1酵母培养物对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼生长性能的影响显示文摘以斑点叉尾鮰为对象,研究饲料中添加不同比例的酵母培养物[达农威水产益康(DVAQTM)]对其幼鱼成活、生长和饲料系数的影响。基础饲料蛋白含量为32%,赖氨酸含量为需要量的85%(斑点叉尾鮰赖氨酸在饲料蛋白质中的适宜含量5.1%),其余必需氨基酸均满足其需要量,分别向基础饲料中添加酵母培养物0.03%0、.06%和0.12%,且基础饲料中减少一定量的玉米,制成试验饲料,进行为期12周的生长试验。试验在水族箱(75 L)中进行,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复放养10尾鮰幼鱼(平均体重为4.5 g)。研究结果表明0,.06%和0.12%添加组鮰成活率均为100%,略高于对照组(97%)。0.06%添加组鮰幼鱼增重率较对照组平均提高19%,饲料系数降低13%。0.12%添加组较对照组增重率平均提高22%,饲料系数降低15%。因此,饲料中添加酵母培养物可提高斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼的生长性能。H.Randall Robinette Constance Young 孟繁伊 2011饲料工业2011,32,6:10
2酵母培养物对饲喂高纤维饲料池塘养殖鮰鱼生产性能的影响显示文摘试验以池塘养殖斑点叉尾鮰为对象,研究在高纤维饲料中添加酵母培养物(达农威水产益康DVAQUATM)对其成活率、生长和饲料系数的影响。饲料蛋白含量为32%。低纤维饲料中的粗纤维含量为4%,高纤维饲料中的粗纤维含量为1O%。试验在12个面积为0.05~0.07公顷的池塘中进行,试验鱼放养密度为13,590条/公顷。试验共设5个处理组,分别为低纤维饲料组、高纤维饲料组和高纤维饲料+酵母培养物组。每个处理组设4个重复,养殖周期为20周。研究结果表明,虽然各处理组之间在生产性能方面差异不显著(P〉0.05),但饲喂酵母培养物的处理组在成活率、鱼体增重、每平方米产量和饲料系数方面均表现出一定的优势。与饲喂含高纤维和低纤维饲料的处理组相比较,添加酵母培养物使得鮰鱼体重分别增加了10.6%和18.6%,单位面积产量分别提高了15.6%和14.8%,饲料转化效率分别提高了5.2%和20.O%。因此,饲料中添加酵母培养物可提高斑点叉尾鮰的生长性能。孟繁伊 H.Randall Robinette Constance Young 2013饲料与畜牧(新饲料)2013,,9:6
