateral strike slip with nearly north-south trending maximum compression; and(6) northwest-southeast extension during the Middle-Late Cenozoic. All these deformation events belong to the intraplate deformation across the entire Central Asian region and respond to the tectonic events along the plate boundaries or deep tectonics. The structures developed in early events in the crust were the most important factors controlling the later deformation styles, and few new structures have later developed. Based on previous research and our results, the paleostress inversion in the Langshan region shows that the Mesozoic intraplate deformations in the study region mainly resulted from the tectonic events from the Paleo-Pacific region and have no or a weak relation to the Tethys region. During the Late Jurassic, the maximum compression from the Mongolia-Okhotsk region cannot be excluded. 14Growth and Mortality of Small Yellow Croaker(Larimichthys polyactis) Inhabiting Haizhou Bay of China显示文摘Length frequency data of small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis) were acquired from the survey vessel in May,July,September and December,2011 in Haizhou Bay of China.In this study,921 fish individuals were analyzed for the estimation of growth and mortality parameters.Between length and weight,the power coefficient b was 2.7321,2.9703,3.0418 and 2.7252 for the 4 surveying months,respectively.The estimated von Bertalanffy growth function parameters were 230mm(L ∞) and 0.26yr-1(K) as were calculated with ELEFAN method equipped in FiSAT computer package.With length-converted catch curve analysis,the total mortality rate(Z) and its 95% confidence interval were 2.16(1.69-2.64) yr-1,0.59(0.15-1.04) yr-1,1.16(0.80-1.52) yr-1 and 0.96(0.70-1.23) yr-1 for the 4 surveying months,respectively,with the pooled data the value was 1.15(0.81-1.48) yr-1.The natural mortality rate(M) was 0.516 yr-1 as was calculated with Pauly's equation(the annual average sea water temperature was 11℃).Therefore,fish mortality rate was 0.634 yr-1.The yield-per-recruit analysis indicated that when t c was 1,F max was 0.7 and F 0.1 was 0.55.Currently,the age at first capture is about 1 year and F current was 0.634.Therefore,F current was larger than F 0.1 and less than F max.This indicates that current fish mortality is at a dangerously high level.With Gulland method,the biological reference point for fishery(F opt) was estimated as 0.516 yr-1,lower than current fish mortality.Accordingly,reducing catch in the region was strongly recommended.LIU Qun XU Binduo YE Zhenjiang REN Yiping 2012Journal of Ocean University of China2012,11,4:17
15Multimorbidity patterns and association with mortality in 0.5 million Chinese adults显示文摘Background:Few studies have assessed the relationship between multimorbidity patterns and mortality risk in the Chinese population.We aimed to identify multimorbidity patterns and examined the associations of multimorbidity patterns and the number of chronic diseases with the risk of mortality among Chinese middle-aged and older adults.Methods:We used data from the China Kadoorie Biobank and included 512,723 participants aged 30 to 79 years.Multimorbidity was defined as the presence of two or more of the 15 chronic diseases collected by self-report or physical examination at baseline.Multimorbidity patterns were identified using hierarchical cluster analysis.Cox regression was used to estimate the associations of multimorbidity patterns and the number of chronic diseases with all-cause and cause-specific mortality.Results:Overall,15.8%of participants had multimorbidity.The prevalence of multimorbidity increased with age and was higher in urban than rural participants.Four multimorbidity patterns were identified,including cardiometabolic multimorbidity(diabetes,coronary heart disease,stroke,and hypertension),respiratory multimorbidity(tuberculosis,asthma,and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease),gastrointestinal and hepatorenal multimorbidity(gallstone disease,chronic kidney disease,cirrhosis,peptic ulcer,and cancer),and mental and arthritis multimorbidity(neurasthenia,psychiatric disorder,and rheumatoid arthritis).During a median of 10.8 years of follow-up,49,371 deaths occurred.Compared with participants without multimorbidity,cardiometabolic multimorbidity(hazard ratios[HR]=2.20,95%confidence intervals[CI]:2.14-2.26)and respiratory multimorbidity(HR=2.13,95%CI:1.97-2.31)demonstrated relatively higher risks of mortality,followed by gastrointestinal and hepatorenal multimorbidity(HR=1.33,95%CI:1.22-1.46).The mortality risk increased by 36%(HR=1.36,95%CI:1.35-1.37)with every additional disease.Conclusion:Cardiometabolic multimorbidity and respiratory multimorbidity posed the highest threat on mortality risk and deserved particular attention in Chinese adults.Junning Fan Zhijia Sun Canqing Yu Yu Guo Pei Pei Ling Yang Yiping Chen Huaidong Du Dianjianyi Sun Yuanjie Pang Jun Zhang Simon Gilbert Daniel Avery Junshi Chen Zhengming Chen Jun Lyu Liming Li On Behalf of the China Kadoorie Biobank Collaborative Group 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,6:17

