32-D P-wave velocity structure of lithosphere in the North China tectonic zone: Constraints from the Yancheng-Baotou deep seismic profile显示文摘We obtained the 2-D P-wave velocity structure of the lithosphere in the eastern North China Craton, Shanxi fault subsidence zone, and Yinchuan-Hetao fault subsidence zone by ray tracking technology based on six groups of clearly identified crustal phases and one group of lithospheric interface reflection phases from seismic recording sections of 21 shots along the 1300-km-long Yancheng-Baotou deep seismic wide-angle reflection/refraction profile. The results indicate significant differences between the lithospheric structure east and west of the Taihang Mountains, which is a gravity-gradient zone as well as a zone of abrupt change in lithospheric thickness and a separation zone of different rock components. East of the Taihang Mountains, the Mesozoic and Cenozoic lithospheric structure of the North China Craton has undergone strong reformation and destruction, resulting in the lithosphere thickness decreasing to 70–80 km. The North China Basin has a very thick Cenozoic sedimentary cover and the deepest point of crystalline basement is about 7.0 km, with the crustal thickness decreasing to about 31.0 km. The crystalline basement of the Luxi uplift zone is relatively shallow with a depth of 1.0–2.0 km and crustal thickness of 33.0–35.0 km. The Subei Basin has a thicker Cenozoic sedimentary cover and the bottom of its crystalline basement is at about 5.0–6.0 km with a crustal thickness of 31.0–32.0 km. The Tanlu fault is a deep fracture which cuts the lithosphere with a significant velocity structure difference on either side of the fault. The Tanlu fault plays an important role in the lithospheric destruction in the eastern part of the North China Craton. West of the Taihang Mountains, the crustal thickness increases significantly. The crust thickness beneath the Shanxi fault depression zone is about 46 km, and there is a low-velocity structure with a velocity of less than 6.1 km s?? in the upper part of the middle crust. Combined with other geophysical study results, our data shows that the lithospheric destruction at the Shaanxi-Shanxi fault depression zone and the Yinchuan-Hetao rift surrounding the Ordos block is non-uniform. The lithosphere thickness is about 80–90 km in the Datong-Baotou area, 75–137 km at the Dingxiang-Shenmu region, and about 80–120 km in the Anyang-Yichuan area. The non-uniform lithospheric destruction may be related to the ancient tectonic zone surrounding the Ordos block. This zone experienced multi-period tectonic events in the long-term process of its tectonic evolution and was repeatedly transformed and weakened. The weakening level is related to the interactions with the Ordos block. 5Deep seismic sounding data reveal the crustal structures beneath Zoigê basin and its surrounding folded orogenic belts显示文摘Songpan-Garze massif is located at the turning position of tectonics from the nearly west-east direction to the nearly north-south direction in the northeastern margin of Tibetan Plateau,with Zoigê basin in the centre of the massif.In this paper,we build a crustal structure model of Zoigê basin and its surrounding folded orogenic belts using the deep seismic sounding data in this region.We also discuss structures and properties of the basement in Zoigê basin,tectonic relations between Zoigê upland basin and its surrounding folded orogenic belts,crustal deformation and thickening in the northeastern margin of Tibetan Plateau,and decoupling and relaxing processes in the crust.The results indicate that a special 'Mesozoic basement' is formed of Triassic rocks with high density (2.65-2.75 g/cm3) and high velocity (5.6 km/s) in Zoigê basin.Songpan-Garze tectonic massif was transformed into two types of tectonic units with different crustal structures,i.e.,relatively stable Zoigê upland basin and active folded orogenic belts around the basin,in the course of the crustal material of Tibetan Plateau flowing eastward and obstructed by surrounding stable blocks.The thickening of the crust in the northeastern margin of Tibetan Plateau mainly occurred in the mid and lower crust,and the structure characterized by low velocities and multiple reflectors obviously appears in the folded orogenic belts around Zoigê basin.It implies that the mid and lower crust underwent a strong tectonic deformation in the folded orogenic areas.The thickness of the crust is about 50 km in Zoigê basin and the folded orogenic belts at the both southern and northern sides of Zoigê basin.The 'Mountain root' cannot be identified.It is inferred that during the later orogenic period the eastwards flowing deep materials moved clockwise along the relatively relaxing southern side around the eastern tectonic knot under the obstructing of surrounding rigid massifs,and it resulted in the strong stretching action of the folded orogenic belts around Zoigê basin.JIA ShiXu,ZHANG XianKang,ZHAO JinRen,WANG FuYun,ZHANG ChengKe,XU ZhaoFan,PAN JiShun,LIU Zhi,PAN SuZhen & SUN GuoWei Geophysical Exploration Center,China Earthquake Administration,Zhengzhou 450002,China 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,2:11
