| 2 | Extracorporeal shock-wave versus pneumatic ureteroscopic lithotripsy in treatment of lower ureteral calculi显示文摘Aim:To compae the efficacy and complications of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (SWL) and pneumatic ureteroscopic lithotripsy(URS) in the treatment of lower ureteral calculi.Methods:From August 1997 to June 1999,210 patients with calculi in the distal third of the ureter were treated with SWL and other 180 with URS.The stones were fragmented with either HB-ESWL-V lithotripter or JML-93 pneumatic lithotripter through Wolf 7.5-9.0 Fr ureteroscope.The outcome was assessed in terms of stone clearance rate,re-treatment rate and complication incidence.Results:the stone clearance rate was 78.1% with SWL and 93.3% with URS (p<0.05).SWL had a re-treatment rate of 11.9%,vs 2.2% in the URS group (P<0.05).URS caused ureteral perforation in 3.3% of patients,while it was o with SWL (P<0.05).The differences in the incidence of other complications such as infection and stricture between the two groups were insignificant.conclusion:Though the selection of these two options depends on equipments available and the expertise of the operator,we recomment URS as the optimal treatment for distal ureteral calculi. | Zeng, GQ Zhong, WD Cai, YB Dai, QS Hu, JB Wei, HA | 2002 | Asian Journal of Andrology2002，4，4： | 17 |

| 4 | Tumor growth inhibition effect of hIL-6 on colon cancer cells transfected with the target gene by retroviral vector显示文摘AIM To observe the tumor inhibitory effects bytransfecting IL-6 cDNA into colon cancer cell lineHT-29 with retroviral vector pZIP cDNA.METHODS Human IL-6 gene was reconstructedin retrovirus vector and transfected into incasingcells PA317 by lipofectamine mediated method,the clones of the cells transferred with hlL-6were selected by G418,and targeted HT-29 cellswere infected with the virus granules secretedfrom PA317 and also selected by G418.Test genetranscription and expression level byhybridization,ELISA and MTT assay,etc.Analyze tumor inhibitory effects according to thecell growth curve,plating forming rate andtumorigenicity in nude mice.RESULT Successfully constructed andtransfected recombinant expressing vectorspZIPIL-6 cDNA and got positive transfected celllines.The colon cancer cell line(HT-29 IL-5)transfected with the hlL-5 gene by retroviralvector was established.The log proliferationperiod and the doubling time of this cell line wasbetween 4 to 7 days and 2.5 days according tothe direct cell count,the cell proliferation wasobviously inhibited with MTT assay,the platinginhibitory rate was 50% by plating efficiencytest.When HT-29 IL-6 cells were inoculated intothe nude mice subcutaneously,carcinogenicactivity of the solid tumor was found superior tothe control group and the size of tumor was notsignificantly enlarged.Injection of combinationvirus fluid containing 11.-6 gene intotransplantation tumors could inhibit the growthand development of the tumor.CONCLUSION IL-6 could inhibit the growth andproliferation of colon cancer cells by retroviralvector-mediated transduction. | Xiao B Jing B Zhang YL Zhou DY Zhang WD | 2000 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2000，6，1： | 11 |

| 7 | Pharmacological challenges in chronic pancreatitis显示文摘Drug absorption in patients with chronic pancreatitis might be affected by the pathophysiology of the disease.The exocrine pancreatic insufficiency is associated with changes in gastrointestinal intraluminal pH,motility disorder,bacterial overgrowth and changed pancreatic gland secretion.Together these factors can result in malabsorption and may also affect the efficacy of pharmacological intervention.The lifestyle of chronic pancreatitis patients may also contribute to gastrointestinal changes.Many patients limit their food intake