1从农业政策干预程度看中国农产品市场与全球市场的整合显示文摘在改革开放的近三十年里,中国农业取得了巨大的成绩。其中,外部经济环境的变化,尤其是国内市场和贸易政策的改革起到了巨大的推动作用。本文利用政策干预的度量方法,测算了中国1980~2005年11种农产品的保护率,同时分析了国内市场政策和贸易政策所起的作用。研究结果表明,虽然中国部分农产品还存在一些干预,但是国内市场和国际贸易政策改革在很大程度上已经为农产品生产者提供了较自由的环境。农产品已经从一个被高度正(或负)保护的产品转变成了一个相对自由的产品,中国已经成为世界上对农业干预最少的国家之一,并且中国的农业经济已基本融入全球市场。黄季焜 刘宇 Will Martin Scott Rozelle 杨军 2008世界经济2008,31,4:23

3Investigation of the Flow in the Impeller Side Clearances of a Centrifugal Pump with Volute Casing显示文摘The paper is concerned with the fluid flow in the impeller side clearances of a centrifugal pump with volute cas-ing.The flow conditions in these small axial gaps are of significant importance for a number of effects such as disk friction,leakage losses or hydraulic axial thrust to name but a few.In the investigated single stage pump,the flow pattern in the volute turns out to be asymmetric even at design flow rate.To gain a detailed insight into the flow structure,numerical simulations of the complete pump including the impeller side clearances are accom-plished.Additionally,the hydraulic head and the radial pressure distributions in the impeller side clearances are measured and compared with the numerical results.Two configurations of the impeller,either with or without balancing holes,are examined.Moreover,three different operating points,i.e.:design point,part load or overload conditions are considered.In addition,analytical calculations are accomplished to determine the pressure distri-butions in the impeller side clearances.If accurate boundary conditions are available,the 1D flow models used in this paper can provide reasonable results for the radial static pressure distribution in the impeller side clearances.Furthermore,a counter rotating wake region develops in the rear impeller side clearances in absence of balancing holes which severely affects the inflow and outflow conditions of the cavity in circumferential direction.Bjrn-Christian Will Friedrich-Karl Benra Hans-Josef Dohmen 2012Journal of Thermal Science2012,21,3:17

6类风湿关节炎患者骨密度与疾病活动相关性的临床观察显示文摘目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者发生骨量丢失的原因,为早期预防RA患者骨质疏松提供理论依据。方法前瞻性观察86例RA患者,收集患者基线及两年后的一般临床资料和疾病活动相关指标,并同时用双能X线骨密度仪测量患者6个部位的骨密度。结果22例患者(25.6%)有至少一个检测部位骨质疏松;34例患者(39.5%)表现为至少一个检测部位骨量低下。在随访两年中,桡尺骨远端及前臂的BMD明显下降(P〈0.005);代表局部骨量变化的桡尺骨远端、前臂及手的BMD与代表全身骨量变化的股骨颈、腰椎和全身的BMD有很好的相关性(r:0.599-0.806,P〈0.001)。BMD与疾病活动指标(包括ESR、CRP、HAQ、RAI、DAS、28个关节肿胀指数及ACR功能分级)均无相关性;但多元回归分析示基线RF升高为观察两年后各检测部位骨密度Z值下降的独立危险因素,RF阳性的患者其两年后各部位的Z值均显著低于RF阴性的患者(P〈0.05)。女性在手、桡尺骨远端、前臂的BMD值均低于男性(adjusted R2=0.256-0.398,P〈0.001)。增龄为除了前臂外所有部位BMD降低的独立危险因素(P=0.02-0.000)。小剂量强的松龙(≤5mg/d)与本组患者的BMD变化无相关。结论骨量丢失为RA患者的常见并发症,尤其见于女性及高龄患者;前臂局部的骨量丢失高于全身的骨量丢失。RF升高为引起BMD下降的重要原因之一。周惠琼 姚如愚 RK Will 2007中国骨质疏松杂志2007,13,6:14
