1Forecasting the number of zoonotic cutaneous leishmaniasis cases in south of Fars province, Iran using seasonal ARIMA time series method显示文摘Objective: To predict the trend of cutaneous leishmaniasis and assess the relationship between the disease trend and weather variables in south of Fars province using Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(SARIMA) model,Methods: The trend of cutaneous leishmaniasis was predicted using Mini tab software and SARIMA model,Besides,information about the disease and weather conditions was collected monthly based on time series design during January 2010 to March 2016,Moreover,various SARIMA models were assessed and the best one was selected,Then,the model's fitness was evaluated based on normality of the residuals' distribution,correspondence between the fitted and real amounts,and calculation of Akaike Information Criteria(AIC) and Bayesian Information Criteria(BIC),Results: The study results indicated that SARIMA model(4,1,4)(0,1,0)(12) in general and SARIMA model(4,1,4)(0,1,1)(12) in below and above 15 years age groups could appropriately predict the disease trend in the study area,Moreover,temperature with a three-month delay(lag3) increased the disease trend,rainfall with a four-month delay(lag4) decreased the disease trend,and rainfall with a nine-month delay(lag9) increased the disease trend,Conclusions: Based on the results,leishmaniasis follows a descending trend in the study area in case drought condition continues,SARIMA models can suitably measure the disease trend,and the disease follows a seasonal trend.Mehdi Sharafi Haleh Ghaem Hamid Reza Tabatabaee Hossein Faramarzi 2017Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2017,10,1:9
2脉冲电流法制备纳米晶Fe-Ni-Cr合金涂层的电沉积及表征(英文)显示文摘采用脉冲电流技术电沉积纳米晶Fe-Ni-Cr涂层。SEM测试结果表明,在低电流密度下,涂层为小结节和细小菜花结构的混合形态;而在高电流密度下,Cr含量随着涂层中Fe和Ni含量的降低而增加。XRD谱证实,脉冲电流密度对晶粒细化具有积极作用。振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量结果表明,随着电流密度的提高,由于Cr含量的增加和晶粒尺寸的减小,饱和磁化强度降低、矫顽力增大。通过提高脉冲电流密度,可以降低摩擦因数和磨损率。此外,在磨损表面观察到粘着和磨粒磨损机制。随着脉冲电流密度提高,犁沟和磨屑的数量减少。Ebrahim YOUSEFI Ahmad IRANNEJAD Shahriar SHARAFI 2019Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,12:4
3脉冲频率变化制备Fe−Ni−TiO_(2)复合涂层的显微组织、摩擦学行为和磁性能显示文摘利用脉冲频率变化电沉积Fe−Ni−TiO_(2)纳米复合涂层。结果表明,在较高的频率下可以制备出表面致密、具有纳米晶结构的涂层。当脉冲频率从10 Hz增加到500 Hz,涂层中Fe和TiO_(2)纳米颗粒含量增加,Ni含量降低。XRD结果显示,当频率增加到500 Hz,BCC相的峰强度增加,沉积物的晶粒尺寸减小至35 nm。而且,由于晶粒尺寸减小和Fe−Ni基体中TiO_(2)纳米颗粒的掺入率较高(5.13 wt.%),显微硬度和表面粗糙度分别达到647 HV和125 nm。另外,脉冲频率增大,复合涂层的摩擦因数和磨损率减小,饱和磁化强度和矫顽力均增加。Ebrahim YOUSEFI Shahriar SHARAFI Ahmad IRANNEJAD 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,12:3
4Evidence of the formation of landslide-dammed lakes in the Zagros Mountains range,Iran显示文摘Alternation of high and low resistance sedimentary beds,active tectonics,large rivers,and slope erosion in valleys consequently resulted in landslide in dammed lakes within the Zagros range.This study presents the results in the analysis of geological and topographic data,satellite imageries,morphotectonics and hydrodynamics of drainage networks about the landslide dammed lakes.There are four landslides in central Zagros(Zagros FoldThrust Belt,ZFTB)which have formed five dammed lakes named,Seymareh,Jaidar,Shur,Shimbar,and Godar.According to the results,damming landslides occurred in the active-tectonic regions on the slopes of anticlines and in valleys with undercutting effects of rivers on their slopes consisting of alternations of loose and resistant beds.The studied landslide dams in narrow valleys are formed as a result of blocking river by sliding debris slopes and rock slides.This study also indicates the formation of Jaidar and Godar in one stage and the presence of Lake Terrace sequence in Seymareh,Shur and Shimbar lakes.The observed sequences of terrace formation in these lakes are caused by four Seymareh Landslides followed by the three-stage excavation of Shur andShimbar lakes.Siyamack SHARAFI Mojtaba YAMANI Mohsen EHTESHAMI-MOINABADI 2019Journal of Mountain Science2019,16,10:2

7Essential oil composition of two Scutellaria species from Iran显示文摘Objective:Medicinal plants Scutellaria multicaulis and Scutellaria bornmuelleri belong to the Scutellaria genus and Lamiaceae family,and are widely used in traditional Iranian medicine.This study aims to characterize promising bioactive phytochemicals found in the aerial parts of S.multicaulis and S.bornmuelleri.Methods:Accordingly,volatile oils were obtained by hydrodistillation of S.multicaulis and S.bornmuelleri leaves and stems,and then analyzed by gas chromatographyemass spectrometry(GC/MS).Results:A total of 88 components,representing 92.4%of the oil(oil yield determined to be 0.53%,v/w),were identified in the essential oils of S.multicaulis.The main group was sesquiterpene hydrocarbons(24%),with a-himachalene(7.2%),a-longipinene(6.8%),and a-copaene(3.2%)as the main components.A total of 89 chemicals,representing 83.2%of the essential oil(oil yield determined to be 0.31%,v/w),were detected in the essential oil of S.bornmuelleri.The main components were steroids,such as 14-b-H-pregna(32.9%),hydrocarbons(22.5%),sesquiterpenes(11.4%),and monoterpenes(4.6%),which were considered minor constituents.The contents of sesquiterpene and monoterpene hydrocarbons present in S.multicaulis and S.bornmuelleri were 24%and 7.1%,respectively.However,the contribution of oxygenated monoterpenes(4%)and sesquiterpenes(4.3%)in both species was less than 5%.Conclusion:As the first report on the chemical composition of S.multicaulis and S.bornmuelleri,this study showed that the major compounds were steroids and sesquiterpenes.Gharari Zahra Bagheri Khadijeh Danafar Hossein Sharafi Ali 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2019,6,3:1
