1Absolute calibration of HY-2A and Jason-2 altimeters for sea surface height using GPS buoy in Qinglan, China显示文摘GPS buoy methodology is one of the main calibration methodologies for altimeter sea surface height calibration. This study introduces the results of the Qinglan calibration campaign for the HY-2A and Jason-2 altimeters. It took place in two time slices;one was from August to September 2014, and the other was in July 2015. One GPS buoy and two GPS reference stations were used in this campaign. The GPS data were processed using the real-time kinematic (RTK) technique. The fi nal error budget estimate when measuring the sea surface height (SSH) with a GPS buoy was better than 3.5 cm. Using the GPS buoy, the altimeter bias estimate was about -2.3 cm for the Jason-2 Geophysical Data Record (GDR) Version ‘D' and from -53.5 cm to -75.6 cm for the HY-2A Interim Geophysical Data Record (IGDR). The bias estimates for Jason-2 GDR-D are similar to the estimates from dedicated calibration sites such as the Harvest Platform, the Crete Site and the Bass Strait site. The bias estimates for HY-2A IGDR agree well with the results from the Crete calibration site. 2Progress,problems and prospects for standardization of greenhouse-related technologies显示文摘In recent years,the scale of greenhouse grows rapidly and steadily in China,which promotes the development of greenhouse technology and the demand for standardized technology.However,the standardization process of greenhouse industry in China has been facing with the problem of unbalanced development with the practical standard system for many years.To solve these problems,the most characteristic greenhouse designs used in China contributing to this work are presented in detail.And the development of standard system and the standardization efforts of them are summarized and analyzed in relationship to the data presented in this paper.In this way the origin of greenhouse standard system in China and context of the system development and standardization of greenhouse structure are clarified.It was also found that the development and iterative update of greenhouse standard system are under the influences of enterprises which as the participation of standard constitutors were proved to play an important role in promoting the standardization development of greenhouse.The outcome of this work may be utilized to perfect the greenhouse standardization system and improve the greenhouse standardization efficiency that dominate the facility agriculture in China.Yanzhao Ren Minjuan Wang Iftikhar Ahmed Saeeda Xuerui Chen Wanlin Gao 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,1:4
33D carbon network supported porous SiOC ceramics with enhanced microwave absorption properties显示文摘Porous SiOC ceramic was successfully prepared by pyrolysis of dimethylsilicone oil,silane coupling agent and melamine foam.The microwave absorbing properties of porous SiOC were studied for the first time.At the matching layer thickness of 3.0 mm,the paraffin-based composite with porous SiOC displays a minimum reflection coefficient(RC)of-39.13 d B(11.76 GHz)and an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 4.64 GHz which are much larger than that of paraffin-based composite with ordinary SiOC.It is found that the porous structure of SiOC is crucial to achieve its high microwave absorption performance by improving both the polarization loss and conduction loss.The enhanced polarization loss is originated from the dipole polarization and interfacial polarization,while the improvement of conduction loss is attributed to the carbon skeleton of porous SiOC.These results indicate that porous SiOC ceramic is a promising candidate for high-performance ceramic-based microwave absorbing materials.Chen Chen Sifan Zeng Xiaochun Han Yongqiang Tan Wanlin Feng Huahai Shen Shuming Peng Haibin Zhang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,54,19:3
4An improved method of absolute calibration to satellite altimeter: A case study in the Yellow Sea, China显示文摘An improved absolute calibration technology based on indirect measurements was developed through two probative experiments, the performance of which was evaluated by applying the approach to in situ sea surface height(SSH) at the Tianheng Island(tidal gauge) and the satellite nadir(GPS buoy). Using Geoid/MSS(mean sea surface) data, which accounted for a constant offset between nadir and onshore tidal gauge water levels, and TMD(tidal model driver), which canceled out the time-varying offsets, nadir SSH(sea surface height) could be indirectly acquired at an onshore tidal gauge instead of from direct offshore observation. 