7加氢催化裂解技术用于高演化源岩有机质表征研究显示文摘加氢催化裂解技术作为近年来新发展起来的有机质大分子裂解技术,专门应用于大分子中共价键结合小分子的释放。本研究探索该技术应用于含油气沉积盆地高演化油气源岩原生有机质提取的可能性。以塔里木盆地下古生界油气源岩为例,选取了障壁泻湖相、欠补偿盆地相、闭塞欠补偿陆源海湾相、灰泥丘相等四类典型潜在源岩进行了加氢催化裂解实验,结果表明,加氢催化裂解产物中正构烷烃与甾烷的分布特征与上述源岩相完全吻合,证明加氢催化裂解实验可以有效地提取高演化油气源岩的原生有机质,为下一步实现该技术应用于油气源的对比奠定了基础。孙永革 Will Meredith Colin E Snape 柴平霞 2008石油与天然气地质2008,29,2:13
8批式与两相高温厌氧消化厨余和杂草废弃物对比研究显示文摘以厨余和杂草废弃物混合物为发酵底物进行了批式和两相厌氧发酵试验。经过25 d的批式厌氧消化后,污染负荷(以挥发固体(VS)质量浓度计)为6.5、12.5、16.0和20.0 g/L的沼气产率分别为1 012、863、879和467mL/g,甲烷产率分别为595、442、440和316 mL/g,其中接种污泥对沼气产率和甲烷产率的贡献分别是304和170mL/g。试验结果表明:污染负荷为6.5 g/L时达到最大产气效率,80%的气体在反应的前8 d产生;污染负荷为12.5和16.0 g/L的产气率在统计学上无显著差别;污染负荷在20.0 g/L时出现产甲烷抑制,甲烷体积分数在反应的前2 d为20%左右。两相发酵试验采用厌氧固体床反应系统,包括4个1 L的固体床反应器和1个2.2 L的厌氧批式反应器。经过12 d的消化,沼气和甲烷产率分别为530和351 mL/g,系统总固体(TS)和VS去除率分别为78%和82%。与批式消化比较,该两相系统污染负荷高,产气稳定,周期短,是处理该类型有机废弃物的有效方法。刘广青 张瑞红 Hamed M.El-Mashad Will Withrow 董仁杰 2006中国农业大学学报2006,11,6:12
9Simulation of Typhoon-Driven Waves in the Yangtze Estuary with Multiple-Nested Wave Models显示文摘Typhoon-generated waves are simulated with two numerical wave models, the SWAN model for the coastal and Yangtze Estuary domain, nested within the WAVEWATCHIII (WW3) for the basin-scale East China Sea domain. Typhoon No. 8114 is chosen because it was very strong, and generated high waves in the Estuary. WW3 was implemented for the East China Sea coarse-resolution computational domain, to simulate the waves over a large spatial scale and provide boundary conditions for SWAN model simulations, implemented on a fine-resolution nested domain for the Yangtze Estuary area. The Takahashi wind model is applied to the simulation of the East China Sea scale (3-hourly) and Yangtze Estuary scale (1-hourly) winds. Simulations of significant wave heights in the East China Sea show that the highest waves are on the right side of the storm track, and maxima tend to occur at the eastern deep-water open boundary of the Yangtze Estuary. In the Yangtze Estuary, incoming swell is dominant over locally generated waves before the typhoon approaches the Estuary. 10绝经后女性类风湿关节炎患者骨密度变化影响因素分析显示文摘目的探讨绝经后女性类风湿关节炎(RA)患者发生骨质疏松(OP)的原因。方法收集63例绝经后女性RA患者一般临床资料、疾病活动相关指标、手足X线资料,并同时测量患者7个部位的骨密度。结果23例患者(36.5%)有至少一处检测部位表现为低骨量。前臂和桡尺骨远端的低骨密度发生率(23.8%)与OP总发生率(28.6%)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。OP的发生与疾病活动指标及糖皮质激素的使用均无相关性。多元回归分析显示绝经的年限和关节腔狭窄为低骨量发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05);而雌激素替代疗法(HRT)为低骨量发生的唯一保护因素(P<0.05),小剂量糖皮质激素对本组患者的骨密度无影响。结论OP是绝经后女性RA患者的常见并发症,绝经年限长和关节破坏严重是低骨量发生的独立危险因素,HRT是防治低骨量的保护因素。周惠琼 姚如愚 RK Will 2007中日友好医院学报2007,21,3:11

