| 8 | 电针“足三里”或“阳陵泉”对围产期尼古丁暴露新生鼠肺功能和组织形态的影响显示文摘目的:对比电针母鼠'足三里'与'阳陵泉'穴对围产期尼古丁暴露新生鼠肺功能与组织形态学干预效应的差异,探寻电针防护新生鼠肺发育不良的穴位效应规律。方法:将24只雌性SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水组(S组)、尼古丁组(N组)、尼古丁加足三里组(N+ST 36组)和尼古丁加阳陵泉组(N+GB 34组),每组6只。从受孕第6天开始,S组皮下注射0.9%氯化钠溶液(1 mg/kg);其余3组皮下注射等量尼古丁,至子代大鼠出生后第21天制备围产期尼古丁暴露模型。造模同时N+ST 36组和N+GB 34组分别电针'足三里'和'阳陵泉'穴,每天1次,至子代大鼠出生后第21天。采用小动物肺功能分析系统观察新生鼠吸气峰值流速(PIF)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、呼气阻力(RE)、吸气阻力(RI)和动态顺应性(Cdyn)等肺功能指标变化;采用HE染色观察肺泡融合、破裂程度等肺组织形态学的变化。结果:与S组比较,N组PEF、Cdyn较低,PIF、RI、RE较高(均P<0.01),肺泡融合、破裂,肺泡壁增厚,肺泡数量减少,肺泡间距变大,肺泡直径较大(P<0.01);与N组比较,N+ST 36组PEF、Cdyn较高,PIF、RI、RE较低(P<0.05,P<0.01),肺泡融合、破裂程度有所改善,肺泡数量增多,肺泡壁变薄,肺泡间距正常,肺泡直径显著减少(P<0.01),而N+GB34组肺功能和肺形态各指标变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:电针围产期尼古丁暴露孕鼠'足三里'较'阳陵泉'更能明显改善新生大鼠肺功能与肺组织形态。 | 苏杭 嵇波 赵国桢 刘翼天 葛云鹏 戴健 路雅雯 王丹 Reiko Sakurai Rehan VK 严明娜 孙晓敏 白红新 郭孟玮 任晓暄 | 2019 | 中国针灸2019，39，6： | 2 |