because of the pain caused by eating and in some cases food intake is more or less substituted with alcohol,tobacco and coffee.Alcohol and drug interaction are known to influence the pharmacokinetics by altering either drug absorption or by affecting liver metabolism.Since patients suffering from chronic pancreatitis experience severe pain,opioids are often prescribed as pain treatment.Opioids have intrinsic effects on gastrointestinal motility and hence can modify the absorption of other drugs taken at the same time.Furthermore,the increased fluid absorption caused by opioids will decrease water available for drug dissolution and may hereby affect absorption of the drug.As stated above many factors can influence drug absorption and metabolism in patients with chronic pancreatitis.The factors may not have clinical relevance,but may explain inter-individual variations in responses to a given drug,in patients with chronic pancreatitis. | Anne Estrup Olesen Anne Brokjaer Iben WD Fisher Isabelle M Larsen | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，42： | 3 |
| 8 | 全球药物滥用的疾病负担:来自2010年全球疾病负担研究显示文摘背景:直到目前还没有研究者系统地估计过全球及区域性的苯丙胺类、大麻、可卡因和阿片类药物依赖的患病率及其造成的疾病负担。我们旨在用伤残损失寿命年(YLDs)、过早死亡损失寿命年(YLLs)和伤残调整寿命年(DALYs)来估计药物依赖的患病率和其造成的疾病负担。方法:采用贝叶斯Meta回归的方法(Dis Mod-MR)对药物依赖的流行病学研究及2010年全球疾病、伤害及危险因素负担研究(GBD 2010)进行了系统综述,估计人群水平的药物依赖患病率。GBD 2010通过代表性社区调查和基于互联网的调查计算出新的失能权重。我们把估计的药物依赖患病率和新的失能权重结合起来估算药物依赖导致的YLDs、YLLs、DALYs和其作为相关疾病危险因素时导致的YLDs、YLLs和DALYs。结果:2010年,药物依赖直接造成了2千万的DALYs(95%UI(不确定区间)1.3-2.54千万),占全球全因DALYs的0.8%(0.6%-1.0%)。世界范围内,相比于其他药物,越来越多的人依赖于阿片类和苯丙胺类药物。阿片类药物依赖直接造成的疾病负担最大(DALYs为920万,95%UI为710-1140万)。在某些地区,药物依赖导致的DALYs所占比例比其他地区高出20倍,收入越高的国家药物依赖造成的负担所占比例也越高。注射吸毒所致HIV感染造成210万的DALYs(95%UI 110-360万),所致HCV感染导致50.2万的DALYs(95%UI 28.6-89.1万)。苯丙胺类药物依赖所致自杀造成85.4万的DALYs(95%UI 29.1-179.1万),阿片类药物依赖所致自杀造成67.1万的DALYs(95%UI 32.9-173.0万),可卡因依赖所致自杀造成32.4万的DALYs(95%UI 10.9-68.2万)。药物依赖导致的疾病负担最高的国家(>650 DALYs/10万人)包括美国,英国,俄罗斯和澳大利亚。结论:药物滥用是造成全球疾病负担的一个重要因素。为减少人群水平的疾病负担,我们需采取有效的措施(比如给予阿片类药物依赖者替代治疗及针具交换等)降低阿片类药物依赖和注射吸毒导致的疾病负担。 | 王同瑜 Degenhardt L Whiteford HA Ferrari AJ Baxter AJ Charlson FJ Hall WD Freedman G Burstein R Johns Engell RE Flaxman A Murray CJ Vos T | 2015 | 中国药物依赖性杂志2015，24，6： | 3 |
| 9 | Chromium does not belong in the diabetes treatment arsenal: Current evidence and future perspectives显示文摘Chromium is considered to have positive effects on insulin sensitivity and is marketed as an adjunctive therapy for inducing glucose tolerance in cases of insulin resistance('the glucose tolerance factor'). Case reports on patients who received prolonged parenteral nutrition indeed showed that the absence of trivalent chromium caused insulin resistance and diabetes. However, whether patients with type 2 diabetes can develop a clinically relevant chromium deficiency is unclear. This review summarizes the available evidence regarding the potential effectiveness of chromium supplementation on glycemic control(Hemoglobin A1c levels) in patients with type 2 diabetes. No studies investigating the longterm safety of chromium in humans were found. All clinical trials that have been performed had a relative short follow-up period. None of the trials investigated whether the patients had risk factors for chromium deficiency.The evidence from randomized trials in patients with type 2 diabetes demonstrated that chromium supplementation does not effectively improve glycemic control. The meta-analyses showed that chromium supplementation did not improve fasting plasma glucose levels. Moreover, there were no clinically relevant chromium effects on body weight in individuals with or without diabetes. Future studies should focus on reliable methods to estimate chromium status to identify patients at risk for pathological alterations in their metabolism associated with chromium deficiency.