6Multi-Objective Optimization of Surface-Mounted and Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Taguchi Method and Response Surface Method显示文摘The surface-mounted and interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(SIPMSM)has the characteristics of multiple variables,strong coupling and nonlinearity.In order to improve the performance of SIPMSM,this paper presents a multi-objective optimal design process using Taguchi and response surface methodology(RSM).The peak value of cogging torque(PVCT),ratio value of average torque and permanent magnet weight(RTW),torque ripple and back-EMF total harmonics distortion(ETHD)are selected as optimization goals.The experiment matrix is established by Taguchi method,and analyzed the tendency and proportion of the effect of the optimization parameters on SIPMSM performance.The rules of choosing multi-objective optimization parameters are obtained.The least-squares method is used to establish the optimal objective function,and RSM is used to obtain the resolutions of the optimization objective function.Comparing the initial performance with optimized performance verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.Jikai Si Suzhen Zhao Haichao Feng Ruiwu Cao Yihua Hu 2018Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,1:11
7Response of sediment yield to vegetation restoration at a large spatial scale in the Loess Plateau显示文摘The impact of vegetation coverage on erosion and sediment yield in the Loess Plateau has been extensively studied,but the research has been primarily based on observations from slope runoff plots or secondary forest regions;the scaling method remains unresolved when it is applied at a large spatial scale,and it is difficult to apply to regions with severe soil and water loss given the predominance of herbs and shrubs.To date,there is little data on the quantitative impact of changes to vegetation on sediment concentration at a large spatial scale.This paper is based on vegetation information from remote sensing images,measured rainfall and sediment data over nearly 60 years,and results from previous runoff and sediment variation research on the Yellow River.We introduce the concepts of a sediment yield coefficient and the percentage of effective vegetation and erodible area,analyze the impact of different vegetation conditions on the flood sediment concentration and sediment yield,and evaluate the effect of rainfall intensity on sediment yield under different vegetation conditions at the watershed scale.We propose models to evaluate the impact of vegetation on sediment yield in the loess gully hilly region,which are based on remote sensing data and support an application at a large spatial scale.The models can be used to assess sediment reduction that results from the current significant improvement of vegetation in the Loess Plateau.LIU XiaoYan YANG ShengTian DANG SuZhen LUO Ya LI XiaoYu ZHOU Xu 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,8:11
8North China sub-craton lithospheric structure elucidated through coal mine blasting显示文摘We present a super-range seismic observation along the >1300-km-long profile passing through the Yinchuan basin and the Ordos block from the blasting point towards the southeast triggered by a large-(dynamite) scale coal blast in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region's Helan Mountain (yielded a profile). The seismic wave information from the uppermost mantle reflecting different depths was obtained by the China continental seismic survey. Pn refracted waves from the uppermost mantle were effectively traced up to 500 km and beyond. The stable dynamic and kinematic characteristics of the Pn wave-group indicate that the uppermost mantle below the Ordos block is a gently changing structure with a weak positive gradient. If Pm1, Pm2 waves are considered as the wave groups from the upper mantle, there may be distinct structural strata in the upper-mantle structures with average velocities of 7.70―7.80 km/s and 8.10―8.20 km/s, respectively. Based on the travel-time curve feature of Pm1, Pm2 waves, there may be a certain layer with a reverse velocity between the M1 and M2 interfaces. The depth range indicated by them is about 110―120 km and 200―220 km. These phenomena basically reflect the structural features of the upper-mantle lithosphere in this region. 9Effect of ZnO nanoparticles on anti-aging properties of polyurethane coating显示文摘Polyurethane nano-coatings were prepared by adding nano-concentrates with nanometer zinc oxide (nano-ZnO) to polyurethane coating. The dispersion state of nanoparticles was observed by TEM images. SEM observation and FT-IR analysis indicate that the nano-coating with 1% ZnO nanoparticles can retain better morphological structure than the nano-coating with 5% ZnO nanoparticles after 500 h accelerated aging. It is known from XPS analysis that the anti-oxidation properties of polyurethane coating are enhanced by 1% ZnO nanoparticles through the nano-network and destroyed by 5% ZnO nanoparticles due to the strong light catalysis. A small change in capacitances of nano-coatings with 1% ZnO nanoparticles before and after accelerated aging indicates that 1% ZnO nanoparticles improve the corrosion resistance of coating, while a large increase in capacitances of nano-coating with 5% ZnO nanoparticles before and after accelerated aging demonstrates that 5% ZnO nanoparticles damage the corrosion resistance of coating.WANG ZhenYu LIU FuChun HAN EnHou KE Wei LUO SuZhen 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,19:6
