1青藏高原拉萨地块碰撞后超钾质岩石的时空分布及其意义显示文摘对西藏拉萨地块超钾质岩石的研究是近10年来青藏高原研究的重要进展之一。本文对西藏拉萨地块中部当若雍错和许如错地区的超钾质火山岩进行了透长石和黑云母的^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar定年。当若雍错粗面岩的黑云母^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar等时线年龄为13.2±0.3Ma,3个透长石的等时线年龄分别为13.0±0.3Ma、13.7±0.3Ma和13.0±0.3Ma;许如错辉石粗面岩黑云母的^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar等时线年龄为11.2±0.3Ma。结合已有研究结果,探讨了拉萨地块碰撞后钾质和超钾质岩石的分布特征。超钾质岩石产出于大约东经87度以西的地区,岩石年龄介于8~25Ma之间,而钾质岩石则在东部和西部都有产出,时代为9~24Ma。超钾质和钾质岩石在野外产出的构造背景上,显示了与南北向裂谷、新生代盆地、南北延长的湖泊等分布的密切关系。拉萨地块碰撞后岩浆作用的时间与裂谷发育、岩脉侵入、埃达克岩形成等岩浆-构造事件的时间相互重叠不是偶然的,预示着可能存在一个深部岩石圈演化的统一事件,而最为可能的是高原南部岩石圈地幔的减薄作用。超钾质岩浆作用在拉萨地块与羌塘地区同时发育表明拉萨地块与藏北在构造和岩石圈演化方面具有一致性。赵志丹 莫宣学 Sebastien NOMADE Paul R RENNE 周肃 董国臣 王亮亮 朱弟成 廖忠礼 2006岩石学报2006,22,4:87

4Transcatheter embolization therapy in liver cancer:an update of clinical evidences显示文摘Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) is a form of intra-arterial catheter-based chemotherapy that selectively delivers high doses of cytotoxic drug to the tumor bed combining with the effect of ischemic necrosis induced by arterial embolization.Chemoembolization and radioembolization are at the core of the treatment of liver hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients who cannot receive potentially curative therapies such as transplantation,resection or percutaneous ablation.TACE for liver cancer has been proven to be useful in local tumor control,to prevent tumor progression,prolong patients' life and control patient symptoms.Recent evidence showed in patients with single-nodule HCC of 3 cm or smaller without vascular invasion,the5-year overall survival(OS) with TACE was similar to that with hepatic resection and radiofrequency ablation.Although being used for decades,Lipiodol~(Lipiodol~ Ultra Fluid~,Guerbet,France) remains important as a tumor-seeking and radio-opaque drug delivery vector in interventional oncology.There have been efforts to improve the delivery of chemotherapeutic agents to tumors.Drug-eluting bead(DEB) is a relatively novel drug delivery embolization system which allows for fixed dosing and the ability to release the anticancer agents in a sustained manner.Three DEBs are available,i.e.,Tandem~(CeloNova Biosciences Inc.,USA),DC-Beads~(BTG,UK) and HepaSphere~(BioSphere Medical,Inc.,USA).Transarterial radioembolization(TARE) technique has been developed,and proven to be efficient and safe in advanced liver cancers and those with vascular complications.Two types of radioembolization microspheres are available i.e.,SIR-Spheres~(Sirtex Medical Limited,Australia) and TheraSphere~(BTG,UK).This review describes the basic procedure of TACE,properties and efficacy of some chemoembolization systems and radioembolization agents which are commercially available and/or currendy under clinical evaluation.The key clinical trials of transcatheter arterial therapy for liver cancer are summarized.Yi-Xiang J.Wang Thierry De Baere Jean-Marc Idee Sebastien Ballet 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,2:72
5Palaeozoic tectonic evolution of the Tianshan belt,NW China显示文摘The Chinese Tianshan belt is a major part of the southern Central Asian Orogenic Belt,extending westward to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.Its Paleozoic tectonic evolution,crucial for understanding the amalgamation of Central Asia,comprises two stages of subduction-collision.The first collisional stage built the Eo-Tianshan Mountains,before a Visean unconformity,in which all structures are verging north.It implied a southward subduction of the Central Tianshan Ocean beneath the Tarim active margin,that induced the Ordovician-Early Devonian Central Tianshan arc,to the south of which the South Tianshan back-arc basin opened.During the Late Devonian,the closure of this ocean led to a collision between Central Tianshan arc and the Kazakhstan-Yili-North Tianshan Block,and subsequently closure of the South Tianhan back-arc basin,producing two suture zones,namely the Central Tianshan and South Tianshan suture zones where ophiolitic mélanges and HP metamorphic rocks were emplaced northward.The second stage included the Late Devonian-Carboniferous southward subduction of North Tianshan Ocean beneath the Eo-Tianshan active margin,underlined by the Yili-North Tianshan arc,leading to the collision between the Kazakhstan-Yili-NTS plate and an inferred Junggar Block at Late Carboniferous-Early Permian time.The North Tianshan Suture Zone underlines likely the last oceanic closure of Central Asia Orogenic Belt;all the oceanic domains were consumed before