5Preliminary calibration results of the HY-2B altimeter’s SSH at China’s Wanshan calibration site显示文摘Satellite altimeter needs to be calibrated to evaluate the accuracy of sea surface height data.The dedicated altimeter calibration field needs to establish a special calibration strategy and needs to evaluate its calibration ability.This paper describes absolute calibration of HY-2 B altimeter SSH using the GPS calibration method at the newly Wanshan calibration site,located in the Wanshan Islands,China.There are two HY-2 B altimeter passes across the Wanshan calibration site.Pass No.362 is descending and the ground track passes the east of Dan’gan Island.Pass No.375 is ascending and crosses the Zhiwan Island.The GPS data processing strategy of Wanshan calibration site was established and the accuracy of GPS calibration method of Wanshan calibration site was evaluated.Meanwhile,the processing strategies of the HY-2 B altimeter for the Wanshan calibration site were established,and a dedicated geoid model data were used to benefit the calibration accuracy.The time-averaged HY-2 B altimeter bias was approximately 2.12 cm with a standard deviation of 2.08 cm.The performance of the HY-2 B correction microwave radiometer was also evaluated in terms of the wet troposphere path delay and showed a mean difference-0.2 cm with a 1.4 cm standard deviation with respect to the in situ GPS radiosonde.Chuntao Chen Jianhua Zhu Chaofei Ma Mingsen Lin Longhao Yan Xiaoqi Huang Wanlin Zhai Bo Mu Yongjun Jia 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,5:2

7Preliminary calibration results for Jason-3 and Sentinel-3 altimeters in the Wanshan Islands显示文摘We present preliminary calibration results for Jason-3 and Sentinel-3A altimeters that we set up in the Wanshan Islands in Guandong Province,China.Two campaigns were carried out in 2018,from March 8 to April 16 and from November 3 to December 11,2018.Three GPS reference stations and tide gauges were established on the islands of Zhiwan,Dangan,and Wailingding during the campaigns.The in-situ sea surface height(SSH)of the altimeter footprint was determined using the tide gauge.The tidal and geoid connection between the tide gauge locations and the altimeter footprints were computed with the NAO.99Jb tidal prediction system and the EGM 2008 geoid,respectively.The data of the tide gauges were defi ned using the GPS buoy and GPS reference stations during the campaigns.The results show that the waveform of the altimeters was slightly contaminated by the small islands.The bias associated with Jason-3 and Sentinel-3A amounted to approximately+20.7±49.7 mm and+30.1±39.4 mm,respectively,which agreed well with the results from other in-situ calibration fi elds.This indicates that the Wanshan area was very suitable as an in-situ calibration/validation fi eld.The wet zenith delay(WZD)determined from the Microwave Radiometer(MWR)and the GPS measurements diff ered from each other for the Jason-3 and Sentinel-3A by−6.6±7.4 mm and 0±6.8 mm,respectively.Wanlin ZHAI Jianhua ZHU Xiaohui FAN Longhao YAN Chuntao CHEN Zhen TIAN 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,2:1
8Joining of Si_3N_4 ceramic using PdCo(NiSiB)–V system brazing filler alloy and interfacial reactions显示文摘The wettability of V-active PdCo-based alloys on Si3N4ceramic was studied with the sessile drop method. And the alloy of Pd50.0–Co33.7–Ni4.0–Si2.0–B0.7–V9.6(wt%),was developed for Si3N4ceramic joining in the present investigation. The rapidly-solidified brazing foils were fabricated by the alloy Pd50.0–Co33.7–Ni4.0–Si2.0–B0.7–V9.6. The average room-temperature three-point bend strength of the Si3N4/Si3N4joints brazed at 1453 K for 10 min was 205.6 MPa,and the newly developed braze gives joint strengths of 210.9 MPa,206.6 MPa and 80.2 MPa at high temperatures of 973 K,1073 K and 1173 K respectively. The interfacial reaction products in the Si3N4/Si3N4joint brazed at 1453 K for10 min were identified to be VN and Pd2Si by XRD analysis. Based on the XEDS analysis result,the residual brazing alloy existing at the central part of the joint was verified as Co-rich phases,in which the concentration of element Pd was high up to 18.0–19.1 at%. The mechanism of the interfacial reactions was discussed. 