10Transcriptome profiles reveal that gibberellin-related genes regulate weeping traits in crape myrtle显示文摘Plant architecture includes vital traits that influence and benefit crops,and economically important trees.Different plant architectures provide natural beauty.Weeping ornamental plants are aesthetically appealing to people.The regulatory mechanism controlling the weeping trait is poorly understood in crape myrtle.To investigate the weeping trait mechanism,transcriptional profiling of different organs in weeping and upright crape myrtle was performed based on phenotype.Phenotypic and histological analyses demonstrated that endodermal cells were absent,and that new shoot phenotypes could be rescued by the GA3 treatment of weeping plants.The transcriptional analysis and coexpression network analysis(WGCNA)of differentially expressed genes indicated that GA synthesis and signal transduction pathways play a role in weeping traits.When the expression level of a negative element of GA signaling,LfiGRAS1,was reduced by virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS),new branches grew in infected plants in a negatively geotropic manner.An integrated analysis implied that GA had a strong influence on weeping crape myrtle by interacting with other factors.This study helps to elucidate the mechanism governing the weeping trait and can improve the efficiency of breeding in Lagerstroemia.Suzhen Li Tangchun Zheng Xiaokang Zhuo Zhuojiao Li Lulu Li Ping Li Like Qiu Huitang Pan Jia Wang Tangren Cheng Qixiang Zhang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:5
11Preparation of Ce-TiO_2/carbon aerogel electrode and its performance in degradation of 4-chlorophenol显示文摘Ce-TiO_2/CA(carbon aerogel) electrode was prepared by sol impregnation approach. The XRD(X-ray diffraction) and Raman spectra reveal that the TiO2 is anatase. The UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra show that the optical absorption edge for Ce-TiO_2/CA is red-shifted to 535 nm compared with TiO_2/CA. Under visible light irradiation, the photocurrent density increment on Ce-TiO_2/CA is 75 times that on Ce-TiO_2/FTO(fluorine-doped tin oxide). The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy reveals that the conductivity of CeTiO_2/CA is much better than the Ce-TiO_2/FTO. 13Analysis on Reasons and Treatment Approaches for Shallow Anterior Chamber after Glaucoma Surgery显示文摘Purpose:To analyze the causes of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery,and explore effective treatments correspondingly. Methods:A total of 183 glaucoma patients. (218 eyes).underwent trabeculectomy,and shallow anterior chambers were observed after surgery.The causes were analyzed and appropriate approaches were employed accordingly. Results:Postoperatively,shallow anterior chamber occurred in 42 eyes. (19.3% ).Among those, 24 eyes. (57.1% ).had excessive filtrations,8 eyes (19.0% )showed delayed anterior chamber formation,5 eyes (11.9% )presented with choroidal detachments ,4 eyes (9.5% )displayed conjunctival flap leak ages,and 1 eye (2.4% )had ciliary block. Most shallow anterior chambers can be effectively improved after appropriate treatment. Conclusion:Shallow anterior chamber can be caused by a variety of reasons, mainly by excessive filtration. 14Reference Gene Selection for qRT-PCR Normalization in Iris germanica L.显示文摘Quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR)is an effective and widely used method to analyze expression patterns of target genes.Selection of stable reference genes is a prerequisite for accurate normalization of target gene expression by qRT-PCR.In Iris germanica L.,no studies have yet been published regarding the evaluation of potential reference genes.In this study,nine candidate reference genes were assessed at different flower developmental stages and in different tissues by four different algorithms(GeNorm,NormFinder,BestKeeper,and RefFinder).The results revealed that ACT11(Actin 11)and EF1α(Elongation factor 1 alpha)were the most stable reference genes in different tissues,whereas TUA(Tubulin alpha)and UBC9(Ubiquitin-protein ligase 9)were the most stable ones in different flower developmental stages.UBC9 and ACT11 were the most stable reference genes in all of the tested samples,while the SAMDC(S-Adenosylmethionine decarboxylase)showed the least stability.Finally,to validate the suitability of the selected reference genes,the relative expression level of IgTPS(beta-caryophyllene synthase)was assessed and highlighted the importance of suitable reference gene selection.This work constitutes the first systematic evaluation of potential reference genes in I.germanica and provides guidelines for future research on gene function and molecular mechanisms on I.germanica and related species.Yinjie Wang Yongxia Zhang Qingquan Liu Liangqin Liu Suzhen Huang Haiyan Yuan 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,1:3

