| 1 | 医学应对方式问卷对206例HIV/AIDS患者测评显示文摘目的了解云南省两地206例HIV/AIDS患者的医学应对方式基本情况,探讨影响因素.方法采用方便抽样方法选取HIV/AIDS患者较为集中的文山、玉溪两地患者作为样本;运用自行设计的一般人口学基本问卷,医学应对问卷(MCMQ),医院焦虑抑郁量表对目标人群进行测定.结果 HIV/AIDS患者面对因子得分低于常模,回避、屈服因子得分高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄,收入是回避因子的影响因素(P<0.05),文化程度是面对因子的影响因素(P<0.05);面对与抑郁呈负相关(r=-0.162,P<0.05),屈服与焦虑、抑郁呈正相关(r=0.429,P<0.00,r=0.401,P<0.00).结论患者多采取回避或屈服的方式应对疾病,不利于疾病的康复;提高其文化程度,消除歧视,使其能够积极面对,配合医生治疗;实施进一步的心理干预措施,以帮助他们采取有效的应对方式. | 张建萍 邓阳 杨智彬 周贵 Kcrshaw Trace | 2012 | 昆明医科大学学报2012，33，12： | 34 |
| 2 | Studies on Human Dietary Requirements and Safe Range of Dietary Intakes of Selenium in China and Their Application in the Prevention of Related Endemic Diseases显示文摘The human dietary selenium requirement in China has been estimated by various methods. The minimum dietary selenium requircment for the prevention of Keshan disease (KD) was found to be around 17 μg/d. On the other hand, an intake of 40 μg/d is required to maintain the plasma glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity at plateau. Hence 40 μg/d is considered as the adequate dietary selenium requirement. Studies conducted in a chronic selenosis area indicate thai the toxic dietary selenlum inlake (adverse effect level), which would maintain the characteristic fingernail changes, was approximately 1600 μg/d. The mean value of dietary selenium intakes, which enabled the five patients to recover from fingernail lesions, was found to be 819 ±126μg/d. At a 95% confidence limit, the lower limit is around 600μg/d. | 3 | Trace Elements in Health and Diseases显示文摘Remarkable progress has occurred in many branches of biology and health sciences during the last few decades. Trace element (TE) research has definitely shared in this explosion of scientific knowledge. Due to the improvements in analytical technology, the discovery of TEs in organism was realized. The developments of TE research have been promoted by the demand of public health (e.g. deficiency or toxicity). The profound knowledge of nutritional importance of TEs has been achieved with application of advanced methods in biological, medical and chemical fields, etc. In this paper, a new definition of essentiality of TEs is introduced. According to this definition, onIy ten TEs (Fe, Zn, F, Cu, I, Se, Mn, Mo, Cr, Co) are considered to be essential to humans. The others need more evidence to prove their essentiality in humans. The recent progress on the biochemical and immunological functions of TEs and on the roles of TEs in brain development are briefly described. The TEs, mainly Se, I, Zn, Fe, are more closely related to public health.