12Response of aerobic sludge to AHL-mediated QS:Granulation,simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance显示文摘The effects of different species and concentrations’signal molecules on aerobic activated sludge system were investigated through batch experiments.Results showed that the fastest NH^(+)_(4)-N oxidization rate and the most extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)secretion were obtained by adding 5 nmol/L N-hexanoyl-l-homoserine lactone(C_(6)-HSL)into the aerobic activated sludge.Further study investigated the correlation among N-acyl-homoserine lactones-mediated quorum sensing(AHLs-mediated QS),nutrient removal performances and microbial communities with the long-term addition of 5 nmol/L C_(6)-HSL.It was found that C_(6)-HSL-manipulation could enhance the stability and optimize the decontamination performance of aerobic granular sludge(AGS)system.Microbial compositions considerably shifted with long-term C_(6)-HSL-manipulation.Exogenous C_(6)-HSL-manipulation inhibited quorum quenching-related(QQ-related)activities and enhanced QS-related activities during the stable period.The proposed C_(6)-HSL-manipulation might be a potential technology to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria in AGS,which could provide a theoretical foundation for the realization of more stable biological wastewater treatments.Jia Shuai Xiaoling Hu Bin Wang Wanlin Lyu Rongfan Chen Wenbin Guo Hongyu Wang Dao Zhou 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,11:1

14Eff ects of temperature on photosynthetic performance and nitrate reductase activity in vivo assay in Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis (Rhodophyta)显示文摘Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis is an economically-valued species and widely cultured in China at present.After being acclimated to diff erent growth temperatures(15,20,25,and 30°C)for 7 days,the relative growth rate(RGR),nitrate reductase activity,soluble protein content and chlorophyll a fl uorescence of G.lemaneiformis were examined.Results show that RGR was markedly aff ected by temperature especially at 20°C at which G.lemaneiformis exhibited the highest eff ective quantum yield of PSII[Y(II)]and lightsaturated electron transport rate(ETR max),but the lowest non-photochemical quenching.Irrespective of growth temperature,the nitrate reductase activity increased with the incubation temperature from 15 to 30°C.In addition,the greatest nitrate reductase activity was found in the thalli grown at 20°C.The value of temperature coeffi cient Q10 of alga cultured in 15°C was the greatest among those of other temperatures tested.Results indicate that the optimum temperature for nitrate reductase synthesis was relatively lower than that for nitrate reductase activity,and the relationship among growth,photosynthesis,and nitrate reductase activity showed that the optimum temperature for activity of nitrate reductase in vivo assay should be the same to the optimal growth temperature.Zhihai ZHONG Zhengyi LIU Longchuan ZHUANG Wanlin SONG Weizhou CHEN 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,1:1
15Analysis and Study on Characteristics and Detection Methods of Cotton Diseases and Insect Pests显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to find the diseases and insect pests in the process of cotton growth quickly,effectively and timely.[Methods]The growth process of cotton was dynamically monitored by UAV aerial photography,and the aerial data map was converted into geotif image with longitude and latitude and then inputted into the detection system for preprocessing,mainly for image feature extraction and classification.Through deep learning of MATLAB software and BP neural network algorithm,the feature similarity of the images in the established characteristic database of cotton diseases and insect pests was compared.[Results]Through comparative analysis of characteristics of a large number of diseases and insect pests,it was found that deep learning method had high discrimination accuracy and good reliability.[Conclusions]The dynamic detection system using deep learning can well find cotton diseases and insect pests,and achieve early detection and early treatment,so as to effectively improve the yield and quality of cotton.Chao ZHU Wanlin SUN Chen HAN Miao WANG 2022Plant Diseases and Pests2022,13,4:0
16Heterogeneity in susceptibility to polycystic ovary syndrome among women with epilepsy显示文摘Background Epilepsy comorbidities adversely affect the quality of life of patients.Women with epilepsy are at a high risk of comorbid endocrine disorders.Among them,the polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)has a threefold higher prevalence in women with epilepsy than in healthy women and is the main cause of infertility among the patients.Clinically,women with epilepsy show heterogeneity in the susceptibility to PCOS.This heterogeneity may be associated with genetic factor.Methods To test this,we retrospectively collected clinical data from 45 female patients with epilepsy and divided them into three groups according to their susceptibility to PCOS.Groups A and B represented a high susceptibility to PCOS.Patients in Group A were diagnosed with PCOS before their first seizure,while patients in Group B were diagnosed with PCOS after a short period of monotherapy with a low dose of antiseizure medication(ASM)following the diagnosis