| 1 | Dynamic feedback robust stabilization of nonholonomic mobile robots based on visual servoing显示文摘This paper investigates the visual servoing robust stabilization of nonholonomic mobile robots. The calibration of visual parameters is not only complicated, but also needs great consumption of calculated time so that the accurate calibration is impossible in some situations for high requirement of real timing. Hence, it is interesting and important to consider the design of stabilizing controllers for nonholonomic kinematic systems with uncalibrated visual parameters. A novel uncertain model of these nonholonomic kinematic systems is proposed. Based on this model, a stabilizing controller is discussed by using dynamic feedback and two-step techniques. The proposed robust controller makes the mobile robot image pose and the orientation converge to the desired configuration despite the lack of depth information and the lack of precise visual parameters. The stability of the closed loop system is rigorously proved. | 2 | Molecular adsorbent recycling system in treat-ing patients with acute liver failure: a bridge to liver transplantation显示文摘BACKGROUND:Acute liver failure is still a life-threaten- ing disease although it can be treated by liver transplanta- tion. This study was conducted to assess the molecular ad- sorbent recycling system (MARS), which may bridge acute liver failure patients to liver transplantation. METHODS: Biochemical indexes and other clinical data were analyzed of 8 patients with acute liver failure, who had been treated by MARS for 34 times and subsequent Piggyback liver transplantation. RESULTS: After treatment with MARS, the levels of tran- saminase and total bilirubin decreased markedly, but coagu- lation function remained unimproved. All patients survived and discharged from the hospital. | 4 | Non-bleeding technique in resection of hepatoma: report of 49cases显示文摘Objective: To investigate the experience and some re-lated problems of non-bleeding technique in partialhepatectomy.Methods: 49 cases of hepatic tumors were reviewed,including 41cases of hepatic carcinoma, 3 cases of sec-ondary hepatic carcinoma, 4 cases of haemangioma,and 1 case of hepatic adenoma. Three kinds of bleed-ing control technique including normothermic com-plete hepatic vascular exclusion (47/49), completevascular isolation with hypothermic perfusion (1/49),and partial extracorporeal hepatectomy (1/49) wereemployed.Results: The intraoperative volume of blood loss was1560±1252ml, and operative duration was 4.7±0.8h. One case died perioperatively because of severebleeding. 31 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma werefollowed up; the 0.5-, 1-, and 5-year survival rateswere 77% (24/31), 55% (17/31), and 36% (11/31)respectively.Conclusions: In liver surgery concerning hepatoma inthe segment of Couinaud Ⅰ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ or Ⅷ, Pringle’sprocedure is still the major method for bleeding con-trol. When the vena cava or/and venae hepaticaewas/were implicated, normothermic complete hepaticvascular exclusion is helpful. The partial extracorpo-real technique can provide a good exposure to the ca-va inferior, and is an alternative to the complete ex-tracorporeal method.
