| 3 | Highly stable lead-free Cs3Bi2I9 perovskite nanoplates for photodetection applications显示文摘Lead halide perovskites have received tremendous attentions recently for their excellent properties such as high light absorption coefficient and long charge carrier diffusion length. However, the stability issues and the existence of toxic lead cations have largely limited their applications in optoelectronic area. Herein, we report the synthesis and investigation of highly stable and lead-free Cs3Bi2I9 perovskite nanoplates for visible light photodetection applications. The Cs3Bi2I9 nanoplates were synthesized through a facile solution-processed method, which is also applicable to various substrates. The achieved nanoplates present very good crystal quality and exhibit excellent long-term stability even exposed in moist air for several months. Photodetectors were constructed based on these high-quality perovskite nanoplates for the first time, and display a maximum photoresponsivity of 33.1 mA/W under the illumination of 450 nm laser, which is six times higher than the solution-synthesized CH3NH3PbI3 nanowire photodetectors. The specific detectivity of these devices can reach up to 10^10 Jones. Additionally, the devices exhibit fast rise and decay time of 10.2 and 37.2 ms, respectively, and highly stable photoswitching behavior with their photoresponse well retaining under alternating light and darkness. | 4 | Fractal desulfurization kinetics of high-sulfur coal显示文摘The pore structure characteristics of high-sulfur coal from Wansheng in Chongqing have been studied by a nitrogen adsorption method (BET). The effects of grinding and pre-treating with nitric acid on the inorganic sulfur content of coal have been investigated. Organic sulfur in coal pretreated with nitric acid was desulfurized by using propylene-glycol-KOH (PG-KOH). Fractal kinetic properties of these two desulfurization procedures were investigated by using fractal geometric theory. The results show that both the specific surface area and pore volume increased with the decrease in particle diameter. The microspore surface of coal had fractal characteristics; the fractal dimension was 2.48. The sulfur content decreased with the decrease in particle diameter by grinding. After pretreatment with nitric acid, the desulfurization ratio (DFR) of inorganic sulfur increased to over 99% and the DFR of total sulfur to over 70%. The desulfurization procedure of inorganic sulfur had fractal kinetic characteristics; its reactive fractal dimension was 2.94. The organic sulfur desulfurization procedure by PG-KOH was also tallied with fractal kinetic properties; the reactive fractal dimension was 2.57. The effect of temperature on the desulfurization ratio of organic sulfur can be described with an Arrhenius empirical equation. | 7 | Leaching process and kinetics of manganese in low-grade manganese ore显示文摘Manganese was extracted from leaching low-grade manganese ore in sulfuric acid medium. The effects of granule diameter, leaching time, liquid/solid ratio (V/W) and the concentration of sulfuric acid were investigated through orthogonal and single factor experiments. The experimental results showed that the optimal leaching conditions are, size of 0.054mm, 120 minutes of reaction time, 3(V/W) of liquid/solid ratio and 30% of the concentration of sulfuric acid (g/g). Under those conditions, the leaching efficiency is 96.73%. | 8 | Pharmacokinetics and radiation dosimetry of ^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2 in healthy individuals:A pilot study显示文摘99mTc-3PRGD2 is a new SPECT radiotracer for several tumor imaging with high uptake where integrinαvβ3 is highly expressed.This pilot study was to assess the safety,biodistribution and radiation dosimetry of 9,mTc-3PRGD2 in healthy volunteers.The 10 healthy male volunteers were injected with 99mTc-3PRGD2(786.7±55.8 MBq,19.1-24.2 mCi).Baseline measurements of vital signs,laboratory safety tests and 12-lead electrocardiogram were recorded before and after injection.Blood and urine samples were collected and radiation counts were obtained at various time points.Whole-body scans and ROIs of identified organs were used for visual analysis and estimating the radiation dosimetry.No adverse reactions were found during the study.99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited a rapid clearance from the blood with less than 45%of the initial dosage at 10 min after injection and gradual increasing radioactivity in urine with(52.9±6)%of original dose at 1440 min.The whole-body imaging showed high radioactive accumulation in bladder.And the highest 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake was found in the kidneys(3.50×10-2 mSv/MBq).The 99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited good pharmacokinetic properties and little radiation burden.This study showed that 99mTc-3PRGD2 would be a safe and attractive SPECT agent in clinic applications. | CHENG Guanghui GAO Shi JI Tiefeng MA Qingjie JIA Bing CHEN Zuowei WANG Qing | 2012 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,6: | 5 |
| 9 | Intrinsic Kinetic Modeling of Thermal Dimerization of C5 Fraction显示文摘This work aims to investigate the intrinsic kinetics of thermal dimerization of C_5 fraction in the reactive distillation process. Experiments are conducted in an 1000-m L stainless steel autoclave under some selected design conditions. By means of the weighted least squares method, the intrinsic kinetics of thermal dimerization of C_5 fraction is established, and the corresponding pre-exponential factor as well as the activation energy are determined. For example, the pre-exponential factor A is equal to 4.39×105 and the activation energy E4 a is equal to 6.58×10J/mol for the cyclopentadiene dimerization reaction. The nanoparticles calcined below 700 ℃ possessed pure wurtzite structure of ZnO. When the calcination temperature exceeded 700 ℃, ZnAl_2O_4 phase appeared. The resistivity and relative density of the AZO target pressed from nanoparticles were 3×10^(-3) Ω?cm and 99.1%, respectively.
