| 1 | A 5-DOF Model for Aeroengine Spindle Dual-rotor System Analysis显示文摘This paper develops a five degrees of freedom(5-DOF) model for aeroengine spindle dual-rotor system dynamic analysis.In this system,the dual rotors are supported on two angular contact ball bearings and two deep groove ball bearings,one of the latter-mentioned bearings works as the inter-shaft bearing.Driven by respective motors,the dual rotors have different co-rotating speeds.The proposed model mathematically formulates the nonlinear displacements,elastic deflections and contact forces of bearings with consideration of 5-DOF and coupling of dual rotors.The nonlinear equations of motions of dual rotors with 5-DOF are solved using Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg algorithm.In order to investigate the effect of the introduced 5-DOF and nonlinear dy-namic bearing model,we compare the proposed model with two models:the 3-DOF model of this system only considering three translational degrees of freedom(Gupta,1993,rotational freedom is neglected);the 5-DOF model where the deep groove ball bearings are simplified as linear elastic spring(Guskov,2007).The simulation results verify Gupta's prediction(1993) and show that the rotational freedom of rotors and nonlinear dynamic model of bearings have great effect on the system dynamic simula-tion.The quantitative results are given as well. | HU Qinghua DENG Sier TENG Hongfei | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011，24，2： | 18 |
| 2 | Impact of lubricant traction coefficient on cage's dynamic characteristics in high-speed angular contact ball bearing显示文摘In this paper,the formulas of elasto-hydrodynamic traction coefficients of three Chinese aviation lubricating oils,4109,4106 and 4050,were obtained by a great number of elastohydrodynamic traction tests.The nonlinear dynamics differential equations of high-speed angular contact ball bearing were built on the basis of dynamic theory of rolling bearings and solved by Gear Stiff(GSTIFF) integer algorithm with variable step.The impact of lubricant traction coefficient on cage's dynamic characteristics in high-speed angular contact ball bearing was investigated,and Poincare map was used to analyze the impact of three types of aviation lubricating oils on the dynamic response of cage's mass center.And then,the period of dynamic response of cage's mass center and the slip ratio of cage were used to assess the stability of cage under various working conditions.The results of this paper provide the theoretical basis for the selection and application of aviation lubricating oil. | Zhang Wenhu Deng Sier Chen Guoding Cui Yongcun | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017，30，2： | 8 |
| 3 | Cage slip characteristics of a cylindrical roller bearing with a trilobe-raceway显示文摘Based on dynamic analysis of rolling bearings, the nonlinear dynamic differential equations of a cylindrical roller bearing with a trilobe-raceway were established and solved by the GSTIFF(gear stiff) integer algorithm with a variable step. The influences of structural parameters and the tolerance of the trilobe-raceway, working conditions of the bearing, and the outer ring installation method on cage slip characteristics were investigated. The results show that:(i) The cage slip ratio and bearing rating life of a cylindrical roller bearing with a trilobe-raceway would reduce when the low-radius(radius of the outer raceway contour at the lowest point) and D-value(difference value between the high and low points of the outer raceway contour) decrease, and the former(low-radius) contributes more significantly.(ii) The cage slip ratio of a cylindrical roller bearing with a trilobe-raceway rises with the increase of the bearing speed, and decreases with the increase of the radial force; the variation range increases with the increase of the low-radius.(iii) When the installation angle of the outer ring increases in a period, the cage slip ratio remains unchanged while the bearing rating life rises up a little. | 6 | Experimental study on impact of roller imbalance on cage stability显示文摘This study presents a method for measuring the imbalance in a small-sized cylindrical roller.The roller imbalance was calibrated on the built static-pressure-air flotation measurement machine.The impact of the roller imbalance on the dynamic characteristics of a cage were then studied on the aero-bearing test rig.The displacement spectrums with different roller imbalance of the obtained cage orbits under various bearing speed and radial load were used to evaluate the cage stability.The results show that the cage cannot form a stable operating state at a lower bearing speed with or without the unbalanced rollers.The cage with balanced rollers gradually develops stable motion with the increase of the bearing speed.The existence of a small roller imbalance causes the stability of the cage to deteriorate.With an increase in the bearing speed and radial load,the cage with the unbalanced rollers runs unsteadily accompanied by a high-frequency vibration when the roller imbalance is large enough.The vibration amplitude of the cage in the horizontal direction is greater than that in the vertical direction during an unstable operation,which is similar in the stable status. | Yongcun CUI Sier DENG Kaiwen DENG Hui LIAO Wenhu ZHANG | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021，34，10： | 3 |
