1Exosomes: a novel therapeutic target for Alzheimer's disease?显示文摘Extracellular exosomes are formed inside the cytoplasm of cells in compartments known as multivesicular bodies. Thus, exosomes contain cytoplasmic content. Multivesicular bodies fuse with the plasma membrane and release exosomes into the extracellular environment. Comprehensive research suggests that exosomes act as both inflammatory intermediaries and critical inducers of oxidative stress to drive progression of Alzheimer's disease. An important role of exosomes in Alzheimer's disease includes the formation of neurofibrillary tangles and beta-amyloid production, clearance, and accumulation. In addition, exosomes are involved in neuroinflammation and oxidative stress, which both act as triggers for beta-amyloid pathogenesis and tau hyperphosphorylation. Further, it has been shown that exosomes are strongly associated with beta-amyloid clearance. 2基于滑模极值搜索的无级变速器夹紧力控制策略显示文摘针对无级变速器传统夹紧力控制进行优化,提出基于滑模极值搜索的控制策略。建立具有非线性、离散性的滑移率数学模型,并证明无级变速器传动效率和金属带滑移率在一定速比下存在的特殊关系,设计滑模极值搜索控制器。利用该控制器对滑移率最优区域进行监控搜索。通过振荡过滤干扰信号的方式,收敛获取到最优滑移率。其中,以系统失稳的临界值为约束目标,通过主动轮转矩较强的抗干扰能力,显示出该控制系统具有良好的鲁棒性。为验证夹紧力控制策略的有效性及可行性,建立仿真平台及实车试验平台。仿真及实车验证结果表明:滑模极值搜索控制与传统夹紧力控制相比较,传动效率提高7.98%~9.98%,燃油效率提高1.15%,ECE+EDUC工况下系统油耗降低约5.54%。滑模极值搜索控制算法的提出,为满足整车提高燃油经济需求的可靠性、稳定性及优化空间提出了一种新方法。韩玲 安颖 SOHEL Anwar 赵希禄 2017机械工程学报2017,53,4:6

4In vitro α-amylase inhibitory activity and in vivo hypoglycemic effect of methanol extract of Citrus macroptera Montr.fruit显示文摘Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of methanol extract of Citrus macroptera Montr,fruit inα-amylase inhibitory activity(in vitro)and hypoglycemic activity in normal and glucose induced hyperglycemic rats(in vivo).Methods:Fruits of Citrus macroptera without rind was extracted with pure methanol following cold extraction and tested for presence of phytochemical constituents,α-amylase inhibitory activity,and hypoglycemic effect in normal rats and glucose induced hyperglycemic rats.Results:Presence of saponin,steroid and terpenoid were identified in the extract.The results showed that fruit extract had moderateα-amylase inhibitory activity[IC_(50)value=(3.638±0.190)mg/mL]as compared to acarbose.Moreover at 500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg doses fruit extract significantly(P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively)reduced fasting blood glucose level in normal rats as compared to glibenclamide(5 mg/kg).In oral glucose tolerance test,500 mg/kg dose significantly reduced blood glucose level(P<0.05)at 2 h but 1000 mg/kg dose significantly reduced blood glucose level at 2 h and 3 h(P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively)whereas glibenclamide(5 mg/kg)significantly reduced glucose level at every hour after administration.Overall time effect is also considered extremely significant with F value=23.83 and P value=0.0001 in oral glucose tolerance test.Conclusion:These findings suggest that the plant may be a potential source for the development of new oral hypoglycemic agent.Nizam Uddin Rakib Hasan Monir Hossain Arjyabrata Sarker A.H.M.Nazmul Hasan A.F.M.Mahmudul Islam Mohd.Motaher H.Chowdhury Sohel Rana 2014Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014,4,6:4
5无级变速器电液控制系统关键技术显示文摘针对无级变速器(CVT)电液控制系统软件开发过程中DNR离合器控制效果一致性的问题重点进行了分析。由于参数的多样性、不确定性和时变性导致了DNR湿式离合器开环控制存在一定难题,在分析其结合过程的基础上,针对半离合点和滑摩过程的控制提出了一种自学习方法。该方法将涡轮加速度作为目标,构建了李亚普诺夫判据的二次型性能方程,制定了学习规则,从理论上确保了自学习过程的渐进收敛性。为验证上述自学习控制算法在实际应用过程中的有效性,本文在ETAS软件中对上述控制算法进行了建模,并利用快速原型仿真工具对上述算法在实车上进行了测试,试验表明应用效果良好。韩玲 张立斌 安颖 李春荣 Sohel Anwar 2014吉林大学学报(工学版)2014,44,5:4
6无级变速器电液控制系统试验分析及故障检测显示文摘为验证无级变速器电液控制模块性能是否达到国家统一标准,以液压控制原理与MATLAB仿真技术相结合对电液控制模块的压力水平、调压曲线、重复精度以及阶跃响应的快速性进行分析,并构建台架及整车试验后开发了一套液压控制模块专用试验系统。同时采用油液光谱分析与免疫算法相结合的方式,通过计算零件油液中金属元素浓度含量指标,对无级变速器零部件早期故障进行定位.试验结果表明电液模块速比、压力跟踪的准确性和快速性及热平衡流量均能满足国标要求,故障零件定位精度可达95.3%.韩玲 张立斌 安颖 ANWAR Sohel 2014西南交通大学学报2014,49,6:3
7孟加拉国Bhanugach西部保育林用地类型变化(英文)显示文摘应用遥感和地理信息系统调查了孟加拉国Sylhet林业分局所辖的Bhanugach西部保育林从1988年到2006年间用地类型的变化。应用了监督和非监督两种方法,用全球定位系统搜集了地面控制点。地理信息系统软件制成地图。结果表明,植被覆盖从1988年的1826hm2大幅地降低到1996年的1714.85hm2,随着协同管理措施的实施,植被覆盖自1996年后逐年增长到2006年的1847.83hm2。在没有其他类型的用地转变成裸地的情况下,裸地变化与植被覆盖间成反比。18年间水体面积从1988年的307.67hm2增加到1996年379.53hm2,96-97年间略有下降,1997年以后直到2006年基本保持不变。本文还提出了将遥感技术和地理信息系统应用于用地类型变化及地理信息系统数据库创建的一些建议。Md. 20基于滑移率反馈控制无级变速器夹紧力优化策略显示文摘为了将汽车燃油消耗率降至最低,使发动机稳定在最佳转速区域,对无级变速器(continuously variable transmission,CVT)传统夹紧力控制策略进行了优化.在CVT内部现有传感器装置的基础上,根据滑移率反馈控制方法的总体结构,建立了具有非线性的滑移率动态模型方程,并在设计滑移率反馈控制器过程中,采用分级内、外双环的控制方法,解决夹紧力与速比之间的耦合问题.通过台架试验及CVT整车测试,验证了优化后的夹紧力控制策略的有效性.研究结果表明:在CVT整车百公里急加速、紧急制动以及综合工况下,滑移率反馈控制令整车动力匹配能力优于传统夹紧力控制;夹紧力在满足不发生带轮打滑及使用要求前提下,夹紧力可降低10%,燃油效率总量可提高1%.韩玲 安颖 董博 田丽媛 SOHEL Anwar 2016西南交通大学学报2016,51,6:1
