| 1 | Ore-forming mechanism for the Xiaoxinancha Au-rich Cu deposit in Yanbian,Jilin Province,China:Evidence from noble gas isotope geochemistry of fluid inclusions in minerals显示文摘The Xiaoxinancha Au-rich copper deposit is one of important Au-Cu deposits along the continental margin in Eastern China. The deposit consists of two sections: the Beishan mine (North), composed of altered rocks with veinlet-dissemination sulfides and melnicovite-dominated sulfide-quartz veins, and the Nanshan mine (South), composed of pyrrhotite-dominated sulfide-quartz veins and pure sulfide veins. The isotope compositions of noble gases extracted from fluid inclusions in ore minerals, i.e. ratios of 3He/4He, 20Ne/22Ne and40Ar/36Ar are in the ranges of 4.45―0.08 Ra, 10.2―8.8 and 306―430, respectively. Fluid inclusions in minerals from the Nanshan mine have higher 3He/4He and 20Ne/22Ne ratios whereas those from the Beishan mine have lower 3He/4He ratios. The analysis of origin, and evolution of the ore fluids and its relations with the ore-forming stages and the ages of mineralization suggests that the initial hydrothermal fluids probably come from the melts generated by partial melting of oceanic crust with the participation of fluids from the mantle (mantle-plume type)/aesthenosphere. This also corresponds to the continental margin settings during the subduction of Izanagi ocaneic plate towards the palaeo-Asian continent (123―102 Ma). The veinlet-dissemination ore bodies of the Beishan mine were formed through replacement and crystallization of the mixed fluids generated by mixing of the ascending high-temperature boiling fluid with young crustal fluid whereas the melnicovite-dominated sulfide-quartz veins were formed subsequently by filling of the high-temperature ore fluid in fissures. Pyrrhotite-dominated sulfide-quartz veins in the Nanshan mine were formed by filling-deposition-crystallization of the moderate-temperature ore fluids and the pure sulfide veins were formed later by filling-deposition-crystallization of ore substance-rich fluids after boiling of the moderate-temperature ore fluids. The metallogenic dynamic processes can be summarized as: (1) formation of fluidand ore substance-bearing Adakitic magma by degassing, dewatering and partial melting during subduction of the Izanagi plate; (2) separation and formation of ore fluids from the Adakitic magma; and (3) success-sive ascending of the ore fluids and final formation of the Au-rich Cu deposit of veinlet-dissemination and vein types by secondary boiling. | KEISUKE Nagao HIROCHIKA Sumino | 2008 | Science China Earth Sciences2008，51，2： | 9 |
| 2 | Twenty-four hour intra-arterial infusion of 5-fluorouracil,cisplatin,and leucovorin is more effective than 6-hour infusion for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the time dependence of intra-arterial 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) therapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (aHCC). METHODS: Thirty-seven adult Japanese patients who had aHCC and liver cirrhosis were treated with combined intra-arterial 5-FU, cisplatin (CDDP), and leucovorin (LV). The Japan Integrated Staging score (JIS score) of each patient was 3 or more. The patients were divided into two groups, after which the 15 patients in group S were treated with 6-h infusion chemotherapy (LV at 12 mg/h, CDDP at 10 mg/h, and 5-FU at 250 mg/m2 per 4 h) and the 22 patients in group L were treated with 24-h infusion chemotherapy (LV at 12 mg/h, CDDP at 10 mg/h, and 5-FU at 250 mg/m2 per 22 h). Continuous infusion chemotherapy was performed via the proper hepatic artery every 5 d for 4 wk using an implanted drug reservoir. RESULTS: The percentages of patients with a partial response after 4 wk of chemotherapy were 6.7% in group S and 31.8% in group L. The survival of group L was significantly better than that of group S, with the median survival time being 496 d in group L and 226 d in group S (P < 0.05). | 3 | Comparison of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation and CyberKnife®for initial solitary hepatocellular carcinoma:A pilot study显示文摘AIM To compare therapeutic outcomes and adverseevents in initial solitary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) treated with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) andCyberKnife?.METHODS: Seventy three consecutive patients withinitial solitary HCC treated with RFA (38 patients;RFA group) and CyberKnife (35 patients; CK group)were enrolled in this study. Background factorswere compared between the two groups. Local andintrahepatic distant recurrence control, and cumulativesurvival rates were compared between the two groups.These were determined using the Kaplan-Meier method,and the significance of differences was analyzed by log-rank test. The presence of more grade 3 on CTCAE ver.4.0 early and late adverse events was investigated.RESULTS: In background factors, age was significantlyhigher (P = 0.005) and the tumor diameter wassignificantly larger (P = 0.001) in the CK group. The1-year local recurrence control rates were 97.4%and 97.1% in the RFA and CK groups, respectively (P= 0.71); the 1-year intrahepatic distant recurrencecontrol rates were 85.6% and 86.1%, respectively (P= 0.91); and the 1-year cumulative survival rates were100% and 95.2%, respectively (P = 0.075), showingno significant difference in any rate between the twogroups. There were no late adverse event in the RFAgroup, but 11.4% in the CK group had late adverseevents. | 4 | Acute pancreatitis secondary to intramural duodenal hematoma:Case report and literature review显示文摘Nontraumatic intramural duodenal hematoma(IDH) is rare disease and it is generally related to coagulation abnormalities.Reports of nontraumatic IDH associated with pancreatic disease are relatively rare,and various conditions including acute or chronic pancreatitis are thought to be associated with nontraumatic IDH.However,the association between IDH and acute pancreatitis remains unknown.We report the case of a 45-year-old man who presented with vomiting and right hypochondrial pain.He had no medical history,but was a heavy drinker.The diagnosis of IDH was established by computed tomography,ultrasonography and endoscopy,and it was complicated by acute pancreatitis.The lesions resolved with conservative management.We discuss this case in the context of previously reported cases of IDH concomitant with acute pancreatitis.In our patient,acute pancreatitis occurred concurrently with hematoma,probably due to obstruction of the duodenal papilla,or compression of the pancreas caused by the hematoma.The present analysis of the published cases of IDH with acute pancreatitis provides some information on the pathogenesis of IDH and its relationship with acute pancreatitis. | Kazue Shiozawa Manabu Watanabe Yoshinori Igarashi Yasushi Matsukiyo Teppei Matsui Yasukiyo Sumino | 2010 | World Journal of Radiology2010，2，7： | 3 |
