| 2 | TR6在人乳腺癌中的功能、表达和意义显示文摘目的 研究TR6功能并探讨其在人乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法 类似Elisa及3H掺入方法 ,研究TR6对乳腺癌MDA4 35细胞生长的作用及机制。Western印迹法检测 5例新鲜乳腺癌组织及MDA4 35、ML-2 0TR6的表达。免疫组化ABC法检测TR6在 2 9例乳腺癌组织、2 0例转移淋巴结及 4例乳腺良性病变中的表达情况 ,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 在加入内外源Fas-L后 ,TR6对乳腺癌MDA4 35细胞系生长具有明显的促进作用 ,当应用TR6抗体中和TR6后 ,这一作用被减弱。免疫组化示TR6在乳腺良性病变无表达 (0 /4) ,2 9例乳腺癌组织中 18例 (6 2 % )呈阳性表达 ,其中不伴有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌 4 /9(44 % )呈阳性表达 ,伴有淋巴结转移 14 /2 0 (70 % )呈阳性表达。 2 0例乳腺淋巴结转移组织中 16例 (80 % )呈阳性表达。结论 与良性乳腺病变相比 ,TR6在乳腺癌中表达增高 ,伴有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌TR6表达率有明显增高倾向。通过阻断Fas-L的抗凋亡作用 ,对肿瘤细胞生长具有明显的保护作用。 | 王鲁平 陈健 宁浩勇 刘光 丁华野 虞积耀 Charles B Underhill 张鲁榕 | 2005 | 诊断病理学杂志2005，12，2： | 12 |
| 3 | 颈动脉破损斑块的高分辨MR成像研究显示文摘目的评价破损颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的成分及其分布的特点。方法回顾性分析43例经超声诊断颈动脉狭窄50%~99%患者斑块高分辨MR图像,根据斑块表面纤维帽的完整性判定斑块破损情况,同时定量测量管腔、管壁、斑块成分的面积比例、纵向长度,并计算总管腔面积、血管负荷指数、偏心指数。采用SPSS12.0统计学软件对患者一般临床资料进行卡方检验,并且对定量测量所得到的计量资料采用Mann-Whitney秩和检验。结果MRI共发现17例破损斑块(破损斑块组)。破损斑块组和未破损斑块组在血管纵向分布上大面积脂质核心长度差异有统计学意义,中位脂质核心长度分别为6mm、0mm(U=126.5,P〈0.05)。血管负荷指数中位数分别为0.67、0.59,斑块内出血的发生率分别为82.4%和42.3%,差异均有统计学意义(U值分别为105、132,P值均〈0.05)。破损斑块组偏心分布更明显,狭窄范围更长。偏心指数分别为3.68、2.79,平均管腔面积为23.97、30.18mm^2,差异均有统计学意义(U值分别为126、138,P值均〈0.05)。结论破损斑块在血管横断面及纵向分布上具有明显的特点,高分辨MR多方向成像可提供更多易损斑块的信息。 | 于薇 张兆琪 Hunter Underhill ThomasS.Hatsukami YuanChun | 2008 | 中华放射学杂志2008，42，8： | 11 |