the Middle Permian.The amalgamated units were affected by a Permian major wrenching,dextral in the Tianshan.The correlation with the Kazakh and Kyrgyz Tianshan is clarified.The Kyrgyz South Tianshan is equivalent to the whole part of Chinese Tianshan(CTS and STS) located to the south of Narat Fault and Main Tianshan Shear Zone;the so-called Middle Tianshan thins out toward the east.The South Tianshan Suture of Kyrgyzstan correlates with the Central Tianshan Suture of Chinese Tianshan.The evolution of this southern domain remains similar from east(Gangou area) to west until the Talas-Ferghana Fault,which reflects the convergence history between the Kazakhstan and Tarim blocks.Jacques CHARVET SHU LiangShu Sebastien LAURENT-CHARVET WANG Bo Michel FAURE Dominique CLUZEL CHEN Yan Koen De JONG 2011Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,2:57

7Iron and liver fibrosis: Mechanistic and clinical aspects显示文摘Liver fibrosis is characterised by excessive deposition of extracellular matrix that interrupts normal liver functionality. It is a pathological stage in several untreated chronic liver diseases such as the iron overload syndrome hereditary haemochromatosis, viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and diabetes. Interestingly, regardless of the aetiology, iron-loading is frequently observed in chronic liver diseases. Excess iron can feed the Fenton reaction to generate unquenchable amounts of free radicals that cause grave cellular and tissue damage and thereby contribute to fibrosis. Moreover, excess iron can induce fibrosis-promoting signals in the parenchymal and non-parenchymal cells, which accelerate disease progression and exacerbate liver pathology. Fibrosis regression is achievable following treatment, but if untreated or unsuccessful, it can progress to the irreversible cirrhotic stage leading to organ failure and hepatocellular carcinoma, where resection or transplantation remain the only curative options. Therefore,understanding the role of iron in liver fibrosis is extremely essential as it can help in formulating iron-related diagnostic, prognostic and treatment strategies. These can be implemented in isolation or in combination with the current approaches to prepone detection, and halt or decelerate fibrosis progression before it reaches the irreparable stage. Thus, this review narrates the role of iron in liver fibrosis. It examines the underlying mechanisms by which excess iron can facilitate fibrotic responses. 9Geochronology of the volcanic rocks in the Lu-Zong basin and its significance显示文摘The Lu-Zong (Lujiang-Zongyang) basin is one of the most important volcanic basins in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River area, China. It comprises four shoshonitic volcanic units, which are, in an ascending order, the Longmenyuan, Zhuanqiao, Shuangmiao and Fushan Groups. The LA-ICP MS U-Pb zircon ages of the four units are: 134.8±1.8 Ma for the Longmenyuan Group, 134.1±1.6 Ma for the Zhuanqiao Group, 130.5±0.8 Ma for the Shuangmiao Group, and 127.1±1.2 Ma for the Fushan Group. The results indicate that all volcanic rocks in the Lu-Zong basin were formed in the Early Cretaceous from about 135 Ma to 127 Ma, lasting 8-10 Ma. There were no Jurassic volcanic activities in all the volcanic basins including the Lu-Zong basin in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River area. 10TREM-1 multimerization is essential for its activation on monocytes and neutrophils显示文摘The triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(TREM-1)is a receptor expressed on innate immune cells.By promoting the amplification of inflammatory signals that are initially triggered by Toll-like receptors(TLRs),TREM-1 has been characterized as a major player in the pathophysiology of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases,such as septic shock,myocardial infarction,atherosclerosis,and inflammatory bowel diseases.However,the molecular events leading to the activation of TREM-1 in innate immune cells remain unknown.Here,we show that TREM-1 is activated by multimerization and that the levels of intracellular Ca 2+release,reactive oxygen species,and cytokine production correlate with the degree of TREM-1 aggregation.TREM-1 activation on primary human monocytes by LPS required a two-step process consisting of upregulation followed by clustering of TREM-1 at the cell surface,in contrast to primary human neutrophils,where LPS induced a rapid cell membrane reorganization of TREM-1,which confirmed that TREM-1 is regulated differently in primary