| 1 | 南海张裂过程及其对晚中生代以来东南亚构造的启示--IODP建议书735-Full介绍显示文摘南海的形成揭示了大陆边缘张裂和盆地形成的复杂模式,尽管已经进行了广泛研究,但是关于基底岩石和深海盆沉积层的精确年代数据还很缺乏,这使得对南海张裂年代的估计存在很大的误差,对张裂机制和历史的各种假设没有得到验证。同时只有对南海的张裂过程有了精确地分析与刻画,才能更好地理解西太平洋边缘海盆地的形成以及它们在印支块体受印度—欧亚板块碰撞而向东南挤出、青藏高原隆升中可能起到的作用。2009年正式提交的国际综合大洋钻探计划(IODP)建议书735-Full建议在南海深海盆内的4个站位上实施钻探。这4个站位分布在南海盆地4个不同的次级构造单元上(南海东北部、西北次海盆、东部次海盆和西南次海盆),这样的站位设计会确保完成本建议书的整体研究目标,即揭示南海的张裂历史和它对晚中生代以来东南亚构造的启示。位于南海盆地最东北部的站位有助于确定该区域地壳的属性和验证古南海是否存在,位于西北次海盆的站位可能会提供南海的最早张裂年代,另外2个分别位于东部次海盆和西南次海盆的站位将重点确定2个次海盆的绝对年龄、基底矿物成分与磁化率以及2个次海盆的相对张裂次序。这些站位的水深大约在2910~4400m,钻探深度预计到海底以下大约700~2200m,总的钻透深度为5959m,其中5359m穿透沉积层,另外600m或400m钻入基底。所有这些站位的位置是由已有的地球物理观测数据所确定,目前计划收集更多的地质与地球物理数据以满足IODP对井位调查数据的要求。 | 李春峰 汪品先 Dieter Franke 李家彪 Randell Stephenson 许树坤 Peter Michael 周祖翼 翦知湣 李前裕 刘志飞 耿建华 木村学 阎贫 丘学林 王嘹亮 解习农 吴时国 吴能友 | 2009 | 地球科学进展2009，24，12： | 20 |
| 2 | Capsule endoscopy in suspected small bowel Crohn's disease:Economic impact of disease diagnosis and treatment显示文摘AIM: To model clinical and economic benef its of capsule endoscopy (CE) compared to ileo-colonoscopy and small bowel follow-through (SBFT) for evaluation of suspected Crohn’s disease (CD). METHODS: Using decision analytic modeling, total and yearly costs of diagnostic work-up for suspected CD were calculated, including procedure-related adverse events, hospitalizations, off ice visits, and medications. The model compared CE to SBFT following ileo-colonoscopy and secondarily compared CE to SBFT for initial evaluation. RESULTS: Aggregate charges for newly diagnosed, medically managed patients are approximately $8295. Patients requiring aggressive medical management costs are $29 508; requiring hospitalization, $49 074. At sensitivity > 98.7% and specifi city of > 86.4%, CE is less costly than SBFT. | 3 | Hybrid multi-chip assembly of optical communication engines by in situ 3D nanolithography显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D)nano-printing of freeform optical waveguides,also referred to as photonic wire bonding,allows for efficient coupling between photonic chips and can greatly simplify optical system assembly.As a key advantage,the shape and the trajectory of photonic wire bonds can be adapted to the mode-field profiles and the positions of the chips,thereby offering an attractive alternative to conventional optical assembly techniques that rely on technically complex and costly high-precision alignment.However,while the fundamental advantages of the photonic wire bonding concept have been shown in proof-of-concept experiments,it has so far been unclear whether the technique can also be leveraged for practically relevant use cases with stringent reproducibility and reliability requirements.In this paper,we demonstrate optical communication engines that rely on photonic wire bonding for connecting arrays of silicon photonic modulators to InP lasers and single-mode fibres.In a first experiment,we show an eight-channel transmitter offering an aggregate line rate of 448 Gbit/s by low-complexity intensity modulation.A second experiment is dedicated to a four-channel coherent transmitter,operating at a net data rate of 732.7 Gbit/s-a record for coherent silicon photonic transmitters with co-packaged lasers.Using dedicated test chips,we further demonstrate automated mass production of photonic wire bonds with insertion losses of(0.7±0.15)dB,and we show their resilience in environmental-stability tests and at high optical power.These results might form the basis for simplified assembly of advanced photonic multi-chip systems that combine the distinct advantages of different integration platforms. | Matthias Blaicher Muhammad Rodlin Billah Juned Kemal Tobias Hoose Pablo Marin-Palomo Andreas Hofmann Yasar Kutuvantavida Clemens Kieninger Philipp-Immanuel Dietrich Matthias Lauermann Stefan Wolf Ute Troppenz Martin Moehrle Florian Merget Sebastian Skacel Jeremy Witzens Sebastian Randel Wolfgang Freude Christian Koos | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020，9，1： | 4 |
| 4 | Preserved liver regeneration capacity after partial hepatectomy in rats with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis显示文摘AIM To evaluate the liver regeneration capacity(LRC) after partial hepatectomy(PH) in experimental non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).METHODS Fifty-four female rats were fed a high-fat, high-cholesterol diet(HFCD, 65% fat, 1% cholesterol) or standard diet(STD) for 16 wk. A 70% PH was performed and the animals were euthanised before PH or 2 or 5 d postPH. LRC was evaluated using: The total number of Ki-67 positive hepatocytes in the caudate lobe, N(Ki-67, lobe) evaluated in a stereology-based design, the regenerated protein ratio(RPR), prothrombin-proconvertin ratio(PP), and m RNA expression of genes related to regeneration.RESULTS The HFCD NASH model showed significant steatosis with ballooning and inflammation, while no fibrosis was present. Mortality was similar in HFCD and STD animals following PH. HFCD groups were compared to respective STD groups and HFCD animals had a significantly elevated alanine transaminase at baseline(P < 0.001), as well as a significantly elevated bilirubin at day 2 after PH(P < 0.05). HFCD animals had a higher N(Ki-67, lobe) at baseline,(P < 0.0001), day 2 after PH(P = 0.06) and day 5 after PH(P < 0.025). We found no significant difference in RPR or PP neither 2 or 5 d post-PH. Expression of liver regeneration genes(e.g., hepatic growth factor) was higher at both day 2 and 5 post-PH in HFCD groups(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION NASH rats had a preserved LRC after hepatectomy when compared to STD rats.