17Temporal changes in SSR allelic diversity of major rice cultivars in China显示文摘Forty simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were used to assess the changes of diversity in 310 major Chinese rice cultivars grown during the 1950s-1990s. Of the 40 SSR loci, 39 were polymorphic. A total of 221 alleles were detected with an average of 5.7 alleles per locus (Na). The Nei’s genetic diversity index (He) varied drastically among the loci (0.207 to 0.874, mean 0.625). Comparing the temporal changes in Na and He, the cultivars from the 1950s had more alleles and higher He scores than the cultivars from the other four decades Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) indicated that the genetic differentiation among the five decades was not significant in the whole set, but significant within indica and japonica. More changes among the decades were revealed in indica cultivars than in japonica cultivars. Some alleles had been lost in current rice cultivars in the 1990s, occurring more frequently in indica. 18Effect of Niobium on Microstructure and Properties of the CoCrFeNb_xNi High Entropy Alloys显示文摘A series of CoCrFeNb_xNi(x values in molar ratio, x = 0, 0.25, 0.45, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0 and 1.2) high entropy alloys(HEAs) was prepared to investigate the alloying effect of Nb on the microstructures and mechanical properties. The results indicate that the prepared CoCrFeNb_xNi(x > 0) HEAs consist of a simple FCC solid solution phase and a Laves phase. The microstructures of the alloys change from an initial single-phase FCC solid solution structure(x = 0) to a hypoeutectic microstructure(x = 0.25), then to a full eutectic microstructure(x = 0.45) and finally to a hypereutectic microstructure(0.5 < x < 1.2). The compressive test results show that the Nb0.45(x = 0.45) alloy with a full eutectic microstructure possesses the highest compressive fracture strength of 2558 MPa and a fracture strain of 27.9%. The CoCrFeNi alloy exhibits an excellent compressive ductility, which can reach 50% height reduction without fracture. The Nb0.25 alloy with a hypoeutectic structure exhibits a larger plastic strain of 34.8%. With the increase of Nb content, increased hard/brittle Laves phase leads to a decrease of the plasticity and increases of the Vickers hardness and the wear resistance. 19Laparoscopic versus open pancreaticoduodenectomy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma:a propensity score matching analysis显示文摘Background:A growing body of evidence supports the use of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD)as an efficient and feasible surgical technique.However,few studies have investigated its applicability in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC),and the long-term efficacy of LPD on PDAC remains unclear.This study aimed to compare the short-and long-term outcomes between LPD and open pancreaticoduodenectomy(OPD)for PDAC.Methods:The data of patients who had OPD or LPD for PDAC between January 2013 and September 2017 were retrieved.Their postoperative outcomes and survival were compared after propensity score matching.Results:A total of 309 patients were included.After a 2:1 matching,93 cases in the OPD group and 55 in the LPD group were identified.Delayed gastric emptying(DGE),particularly grade B/C DGE,occurred less frequently in the LPD group than in the OPD group(1.8%vs.36.6%,P<0.001;1.8%vs.22.6%,P=0.001).The overall complication rates were significantly lower in the LPD group than in the OPD group(49.1%vs.71.0%,P=0.008),whereas the rates of major complications were similar(10.9%vs.14.0%,P=0.590).In addition,the median overall survival was comparable between the two groups(20.0 vs.18.7 months,P=0.293).Conclusion:LPD was found to be technically feasible with efficacy similar to OPD for patients with PDAC.Wentao Zhou Weiwei Jin Dansong Wang Chao Lu Xuefeng Xu Renchao Zhang Tiantao Kuang Yucheng Zhou Wenchuan Wu Dayong Jin Yiping Mou Wenhui Lou 2019Cancer Communications2019,39,1:14