human neutrophils and monocytes.In addition,we show that the ectodomain of TREM-1 is able to homooligomerize in a concentration-dependent manner,which suggests that the clustering of TREM-1 on the membrane promotes its oligomerization.We further show that the adapter protein DAP12 stabilizes TREM-1 surface expression and multimerization.TREM-1 multimerization at the cell surface is also mediated by its endogenous ligand,a conclusion supported by the ability of the TREM-1 inhibitor LR12 to limit TREM-1 multimerization.These results provide evidence for ligand-induced,receptor-mediated dimerization of TREM-1.Collectively,our findings uncover the mechanisms necessary for TREM-1 activation in monocytes and neutrophils.Kevin Carrasco Amir Boufenzer Lucie Jolly Helene Le Cordier Guanbo Wang Albert JR Heck Adelheid Cerwenka Emilie Vinolo Alexis Nazabal Alexandre Kriznik Pierre Launay Sebastien Gibot Marc Derive 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,5:13
11Role of staging laparoscopy in peri-pancreatic and hepatobiliary malignancy显示文摘Even after extensive preoperative assessment,staging laparoscopy may allow avoidance of non-therapeutic laparotomy in patients with radiographically occult metastatic or locally unresectable disease.Staging laparoscopy is associated with decreased postoperative pain,a shorter hospital stay and a higher likelihood of receiving systemic therapy compared to laparotomy but its yield has decreased with improvements in imaging techniques.Current uses of staging laparoscopy include the following:(1) In the staging of pancreatic adenocarcinoma,laparoscopic staging allows for the identif ication of sub-radiographic metastatic disease in locally advanced cancer in approximately 30% of patients and,in radiographically resectable cancer,may identify metastatic disease in 10%-15% of cases;(2) In colorectal liver metastases,selective use of laparoscopic staging in patients with a clinical risk score of over 2 identifies unresectable disease in approximately 20% of patients;(3) In hepatocellular carcinoma,laparoscopic staging could be selectively used in high-risk patients such as those with clinically apparent liver cirrhosis and in patients with major vascular invasion or bilobar tumors;and(4) In biliary tract malignancy,staging laparoscopy may be used in all patients with potentially resectable primary gallbladder cancer and in selected patients with T2/T3 hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Because of the decreasing yield of SL secondary to improvements in imaging techniques,staging laparoscopy should be used selectively for patients with pancreatic and hepatobiliary malignancy to avoid unnecessary non-therapeutic laparotomy and to improve resource utilization.Each individual surgeon should apply his or her threshold as to whether staging laparoscopy is indicated according to the quality of preoperative imaging studies and the availability of resources at their own institution.Sebastien Gaujoux Peter J Allen 2010World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2010,2,9:12
12LAMOST Experiment for Galactic Understanding and Exploration (LEGUE)——The survey's science plan显示文摘We describe the current plans for a spectroscopic survey of millions of stars in the Milky Way galaxy using the Guo Shou Jing Telescope (GSJT, formerly called the Large sky Area Multi-Object fiber Spectroscopic Telescope - LAMOST). The survey will obtain spectra for 2.5 million stars brighter than r < 19 during dark/grey time, and 5 million stars brighter than r < 17 or J < 16 on nights that are moonlit or have low transparency. The survey will begin in the fall of 2012, and will run for at least four years. The telescope's design constrains the optimal declination range for observations to 10 < δ < 50 , and site conditions lead to an emphasis on stars in the direction of the Galactic anticenter. The survey is divided into three parts with different target selection strategies: disk, anticenter, and spheroid. The resulting dataset will be used to study the merger history of the Milky Way, the substructure and evolution of the disks, the nature of the first generation of stars through identification of the lowest metallicity stars, and star formation through study of open clusters and OB associations. 16安徽西冲钼矿床细粒花岗岩的岩石定年、岩石化学及与成矿的关系研究显示文摘西冲钼矿是大别成矿带东段近年新发现的斑岩型钼-多金属矿床,其矿床学和矿床地球化学研究少见报导。该研究成果丰富了我国斑岩-矽卡岩型钼钨-多金属矿床研究成果,同时对指导区域找矿具有一定意义。本文在详细的野外地质调研基础上,对大别成矿带西冲钼矿区出露的主要岩石单元、矿化和蚀变特征、细粒花岗岩的岩石学、岩石化学和成岩年代学进行了系统的研究。结果表明,矿区出露的主要侵入岩单元由老至新依次为:石英二长岩、细粒花岗岩(130.8±1.1Ma)及双峰式脉岩组合(131.9±1.4Ma和131.3±1.6Ma),其均为燕山期岩浆活动产物,产于华北与扬子陆块拼合后的陆内环境。矿化类型以脉状、网脉状和浸染状为主,为一斑岩型钼-多金属矿床。矿区蚀变发育,包括黑云母-磁铁矿化、钾长石化、硅化、石英-绢云母化、石英-绿帘石化、绿泥石-碳酸盐化和泥化,且空间上具有一定的分带规律。矿区已知矿化、蚀变及Cu-Mo化探异常的空间展布与细粒花岗岩关系密切,且细粒花岗岩中具有高的Mo含量,表明该矿床的形成主要与细粒花岗岩有关。岩石化学结果表明,细粒花岗岩属过铝质-准铝质、高钾钙碱性-钾玄质过渡岩石,锆石U-Pb年龄与双峰式脉岩的在误差范围内一致,表明其均形成于大别造山带大规模伸展背景。谢玉玲 李腊梅 郭翔 MEFFRE Sebastien CHANG ZhaoShan 张健 姚羽 王爱国 2015岩石学报2015,31,7:7