12Endoscopic papillectomy: Data of a prospective observational study显示文摘AIM:To investigate the clinical value of endoscopic papillectomy indicated by feasibility and safety of the procedure in various diseases of the papilla in a representative number of patients in a setting of daily clinical and endoscopic practice and care by means of a systematic prospective observational study. METHODS:Through a defined time period, all consecutive patients with tumor-like lesions of the papilla, who were considered for papillectomy, were enrolled in this systematic bicenter prospective observational study, and subdivided into 4 groups according to endoscopic and endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) findings as well as histopathological diagnosis:adenoma; carcinoma/ neuroendocrine tumor (NET)/lymphoma; papilla into which catheter can not be introduced; adenomyomatosis, respectively. Treatment results and outcome were characterized by R0 resection, complication, recurrence rates and tumor-free survival.RESULTS:Over a 7-year period, 58 patients underwent endoscopic papillectomy. Main symptoms prompting to diagnostic measures were unclear abdominal pain in 50% and cholestasis with and without pain in 44%. Overall, 54/58 patients [inclusion rate, 93.1%; sex ratio, males/females = 25/29 (1:1.16); mean age, 65 (range, 22-88) years] were enrolled in the study. Prior to papillectomy, EUS was performed in 79.6% (n = 43/54). Group 1 (adenoma, n = 24/54; 44.4%):91.6% (n = 22/24) with R0 resection; tumor-free survival after a mean of 18.5 mo, 86.4% (n = 19/22); recurrence, 13.6% (n = 3/22); minor complications, 12.5% (n = 3/24). Group 2 (carcinoma/NET/lymphoma, n = 18/54; 33.3%):75.0% (n = 10/18) with R0 resection; tumor-free survival after a mean of 18.5 (range, 1-84) mo, 88.9% (n = 8/9); recurrence, 11.1% (n = 1/9). Group 3 (adenomyomatosis, n = 4/54; 7.4%). Group 4 (primarily no introducible catheter into the papilla, n = 8; 14.8%). The overall complication rate was 18.5% (n = 10/54; 1 subject with 2 complications):Bleeding, n = 3; pancreatitis, n = 7; perforation, n = 1 (intervention-related mortality, 0%). In summary, EUS is a sufficient diagnostic tool to preoperatively clarify diseases of the papilla including suspicious tumor stage in conjunction with postinterventional histopathological investigation of a specimen. Endoscopic papillectomy with curative intention is a feasible and safe approach to treat adenomas of the papilla. In high-risk patients with carcinoma of the papilla with no hints of deep infiltrating tumor growth, endoscopic papillectomy can be considered a reasonable treatment option with low risk and an approximately 80% probability of no recurrence if an R0 resection can be achieved. In patients with jaundice and in case the catheter can not be introduced into the papilla, papillectomy may help to get access to the bile duct. 14不同饵料对二次抱卵期间中华绒螯蟹生殖性能和HUFA组成的影响(英文)显示文摘中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)经一次受精便可多次产卵。与其他的虾类一样,在卵巢发育过程中,中华绒螯蟹的肝胰脏需从外界汲取许多能量和营养物质,通过血淋巴转移到卵巢以供胚胎发育和幼体孵化。