1利用 RFLP、SSR、AFLP和 RAPD标记分析玉米自交系遗传多样性的比较研究显示文摘利用 RFLP、SSR.AFLP和RAPD 4种分子标记方法研究了 15个玉米(Zea mays L.)自交系的遗传多样性,同时对4种标记系统进行比较。在供试材料中筛选到具多态性的RFLP探针酶组合56个,66对SSR引物,20个RAPD引物和9个AFLP引物组合,分别检测到多态性带167、201、87和108条。SSR标记位点的平均多态性信息量(PIC)最大(0.54),AFLP标记位点最小(0.36),但AFLP标记具有最高的多态性检测效率(Ai,32.2)。4种分子标记所得遗传相似系数相关性显著,比较相关系数表明 RAPD可靠性较低。依据 4种分子标记结果将 15个供试自交系划分为塘四平头、旅大红骨、兰卡斯特、瑞德和PN共5个类群,与系谱分析基本一致。认为SSR和RFLP两种分子标记方法适合进行玉米种质遗传多样性的研究。袁力行 傅骏骅 Warburton M 李新海 张世煌 Khairallah M 刘新芝 彭泽斌 李连城 2000Acta Genetica Sinica2000,27,8:257
2玉米杂交种掖单13号的SSR连锁图谱构建与叶夹角和叶向值的QTL定位与分析显示文摘为了增加单位面积产量,玉米育种者已经开始了更密植更紧凑株型的选育。叶夹角和叶向值是评价玉米株型的重要指标。本研究以掖478×丹340的500个F2单株为作图群体,构建了具有138个位点的SSR标记连锁图谱,图谱总长度为1394.9cM,平均间距10.1cM。利用397个F2:3家系对叶夹角和叶向值进行QTL定位分析,结果表明:叶夹角和叶向值分别检测到6和8个QTL,累计解释表型变异41.0%和60.8%,单个QTL的贡献率在2.9%~13.6%之间。与叶夹角和叶向值有关的基因主要作用方式为加性和部分显性。此外两个性状共检测到9对上位性互作位点,表明上位性互作在叶夹角和叶向值的遗传中也起较重要的作用。路明 周芳 谢传晓 李明顺 徐云碧 Marilyn Warburton 张世煌 2007遗传2007,29,9:40

4广西地方玉米种质和加拿大群体的遗传多样性分析显示文摘【目的】分析45份广西地方玉米品种和15份加拿大改良群体的遗传多样性,为更好地利用地方品种拓宽广西玉米种质的遗传基础提供理论依据。【方法】采用混合取样法(每个群体中随机提取4个混合样本,每个样本包括10个单株)和SSR分子标记技术进行研究。【结果】70对SSR引物在60个群体的240份样本中扩增出245条等位基因,每对引物检测出的等位基因数目为2~6条,平均每个位点3.5条。加拿大的15份群体和广西的45份地方品种分别聚为二大类群。加拿大的15份群体又可以分为硬粒型和马齿型两个亚群。在45份广西地方种质中,同样可以分为硬粒型和马齿型两个亚群;糯玉米没有单独聚类,而是分散在硬粒型类群当中。【结论】广西亚热带种质比温带的加拿大种质具有更大的遗传变异,研究这些材料的遗传多样性可更好地扩增广西玉米种质的遗传基础,对玉米育种中发现潜在突破性种质可能会起到一定的作用。吴永升 李明顺 李新海 黄开健 Marilyn Warburton 刘雪 陈卫国 张世煌 2008中国农业科学2008,41,3:10