17Through-needle all-optical ultrasound imaging in vivo: a preclinical swine study显示文摘High-frequency ultrasound imaging can provide exquisite visualizations of tissue to guide minimally invasive procedures.Here,we demonstrate that an all-optical ultrasound transducer,through which light guided by optical fibers is used to generate and receive ultrasound,is suitable for real-time invasive medical imaging in vivo.Broad-bandwidth ultrasound generation was achieved through the photoacoustic excitation of a multiwalled carbon nanotube-polydimethylsiloxane composite coating on the distal end of a 300-μm multi-mode optical fiber by a pulsed laser.The interrogation of a high-finesse Fabry–Pérot cavity on a single-mode optical fiber by a wavelength-tunable continuous-wave laser was applied for ultrasound reception.This transducer was integrated within a custom inner transseptal needle(diameter 1.08 mm;length 78 cm)that included a metallic septum to acoustically isolate the two optical fibers.The use of this needle within the beating heart of a pig provided unprecedented realtime views(50 Hz scan rate)of cardiac tissue(depth:2.5 cm;axial resolution:64μm)and revealed the critical anatomical structures required to safely perform a transseptal crossing:the right and left atrial walls,the right atrial appendage,and the limbus fossae ovalis.This new paradigm will allow ultrasound imaging to be integrated into a broad range of minimally invasive devices in different clinical contexts.Malcolm C Finlay Charles A Mosse Richard J Colchester Sacha Noimark Edward Z Zhang Sebastien Ourselin Paul C Beard Richard J Schilling Ivan P Parkin Ioannis Papakonstantinou Adrien E Desjardins 2017Light(Science & Applications)2017,6,1:6
18New tools for optimizing fluid resuscitation in acute pancreatitis显示文摘Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a frequent disease with degrees of increasing severity responsible for high morbidity.Despite continuous improvement in care,mortality remains significant.Because hypovolemia,together with microcirculatory dysfunction lead to poor outcome,fluid therapy remains a cornerstone of the supportive treatment.However,poor clinical evidence actually support the aggressive fluid therapy recommended in recent guidelines since available data are controversial.Fluid management remains unclear and leads to current heterogeneous practice.Different strategies may help to improve fluid resuscitation in AP.On one hand,integration of fluid therapy in a global hemodynamic resuscitation has been demonstrated to improve outcomein surgical or septic patients.Tailored fluid administration after early identification of patients with high-risk of poor outcome presenting inadequate tissue oxygenation is a major part of this strategy.On the other hand,new decision parameters have been developed recently to improve safety and efficiency of fluid therapy in critically ill patients.In this review,we propose a personalized strategy integrating these new concepts in the early fluid management of AP.This new approach paves the way to a wide range of clinical studies in the field of AP.Perrine Bortolotti Fabienne Saulnier Delphine Colling Alban Redheuil Sebastien Preau 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,43:5

20On the applicability of Kirchoff's law and the principle of heat balance in thermal infrared remote sensing:A non-isothermal system显示文摘This paper proposes a basic equation of thermal radiation interaction between surface objects on the basis of the principle of heat balance in the interface. The solution of this equation takes account of the contribution of sensible heat flux and latent heat flux more completely, compared with traditional solution for surface cooling and heating processes. By the aid of the experimental data conducted in the Xiaotangshan experimental site, Beijing, both the non-applicability of Kirchoff's law and the measurability of surface emissivity in a non-isothermal system have been highlighted. Two methods called ventilation and time-delay compensations have been proposed to reduce the error induced by change of surface temperatures of non-isothermal objects during the measurement of emissivity.
