| 1 | 采后土地利用:想象力与设计的作用显示文摘当今 ,矿山土地复垦可能是人类规模最大的、效果最明显的、最持久的地表整理措施之一。因此 ,复垦专家遇到了难得的机遇 ,同时又感到了重大的责任。复垦工程的规模及其深远影响 ,使得我们有可能改变一定范围内将来的社会经济结构。必须以一种更高的“文化责任”来重新定义复垦。土地复垦仅仅靠技术是不够的 ,每个社会都有其自身的文化内涵和独到的实现过程。忽略复垦最终的结果 ,仅考虑其过程 ,就要求我们从经济、社会、教育景观领域出发 ,搞活工业方面的复垦 ,超出金钱的范围 ,使其更具有意义。为使其行之有效 ,复垦的新思路必须建立在规划人员、设计人员、技术人员、政府及广大公民合作的基础上。本文旨在从三个方面研究、阐明美国进行矿山复垦时所形成的“文化责任”以及它如何丰富土地复垦成果。 | Susan Wessman 刘伟 周飞 范铭 | 2000 | 中国土地科学2000，14，4： | 2 |
