1Dicamba and Sugar Effects on Callus Induction and Plant Regeneration from Mature Embryo Culture of Wheat显示文摘To establish a highly efficient plant regeneration system for wheat genetic transformation,the effects of three different concentrations of dicamba and two different sugar types on callus induction and plant regeneration from mature embryo cultures were evaluated.Callus induction and plant regeneration were obtained from mature embryos of two commercial cultivars Zhoumai 18 and Yumai 34(Triticum aestivum L.) cultured on L3 basal medium.The results showed that the efficiency of mature embryo culture was significantly influenced by the genotypes,sugar types and dicamba concentrations.4 mg L-1 dicamba proved the best effective for inducing embryogenic callus and also gave the highest proportion of plants regenerated across the two cultivars.Substitution of maltose by sucrose significantly improved the plant regeneration efficiency in both cultivars.There was a significant interaction between genotype-by-sugar types,and sugar types-bydicamba concentrations.Overall,Zhoumai 18 gave the highest frequency of plant regeneration(82.65%) when dicamba concentration was 4.0 mg L-1 and with sucrose in initial callus induction.These results will facilitate genetic transformation work with elite wheat.REN Jiang-ping,WANG Xin-guo and YIN Jun National Engineering Research Center for Wheat/Henan Agricultural University,Zhengzhou 450002,P.R.China 2010Agricultural Sciences in China2010,9,1:11
2炎症与癌症:肿瘤的发生、进展和转移以及中药植物药(英文)显示文摘古往今来,癌症都被视为一个炎症过程。过去20多年的研究已经从分子水平证实大部分慢性疾病包括癌症都是由炎症反应失调所引起的。转录因子如核因子κB与信号转导和转录激活因子3以及它们的基因产物如肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素1、白细胞介素6、趋化因子、环氧合酶2、血管内皮生长因子、黏附分子等的发现为阐释炎症在癌症过程中的作用提供了分子基础。肿瘤的发生、发展和转移以及机体无法对其产生免疫抑制都可以部分地用慢性全身炎症反应来解释。中药用于治疗癌症及炎症具有悠久的历史。本文介绍了近期有关癌症与炎症的研究进展以及用于治疗癌症的中药和中药复方。Daniel Weber Janelle M Wheat Geoffrey M Currie 2010中西医结合学报2010,8,11:10
3外来孕产妇平产政策的系统思考显示文摘目的系统评价上海市嘉定区平产政策执行的情景、问题和因果关系,寻找政策失灵的解决之道。方法采用系统动力学因果流图进行系统思考,探讨平产政策作用于外来孕产妇和平产点医务人员的系统关系。结果外来孕产妇数量的急剧上升,造成平产点负担加重,平产限价和政府补偿不足是系统中两个重要的杠杆量。结论增加政府对平产点的补偿,适度升高平产政策的限价门槛,并在中长期建立信息共享机制与平台,提高外来人口管理水平和社会保障能力。陆璇 谢岳林 蔡雨阳 Wheat ID 2013中国社会医学杂志2013,30,6:4
4Investigation on Pasting Characteristics of Spring-sown Chinese Bread Wheats显示文摘Forty-seven spring wheat Triticumaestivum cultivars and advanced lines from spring-sown spring wheat regions, at twelve locations in 1998 and 1999, were used to investigate pasting properties of Chinese spring wheats. Starch pasting properties were closely associated with noodle quality. Significant differences were observed for all pasting characteristics. Samples collected from Harbin, Shenyang, Beijing, Bameng, Yongning, and Urumqi had better pasting quality than those from other locations. Genotype, environment, and genotype by environment interaction had large effects on all pasting characteristics. 5Distribution of Grain Hardness in Chinese Wheats and Genetic Analysis显示文摘A hundred winter wheat and 41 spring wheat cultivars and advanced lines were used to investigate the distribution of grain hardness in Chinese wheats and correlations between grain hardness and other kernel traits. P1, P2, F1, F2 and F3 from three crosses, i. e. , Liken2/Yumai2, 85Zhong33/Wenmai6 and 85Zhong33/95Zhong459 were sown to study the genetics of grain hardness. Significant correlation was observed between hardness measured by Single Kernel Characteristic System 4100 (SKCS 4100) and Near Infrared (NIR) Spectroscopy, r ranging from 0. 85 to 0.94. Chinese wheat is a mixed population in terms of hardness, ranging from very soft to very hard. For autumn-sown wheat, on average, grain hardness decreases from north to south and spring-sown wheat is dominant with hard type. Hardness is negatively associated with flour color, and its associations with flour yield and ash content differ in winter and spring wheats. 7小麦叶锈菌生理分化研究中的问题和改进意见显示文摘Stakman建立的用鉴别寄主鉴定锈菌生理小种的方法对抗病育种曾起了很大的作用,然而实践证明还存在不少问题。(1)生物间遗传学指出,Stakman建立的方法。其观点偏重于锈菌分类,而忽视寄主和病原物的相互作用。所以所用的鉴别寄主仅注意其鉴别作用,可与生产毫无关系,可以鉴定出许多小种,而不知道它们与生产有关的品种有什么关系。(2)在自然间寄主和病原物是以群体对群体起相互作用的,而传统研究是研究个体与个体的关系。此外,小种内存在变异性,被鉴定为同一小种的不同菌株的毒性不一定相同,任意选择一个菌株来测定品种的抗病性未必有代表性,用这种方法测出的抗病品种推广出去就容易引起抗病性丧失问题。(3)在不同生态条件下形成的锈菌的群体毒性不一定相同,这种毒性不同的类群我们称为生态类群。过去的小麦品种抗病性测定工作多在局限的条件下用人工接种进行。把用这种方法测出的抗病品种推广到广大的锈菌群体中去,也容易引起抗病性丧失问题。我们赞成今后研究小麦锈病应有群体观点,用毒力频率,毒力组合,抗性组合等方法来研究小麦群体和锈病群体的关系。应有生态观点,用异地鉴定来监测锈菌毒性和品种抗性的变异。应有进化观点,以基因鉴定来代替小种鉴定,把寄主的病原物相互作用研究放在遗传学基础上。在利用已知基因作鉴别寄主方面,虽然抗原的抗性基因可与Lr近等基因系的相同,但由于表现型相同基因型不一定相同,所以这两种材料都得同时采用,不能互相代替。抗性基因鉴定是复杂的。一般认为阿芙乐尔会有Lr26基因。Bastos认为除Lr26外,还有Lr3。杨文香认为除Lr26和Lr3外,还有Lrl4a。又Bastos认为洛夫林13含有Lr26和Lr3,相文香认为只含有Lr24,检查不到Lr3。Wheat Leaf Rust Research Group, Hebei Agric. 9The Application of Somaclonal Variation in Early Maturity,High Yield and High Quality Improvement in Wheat显示文摘Yield characters, maturity and grain protein content of somaclones derived both from immature embryo of cultivar 77(2)-Spring and single-cell culture of cultivar NE7742 in vitro were studied and the wide variation was found. Somaclones with maturity 8 days earlier than or the same as CK NE 7742 (high yield, early maturity and high quality), combining with high quality (grain protein content 15.5% - 18%) and high yield (the same as 7724 or higher) have been found and selected and now multiplied for 8 generations. The results of cultivar comparison trial in 1995 showed that several somaclones (the yields were significantly higher than CK DN120) could be used directly in wheat production.