17The Characteristics Analysis and Cogging Torque Optimization of a Surface-Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor显示文摘This paper proposes optimal stator skewed slot analytical method for cogging torque reduction in surface-interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(SIPMSM)and analyzes the characteristics of SIPMSM.The series-parallel equivalent magnetic circuit models(EMCMs)of SIPMSM is built based on the characteristics of magnetic circuits,which is used to design the basic electromagnetic parameters of SIPMSM.Analytical expressions of cogging torque are derived from applying analytical techniques.Stator skewed slot for cogging torque minimum is adopted,and the stator skewed slot pitch is confirmed based on the analytical expressions of the resultant cogging torque.The cogging torque,torque ripple,back electromotive force(back-EMF),power-angle characteristics,efficiency and power factor of SIPMSM are analyzed by establishing 3-dimensional finite element model(3-D-FED)of SIPMSM with stator skewed slot and straight slot.It is shown that the comprehensive performance of optimized SIPMSM is improved as confirmed by finite element analysis and analytical calculation results.Jikai Si Suzhen Zhao Lufeng Zhang Ruiwu Cao Wenping Cao 2018Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,4:3
18The clinical and genetic characteristics in children with mitochondrial disease in China显示文摘Mitochondrial disease was a clinically and genetically heterogeneous group of diseases, thus the diagnosis was very difficult to clinicians. Our objective was to analyze clinical and genetic characteristics of children with mitochondrial disease in China. We tested 141 candidate patients who have been suspected of mitochondrial disorders by using targeted next-generation sequencing(NGS), and summarized the clinical and genetic data of gene confirmed cases from Neurology Department, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University from October 2012 to January 2015. In our study, 40 cases of gene confirmed mitochondrial disease including eight kinds of mitochondrial disease, among which Leigh syndrome was identified to be the most common type, followed by mitochondrial encephalomyopathy, lactic acidosis, and stroke-like episodes(MELAS). The age-of-onset varies among mitochondrial disease, but early onset was common. All of 40 cases were gene confirmed, among which 25 cases(62.5%)with mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) mutation, and 15 cases(37.5%) with nuclear DNA(nDNA) mutation. M.3243A>G(n=7)accounts for a large proportion of mtDNA mutation. 19The chromosome-level Stevia genome provides insights into steviol glycoside biosynthesis显示文摘Stevia(Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni)is well known for its very sweet steviol glycosides(SGs)consisting of a common tetracyclic diterpenoid steviol backbone and a variable glycone.Steviol glycosides are 150–300 times sweeter than sucrose and are used as natural zero-calorie sweeteners.However,the most promising compounds are biosynthesized in small amounts.Based on Illumina,PacBio,and Hi-C sequencing,we constructed a chromosome-level assembly of Stevia covering 1416 Mb with a contig N50 value of 616.85 kb and a scaffold N50 value of 106.55 Mb.More than four-fifths of the Stevia genome consisted of repetitive elements.We annotated 44,143 high-confidence protein-coding genes in the high-quality genome.Genome evolution analysis suggested that Stevia and sunflower diverged~29.4 million years ago(Mya),shortly after the whole-genome duplication(WGD)event(WGD-2,~32.1 Mya)that occurred in their common ancestor.Comparative genomic analysis revealed that the expanded genes in Stevia were mainly enriched for biosynthesis of specialized metabolites,especially biosynthesis of terpenoid backbones,and for further oxidation and glycosylation of these compounds.We further identified all candidate genes involved in SG biosynthesis.Collectively,our current findings on the Stevia reference genome will be very helpful for dissecting the evolutionary history of Stevia and for discovering novel genes contributing to SG biosynthesis and other important agronomic traits in future breeding programs.Xiaoyang Xu Haiyan Yuan Xiaqing Yu Suzhen Huang Yuming Sun Ting Zhang Qingquan Liu Haiying Tong Yongxia Zhang Yinjie Wang Chunxiao Liu Lei Wu Menglan Hou Yongheng Yang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
