| 2 | Immunohistochemical study on p53,H-rasp21,c-erbB-2 protein and PCNA expression in HCC tissues of Hart and minority ethnic patients显示文摘AIM To find out the difference of humanprimary liver carcinogenesis between Han andminority ethnic patients in Xinjiang.METHODS Expression of p53,c-erbB-2,H-rasp21 protein and proliferating cell nuclearantigen(PCNA)in tumor tissues of 50 patients(Han 38,minority 12)with primary hepaticcarcinoma was detected byimmunohistochemistry(LSAB).RESULTS The positive frequency of p53,c-erbB-2,H-rasp21 and PCNA expression was46.0%(23/50),70.0%(35/50),68.0%(34/50)and 82.0%(41/50)in tumor tissues;4.0%(2/50),22.0%(11/50),64.0%(32/50)and 52.0%(26/ 50)in peritumors respectively and asignificant difference,except for H-rasp21,ofoncogene alteration was found(P<0.05)between tumor and non-tumorous tissues.Combined the three oncogenes alteration,26%(13/50)tumor tissues had positiveimmunoreactivity,but in peritumor and normallivers it was negative.The positive rate of p53,c-erbB-2 and H-rasp21 protein expression was39.5%(15/38),60.5%(23/38)and 39.5%(15/38)in tumors of Han patients;66.7%(8/12),100%(12/12)and 75.0%(9/12)in minoritiesrespectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Overexpression of p53,c-erbB-2and H-rasp21 in human primary liver carcinoma isan important biomarker of genetic alteration.The different frequency of these oncogeneticchanges may reflect some environmental or/andethnic hereditary factors affecting the livercarcinogenesis.The special life style of Han,Uygur,Kazak and Mongolia nationalities inXinjiang may also be related to theetiopathogenesis of this disease. | Guo Yue Lin Zhao Lun Chen Cai Mo Lu Ying Li Xiao Jia Ping Rong Huang Department of Laboratory Medicine,Chinese PLA 474 Hospital,Urumqi 830011,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomic Region,China Department of Pathology,the 1st Teaching Hospital,Xinjiang Medical University,Urumqi 830054,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomic Region,China | 2000 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2000，6，2： | 40 |
| 3 | Relationship between ABO blood groups and carcinoma of esophagus and cardia in Chaoshan inhabitants of China显示文摘AIM To study the relationship between ABO blood groups and carcinoma of esophagus and cardia in Chaoshan inhebitants of China, which is a unique Littoral high-risk area of esophageal carcinoma in China. The poor communication and transportation in the psst has made Cheoshan a relatively closed area and kept its culture and costure of old China thousend years ago.``METHODS Data on age, sex, ABO blood type and X-rayor psthological diagnose of the pstients with carcinoma of esophagus or cardia were collected from the Tumor Hospital. First Affiliated Hospital, Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College; and the Central Hospital of Shantou and the Central Hospital of Jieyang. A total of 6685 pstients with esophageal carcinoma (EC) and 2 955 patients with cardiac cancer (CC) in Chaoshen district were retrospectively assessed for their association with ABO blood groups.``RESULTS The distribution of ABO blood groups in patients with EC or CC was similar to the norrnal local population in Chaoshen. However, blood group B in male patients with CC and in the pstients with carcinoma in the upper third esophagus was 2.3% and 4.7% higher than the corresponding controls. The relative risk B: O was 1. 1415 (P<0.05)and 1 .2696 (P<0.05), respectively. No relationship was found between ABO blood groups and tumor differentiation.``CONCLTUSION ABO blood group B is associated with the incidence of CC in male individuals and carcinona in the upper third esophagus. The distribution of ABO blood groups varies in the different geographical and ethnic groups. | 15 | Treatment of established colon carcinoma-bearing mice by dendritic cells pulsed with lysates of heat-treated tumor cells显示文摘To investigate the therapeutic effect of dendritic cells pulsed with lysates of heat-treated CT26 colon carcinoma cells. Bone marrow-derived DCs were pulsed with lysates of heat-treated tumor cells and were used to immunize BALB/c mice with established colon carcinoma. Cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response was detected. The therapeutic effect induced by DCs was observed by tumor weight and survival time. DCs pulsed with lysates of heat-treated tumor cells markedly induced specific cytotoxic activity of CTLs. Tumor growth in the immunized BALB/c mice was significantly inhibited and the survival time of the tumor-bearing mice was prolonged. | 18 | 思茅松毛虫的研究显示文摘思茅松毛虫是中国南部的重要松毛虫之一。以Pinus langbianensis Chu为食和以Keteleeria evelyniana为食的幼虫在形态上及发育上均有重大差异。 在安宁,幼虫主要取食Keteleeria evelyniana,每年发生1—2代。越冬后的幼虫在5—6月间化蛹而后在6—7月间发育成熟羽化。第一代幼虫在生长发育过程中产生分化:大部分幼虫生长缓慢而以幼虫越冬,其余的幼虫在四龄后生长迅速,于8月底化蛹、羽化,第二代幼虫于9月中、下旬孵化而以三龄幼虫越冬。引起分化的原因还不明了,应予深入研究。我们设想至少应追索到第一代幼虫孵化之前,因为在7月以前孵化的同一母虫的幼虫都可以产生分化。 这一害虫的化学防治试验了13种杀虫剂,每公斤“621烟剂加5%DDVP40毫升的试验在野外进行,死亡率高达90%。其他:50%phoxim 1:15000,90%Trichlorphon 1:15000,50%嘧啶硫磷1:3000,50%Cyanophos 1:5000,30%phosvel1:5000,40%伏地松1:5000,20%MTMC1:500,25%Carbaryl1:250,95%Cartap1:5000,50%Chorophenmidine1:1000,50%Garodona1:600及50%12401:3000倍均在室内进行试验,死亡率高达90%—100%。 | Teaching and Research Group of Forest Entomology | 1981 | 北京林业学院学报1981，，1： | 2 |