of epilepsy.Patients in Group C did not develop PCOS despite a prolonged treatment with high-dose ASM.We compared the clinical data and genetic profiles among the three groups.Results We found a clear trend of impaired metabolism in Group B patients and this may be associated with highfrequency mutations in MYO10 and ADGRL3.Conclusions Our study suggests that women with epilepsy are heterogeneous in the susceptibility to PCOS and this is associated with mutations in specific genes.Therefore,genetic screening should be conducted to screen for women with epilepsy who are more likely to have comorbid PCOS,so that they can receive targeted interventions at an early stage to reduce the risk.Leihao Sha Yiming Wu Wanlin Lai Yifei Duan Yilin Xia Lei Chen 2023Acta Epileptologica2023,6,2:0

18Obtaining accurate measurements of the sea surface height from a GPS buoy显示文摘A dedicated GPS buoy is designed for calibration and validation(Cal/Val)of satellite altimeters since 2014.In order to evaluate the accuracy of the sea surface height(SSH)measured by the GPS buoy,twelve campaigns have been done within China sea area between 2014 and 2021.In six of these campaigns,two static Global Navigation Satellite System stations were installed at distances of<1 km and 19 km from the buoy to assess how the baseline length influenced the derived SSH from the buoy solutions.The GPS buoy data was processed using the GAMIT/GLOBK software+TRACK module and CSRS-PPP tool to achieve the SSH.The SSH was compared with conventionally tide gauge(TG)data to evaluate the accuracy of the buoy with the standard deviation of the height element.The results showed that the difference in the standard deviation of the SSH from the buoy and the TG was less than 16 mm.The SSHs processed with different ephemeris(Ultra-Rapid,Rapid,Final)were not significantly different.When the baseline length was 19 km,the SSH solution of the GPS buoy performed well,with standard bias of less than 26 mm between the heights measured by the buoy and TG,meaning that the buoy could be used for Cal/Val of altimeters.The bias between the Canadian Spatial Reference System-precise point positioning tool and the TRACK varied a lot,and some of them were over 130 mm.This deemed too high to be useful for Cal/Val of satellite altimeters.Moreover,the GPS buoy solutions processed by GAMIT/GLOBK software+TRACK module were used for in-orbit Cal/Val of HY-2B/C satellites in ten campaigns.The SSH and significant wave height of the altimeters showed good agreements with the GPS buoy solutions.Wanlin Zhai Jianhua Zhu Chuntao Chen Wu Zhou Longhao Yan Yufei Zhang Xiaoqi Huang Kai Guo 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,6:0
19Stable partial nitritation of mature landfill leachate in a continuous flow bioreactor:Long-term performance,microbial community evolution,and mechanisms显示文摘A continuous flow bioreactor was operated for 300 days to investigate partial nitritation(PN)of mature landfill leachate,establishing the long-term performance of the system in terms of the microbial community composition,evolution,and interactions.The stable operation phase(31-300 d)began after a 30 days of start-up period,reaching an average nitrite accumulation ratio(NAR)of 94.43%and a ratio of nitrite nitrogen to ammonia nitrogen(NO_(2)^(−)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N)of 1.16.Some fulvic-like and humic-like compounds and proteins were effectively degraded in anaerobic and anoxic tanks,which was consistent with the corresponding abundance of methanogens and syntrophic bacteria in the anaerobic tank,and organic matter degrading bacteria in the anoxic tank.The ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AOB)Nitrosomonas was found to be the key functional bacteria,exhibiting an increase in abundance from 0.27%to 6.38%,due to its collaborative interactions with organic matter degrading bacteria.In-situ inhibition of nitrite-oxidizing bacteria(NOB)was achieved using a combination of free ammonia(FA)and free nitrous acid(FNA),low dissolved oxygen(DO)with fewer bioavailable organics conditions were employed to maintain stable PN and a specific ratio of NO_(2)^(−)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N,without an adverse impact on AOB.The synergistic relationships between AOB and both denitrifying bacteria and organic matter degrading bacteria,were found to contribute to the enhanced PN performance and microbial community structure stability.These findings provide a theoretical guidance for the effective application of PN-Anammox for mature landfill leachate treatment.Xiaoling Hu Jianyang Song Yantong Ji Chaojing Li Jia Wei Wanlin Lyu Bin Wang Wenbin Guo Rongfan Chen Hongyu Wang Dao Zhou Qian Zhang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11:0