亲蟹的营养需求可以通过第一次和第二次卵巢发育过程加以研究。第一次抱卵之后亲蟹消耗了大量的营养和能量物质,需要在二次抱卵前的短时间内得到及时补充。通常来说,二次抱卵蟹的产卵力低下,幼体质量差。因此研究饵料对二次抱卵期问中华绒螯蟹生殖性能和幼体质量的影响是很有意义的。本实验分4组,分别以3种天然饵料缢蛏(TC)、沙蚕(TS)、杂鱼(TT)和一种人工饵料(TA)投喂中华绒螯蟹亲蟹,投喂周期为2个月(从初始一次抱卵至二次抱卵结束)。天然饵料和人工饵料的日投喂量分别为亲蟹体重的10%和1%~3%,每日下午4点投喂。用PVC板将8m^2的玻璃纤维槽隔成4个单元作为试验槽。每个单元底面积为2m2,水深40cm。同一槽中的3个单元用做一个试验组的3个重复,每个重复为10只蟹。海水盐度为20g·L^-1,pH8.20~8.30,溶解氧为8.40~8.90mg·L^-1,依据水中氨氮和亚硝酸氮的浓度(分别小于1mg·L^-1和0.2mg·L^-1),每2至3天换一次水,水温为15~17℃。实验结束后,对二次抱卵亲蟹的生殖性能(相对饱卵量、卵径和亲蟹成活率)、孵化出的幼体质量(蚤Ⅰ幼体在饥饿状态下的成活率)以及卵、卵巢和肝胰脏的脂肪酸组成进行了测定。结果表明,卵、卵巢和肝胰脏的高级不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)组成与试验饵料的组成具有很好的相关性,其中卵的DHA与EPA水平、肝胰脏DHA水平与饵料中相应的HUFA水平成正相关(R^2〉0.90),说明外界营养物质的吸收和转移对卵巢的二次发育相当重要。统计学分析表明,投喂杂鱼的亲蟹(TT)孵小的蚤Ⅰ幼体对饥饿的耐受力以及投喂缢蛏的亲蟹(TC)的卵径显著高于其他组,各组之间其他指标(相对抱卵量和成活率等)均无显著差异。二次抱卵的中华绒螯蟹的卵、卵巢和肝胰脏中HUFA的水平与试验饵料中HUFA水平具有很好的相关性,说明无论在第一次卵巢发育过程中积聚了多少营养物质,第一次抱卵后消耗殆尽的亲蟹需要从外界食物中汲取大量的能量和营养物质,通过肝胰脏转运到卵巢供二次发育之用。本研究结论与其他作者对其他甲壳类的研究结果是一致的。此外组织器官的HUFA水平不只局限于饵料HUFA水平,还受器官本身对这些脂肪酸特定需求的影响。肝胰脏作为甲壳类动物的脂肪存储器,在饵料中的脂类物质被吸收和利用之前首先将其存储起来。甲壳类动物具有合成更长链的脂肪酸能力,虽然这种能力很有限,但仍能重新合成一定数量的脂肪酸。由于卵巢和卵中的n-3 HUFA,尤其是EPA和DHA含量高于肝胰脏,因此有理由相信它们在中华绒螯蟹繁殖过程中起着非常重要的作用。用人工饵料投喂对中国对虾的研究表明,n-3 HUFA的水平与亲本的生殖性能有很大关系,其中EPA与产卵量有很大的关系,而DHA在胚胎发育早期和幼体孵化起着很大的作用。本实验结果可以推论,EPA和DHA时中华绒螯蟹的卵巢的发育和生殖性能具有相当重要的作用,其中EPA的作用更加明显。遗憾的是本实验没有得出非常明显的相关性结论。应该指出的是本实验所用的不同饵料,不但HUFA含量不同,而且在蛋白质、总脂和微量营养素(维他命、矿物质、胆固醇、磷脂、钙盐等)的组成上差异很大,因此不宜下确定的结论。计阳 隋丽英 吴旭干 成永旭 Wille Mathieu Sorgeloos Patrick 2006中国水产科学2006,13,1:8
15人类世:人类将压倒大自然的威力吗?显示文摘我们探讨人类世的发展。人类世是当前世,在此期间人类及人类社会成为全球性的地球物理作用力。人类世开始于1800年左右,工业化开始之际,重要特征是矿物燃料极其广泛的使用。我们用大气CO_2浓度作为唯一的、简单的指标来追溯人类世的行进过程。前工业化时代的大气CO_2浓度为270~275 ppm,到1950年上升至大约310ppm。从此,人类事业经历了一个显著的爆发——大加速时期,对地球系统功能带来了明显的后果。自1950年以来,大气CO_2浓度从310ppm升至380ppm,自前工业化时代以来总上升值的大约一半发生在最后区区30年间。大加速即将达到临界状态。无论将来呈现的是何等景象,未来几十年肯定是人类世演进过程中的一个转折点。Will Steffen Paul J. 16白细胞介素-1基因多态性与类风湿关节炎病情活动及骨代谢的相关性显示文摘目的 探讨IL 1α和 β基因多态性与类风湿关节炎 (RA)疾病活动性和骨代谢的相关以及IL 1基因多态性与RA优势基因 (motifgene)之间的相关关系。 方法 检测了 6 5例RA患者和6 0例非风湿病患者的IL 1等位基因分布。IL 1基因多态性分析采用PCR RFLP方法 ,HLA DR分型采用PCR SSOP方法。Fisher′s检验及方差分析被用于基因频率和携带率及临床参数统计。结果 IL 1α的频率和携带率在RA病人和对照组之间差异无显著性。在女性RA病人中IL 1β纯合子等位基因 2的出现频率更高 ,在男性RA病人中等位基因 1的频率较高而等位基因 2的携带率较低。IL 1β等位基因 2携带率与C反应蛋白 (CRP)、红细胞沉降率 (ESR)、关节痛和骨质密度 (BMD)呈相关 ,与尿脱氧吡啶 /肌酐比值 (Udpd/Crea)水平及维生素D3 水平呈负相关。IL 1α等位基因 1与CRP呈负相关 ,与类风湿因子 (RF)和关节肿胀呈正相关。IL 1α等位基因 2的出现伴随较高的ESR、健康质量评估积分 (HAQ) ,维生素D3 水平和较低的RF滴度、肿胀关节数 (SJC)和BMD。HLA DRB1RA优势等位基因和IL 1β等位基因 2的同时出现对RA的一些临床参数并没有影响。 结论 RA与IL 1基因多态性显著相关 ,特别是IL 1β等位基因 2与病情活动及骨密度增高直接相关。HLA张晓 Lindon Llamado Iris Pillay Patrical Price Robert Will 2001中华风湿病学杂志2001,5,2:7
17肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-1β对人骨关节炎软骨细胞蛋白聚糖代谢的影响显示文摘目的通过体外培养骨关节炎(OA)软骨细胞体系,了解肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-1β对蛋白聚糖代谢的调节作用。方法软骨细胞来自OA患者进行膝关节置换术的股骨髁.实验采用第1代软骨细胞。随机将细胞分为4组:对照组、TNF-α组、IL-1β组和联合组(TNF—α+IL-1β),在培养液中加入不同的刺激因子共培养4d。采用3种方法了解蛋白聚糖的代谢水平:①用二甲基亚甲蓝分光光度法(DMMB法)检测细胞中及培养液中的糖胺多糖(GAG)含量;②酶联免疫吸附法通过2种抗蛋白聚糖单克隆抗体(Mab-383和5D4)检测培养液中蛋白聚糖的不同代谢片段;③反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT—PCR)半定量法检测软骨细胞的蛋白聚糖、带有血小板凝血酶敏感蛋白样模体的解整链蛋白金属蛋白酶-4(ADAMTS-4)和ADAMTS-5的mRNA水平。结果①实验组培养液中GAG含量均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);②TNF-α组、IL-1β组及联合组的培养液中5D4片段的水平均高于对照组(P〈0.01),而各组383片段水平差异无统计学意义;③实验组的蛋白聚糖mRNA水平均低于对照组(P〈0.01),TNF—α组的ADAMTS-5、IL-1β组的ADAMTS-4及联合组的两种酶的mRNA水平均显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论TNF-α及IL-1β可下调入OA软骨细胞的蛋白聚糖mRNA表达,上调ADAMTS-4及ADAMTS-5的mRNA表达,并促进蛋白聚糖的分解,可能在OA的发病中起着一定的作用。周惠琼 张奉春 Rob K Will 2008中华风湿病学杂志2008,12,2:7
18Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis severity is defined by a failure in compensatory antioxidant capacity in the setting of mitochondrial dysfunction显示文摘AIM To comprehensively evaluate mitochondrial(dys) function in preclinical models of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).METHODS We utilized two readily available mouse models of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) with or without progressive fibrosis: Lep^(ob)/Lep^(ob)(ob/ob) and FATZO mice on high trans-fat, high fructose and high cholesterol(AMLN) diet. Presence of NASH was assessed using immunohistochemical and pathological techniques, and gene expression profiling. Morphological features of mitochondria were assessed via transmission electron microscopy and immunofluorescence, and function was assessed by measuring oxidative capacity in primary hepatocytes, and respiratory control and proton leak in isolated mitochondria. Oxidative stress was measured by assessing activity and/or expression levels of Nrf1, Sod1, Sod2, catalase and 8-OHdG. RESULTS When challenged with AMLN diet for 12 wk, ob/ob and FATZO mice developed steatohepatitis in the presence of obesity and hyperinsulinemia. NASH development was associated with hepatic mitochondrial abnormalities, similar to those previously observed in humans, including mitochondrial accumulation and increased proton leak. AMLN diet also resulted in increased numbers of fragmented mitochondria in both strains of mice. Despite similar mitochondrial phenotypes, we found that ob/ob mice developed more advanced hepatic fibrosis. Activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was increased in ob/ob AMLN mice, whereas FATZO mice displayed increased catalase activity, irrespective of diet. Furthermore, 8-OHd G, a marker of oxidative DNA damage, was significantly increased in ob/ob AMLN mice compared to FATZO AMLN mice. Therefore, antioxidant capacity reflected as the ratio of catalase:SOD activity was similar between FATZO and C57 BL6 J control mice, but significantly perturbed in ob/ob mice.
