1Combinative Algorithms for the Multidisciplinary Collaborative Simulation of Complex Mechatronic Products Based on Major Step and Convergent Integration Step显示文摘Multidisciplinary collaborative simulation (MCS) is an important area of research in the domain of multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO).Although previous research for MCS has to some extent addressed some issues like using of multiple tools,integration stability,control of step size,data synchronization,etc,further work is still necessary to study how to achieve improved precision.A theoretical model is formulated to describe and analyze the integration process of MCS.A basic algorithm with equal major steps is proposed based on the model,along with two methods of implementation for the model,namely the serial method and the parallel method.A further algorithm based on convergent integration step is proposed,which has a more flexible strategy for run-time integration.The influence of interpolation techniques on simulation performance is studied as well.Simulations of the performance of various algorithms with different interpolation techniques are performed for both a simple numerical example and a complex mechatronic product.The novel algorithm based on convergent integration step,when used with a high-order interpolation technique,has better performance in terms of precision and efficiency.The innovation of this paper is mainly on the validation of high precision of the proposed convergent integration step algorithm.LIANG Silue ZHANG Heming WANG Hongwei 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,3:6
2Monte-Carlo simulation of pinhole collimator of a small field of view gamma camera for small animal imaging显示文摘Needs in scintimammography applications,especially for small animal cardiac imaging,lead to develop a small field of view,high spatial resolution gamma camera with a pinhole collimator.However the ideal pinhole collimator must keep a compromise between spatial resolution and sensitivity.In order to design a pinhole collimator with an optimized sensitivity and spatial resolution,the spatial resolution and the geometric sensitivity response as a function of the source to collimator distance has been obtained by means of Monte-Carlo simulation for a small field of view gamma camera with a pinhole collimator of various-hole diameters.The results show that the camera with pinhole of 1 mm,1.5 mm and 2 mm diameter has respectively spatial resolution of 1.5 mm,2.25 mm and 3 mm and geometric sensitivity of 0.016%,0.022%and 0.036%,while the source to collimator distance is 3 cm.We chose the pinhole collimator with hole diameter size of 1.2 mm for our the gamma camera designed based on the trade-off between sensitivity and resolution.ZHU Jie MA Wenyan ZHU Yufeng MA Hongguang WU Yuelei HU Huasi ZHANG Boping HUO Yonggang LIU Silu JIAN Bin WANG Zhaomin 2009Nuclear Science and Techniques2009,20,1:4
3基于多特征融合的人脸识别方法显示文摘为了改善人脸识别方法只基于一种特征、识别方法单一造成的识别率低的问题。使用多种特征融合进行人脸识别,可以有效改善单一特征因光照、角度以及尺度变化对识别的影响,提高识别率。经过试验证实,将LBPH、SIFT以及通过卷积神经网络提取的VIPLFaceNet特征按照一定的权重进行组合时,可以有效的结合3种特征的识别特点,获得比单一特征更好的识别率。当VIPLFaceNet、SIFT和LBPH3种特征以4∶1∶5的权重进行融合时,可以获得95.35%的识别率,识别率明显提升。DOGNERY SINALY SILUE 2018电子测量技术2018,41,20:3
4αSetup-PCTL:An Adaptive Setup-Based Two-Level Preconditioner for Sequence of Linear Systems of Three-Temperature Energy Equations显示文摘The iterative solution of the sequence of linear systems arising from threetemperature(3-T)energy equations is an essential component in the numerical simulation of radiative hydrodynamic(RHD)problem.However,due to the complicated application features of the RHD problems,solving 3-T linear systems with classical preconditioned iterative techniques is challenging.To address this difficulty,a physicalvariable based coarsening two-level(PCTL)preconditioner has been proposed by dividing the fully coupled system into four individual easier-to-solve subsystems.Despite its nearly optimal complexity and robustness,the PCTL algorithm suffers from poor efficiency because of the overhead associatedwith the construction of setup phase and the solution of subsystems.Furthermore,the PCTL algorithm employs a fixed strategy for solving the sequence of 3-T linear systems,which completely ignores the dynamically and slowly changing features of these linear systems.To address these problems and to efficiently solve the sequence of 3-T linear systems,we propose an adaptive two-level preconditioner based on the PCTL algorithm,referred to as αSetup-PCTL.The adaptive strategies of the αSetup-PCTL algorithm are inspired by those of αSetup-AMG algorithm,which is an adaptive-setup-based AMG solver for sequence of sparse linear systems.The proposed αSetup-PCTL algorithm could adaptively employ the appropriate strategies for each linear system,and thus increase the overall efficiency.Numerical results demonstrate that,for 36 linear systems,the αSetup-PCTL algorithm achieves an average speedup of 2.2,and a maximum speedup of 4.2 when compared to the PCTL algorithm.Silu Huang Xiaoqiang Yue Xiaowen Xu 2022Communications in Computational Physics2022,32,10:3
5Microstructural softening induced adiabatic shear banding in Ti-23Nb-0.7Ta-2Zr-O gum metal显示文摘Ti-23Nb-0.7Ta-2Zr-O gum metal(GM)is an attractive candidate material for applications that require superior mechanical properties.In our earlier investigation of the GM[1],geometrical softening and the generation of adiabatic shear bands(ASBs)were proposed as primary reasons for the documented anisotropic impact response.In the present study,electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)analysis reveals two different deformed microstructures,i.e.,deformed ultrafine grains(UFGs)and dynamically recrystallized UFGs,formed in the ASBs of GM samples processed by extrusion equal channel angular pressing(ECAP),respectively.Additional calculation of temperature rise during dynamic compression suggests that the above microstructure differences in the ASBs was originated from their different maximum ASB temperatures(608 K for extruded GM and 1159 K for ECAP-processed GM).Moreover,our calculation on the temperature at the onset of ASBs indicates that microstructural softening is the primary cause for the development of ASBs in both extruded GM(321 K)and ECAP-processed GM(331 K).Silu Liu Y.Z.Guo Z.L.Pan X.Z.Liao E.J.Lavernia Y.T.Zhu Q,M,Wei Yonghao Zhao 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,54,19:2
