| 3 | 郯庐断裂带的两大发展阶段——广义的逆冲推覆断裂带和狭义的平移断裂带显示文摘笔者总结了近年来的研究成果认为,中国东部的郯庐断裂带自海西期以来经历了两个主要发展阶段:第一阶段是广义的郯庐断裂带发展阶段,晚三叠世—早侏罗世由于扬子地块与华北地块的碰撞,成为两地块的对接边界,具有逆冲推覆的性质,属广义的特提斯构造域。第二发展阶段从早白垩世以来,发展成为一条平移断裂带,属于狭义的环太平洋构造域的平移系统。岩相古地理资料显示了扬子地块与华北地块的对接始于晚二叠世早期;印支期的郯庐断裂带是一条由NE、NNE向展布的缓‘S’型的地块拼贴边界,在现今的郯庐断裂带上表现为残留的由北北西向南南东的斜向逆冲推覆的性质,中下构造层次表现为韧性逆冲推覆变形,上部构造层即前陆褶皱冲断带内的变形;应力场分析资料显示:早三叠世晚期开始地表浅部就有近南北向的挤压作用,左行走滑平移作用开始发育;早白垩世晚期开始转入引张伸展阶段,与中国东部的伸展作用一致;新近纪又转为近东西向挤压,发育逆冲兼右行走滑作用。 | 侯明金 Jacques Mercier Pierre Vergely 王永敏 | 2006 | 中国地质2006，33，6： | 13 |
| 4 | Kinematic History and Changes in the Tectonic Stress Regime during the Cenozoic along the Qinling and Southern Tanlu Fault Zones显示文摘Since the mid-late Eocene, North China has been subjected to extensional stress, resulting in the formation and development of basins. The dynamic origin of this crustal extension has long been an issue of debate. This paper presents the results of kinematic analyses of faults obtained from two seperated areas in North China. In the Weihe graben situated on the southernmost margin of the Ordos block, analyses of fault kinematics were coupled with an analysis of the basin’s subsidence history. Three successive extensional tectonic phases accompaning the basin’s formation and development have been distinguished. The Palaeogene extension was oriented in a WNW-ESE direction; the Neogene extension in a NE-SW direction and the Pliocene-Quaternary extension in a NW-SE direction. Such changes have also been recorded by fault kinematics along the southern Tanlu fault zone. | 5 | 从单核细胞分化的树突状细胞的低温保存及其临床应用(英文)显示文摘树突状细胞 (dendriticcells,DCs)作为专职的抗原递呈细胞 ,已被广泛地应用于临床的肿瘤疫苗治疗。目前的临床方案大多为分次给病人注射 >10 6 个细胞 /次 ,不同批次培养的DCs,连续 4 - 6周。为了提高疗效 ,简化治疗程序及规范疗程 ,有必要将DCs低温保存 ,使患者在治疗过程中得到同批次的培养的DCs。本实验从患者外周血采取单个核细胞 ,经细胞淘洗分离单核细胞 ,在 80 0U/mlGM CSF + 10 0ng/mlIL 13的培养条件下 ,将单核细胞于Teflon疏水袋中诱导产生DCs。将DCs以 - 1℃梯度降温及不控温两种方式将DCs冻存于 - 80℃及液氮中。 1个月后 ,4 2℃快速复温。检测其免疫表型 (CD1a ,CD14,CD4 0 ,CD80 ,CD83,CD86,CD5 4 ,CD5 8,CD16,CD32 ,CD64,HLA DR)及其对自体及异体淋巴细胞的刺激作用。结果表明 ,2种方式的低温保存及复温过程不改变DCs的免疫表型及对淋巴细胞的刺激功能。结论 :应用Teflon袋 ,能够从外周血单核细胞中诱导出大批量的DCs ,这些DCs可被低温保存而不改变其功能 。 | VERG Véronique MARTINACHE Chantal LEON Anne GORIN Norbert-Claude BERNARD Jacky LOPEZ Manuel | 2000 | 中国实验血液学杂志2000，8，4： | 6 |

| 7 | Predictive clinical features of cardioembolic infarction in patients aged 85 years and older显示文摘Objective To assess predictive clinical factors of cardioembolic infarction in very old patients(85 years of age and older).Methods Prospective hospital-based stroke registry('The Sagrat Cor Hospital of Barcelona Stroke Registry')is an acute-care teaching hospital in Barcelona,Catalonia,Spain.From 956 first-ever cardioembolic stroke patients included in the stroke registry over a 24-year period,639 were younger than 85 years of age and 317 were 85 years or older(mean age:88.9 years).Demographics,clinical characteristics,risk factors and early outcome were compared.Predictors of cardioembolic infarction in the oldest age group were assessed by multivariate analyses.Results In a logistic regression model based on demographics,risk factors,clinical features and complications,female gender(odds ratio[OR]=1.74,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.27–2.39),heart failure(OR=2.27,95%CI:1.46–3.56),altered consciousness(OR=1.76,95%CI:1.28–2.42),and infectious complications(OR=2.01,95%CI:1.39–2.91)were predictors of cardioembolic stroke in the oldest age group.By contrast,heavy smoking,heart valve disease,hypertension,headache,early seizures,sensory deficit,and involvement of the posterior cerebral artery were independently associated with cardioembolic stroke in the younger group.Conclusions Identification of a differential clinical profile of cardioembolic stroke between patients aged 85 years or more and those younger than 85 years helps clinicians to the optimal management of ischemic infarction in the oldest segment of the population. | Ana Maria Carbajo-García Jonatan Cortés AdriàArboix Joan Massons Laura Díez Enric Vergés Jordi Arboix-Alió Luís García-Eroles | 2019 | Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2019，16，11： | 3 |
