| 1 | 土地利用对土壤性质影响的区域差异研究显示文摘【目的】研究探讨土地利用对土壤性质影响的区域差异性。【方法】选择4类土地利用方式(天然林、人工林、灌丛和耕地),分别在山西寿阳县和四川丹棱县野外采集土壤样方进行测定,利用统计分析法研究土地利用对土壤性质影响的区域差异。【结果】不同土地利用方式对土壤性质的影响差异显著。人类活动干扰小的土地利用方式的土壤有机质、全氮含量和含盐量等普遍高于人类影响较强的土地利用方式。相同的土地利用方式对土壤性质的影响具有空间差异。即便在相同的土地利用方式下,不同的耕作制度和田间管理措施(灌溉、施肥、农药等)也会造成土壤特性的区域异质性。【结论】不同土地利用方式对土壤性质影响的区域差异揭示了人类活动对环境变化影响的区域差异,可以在一定程度上解释'人-地'的复杂性关系,研究结果可为国家在区域土地规划、作物栽培布局和水土保持政策制订等提供科学依据。 | 吴文斌 杨鹏 唐华俊 Ongaro Luca Shibasaki Ryosuke | 2007 | 中国农业科学2007,40,8: | 69 |

| 3 | 基于NDVI数据的华北地区耕地物候空间格局显示文摘【目的】探讨基于多时相遥感信息监测中国华北地区耕地种植制度和物候空间格局特征。【方法】选择NDVI时间序列数据,采用非对称性高斯函数拟合方法重建平滑曲线,依据年内NDVI变化曲线峰值数目监测华北地区耕地的多熟种植制度,并利用动态阈值法获取该种植制度下耕地物候空间格局。【结果】华北地区耕地种植制度以一年两熟为主,其分布具有明显的空间差异性,随着纬度递减呈现出从简单到复杂的总体趋势。在该种植制度下,华北地区耕地第一季作物的生长开始期和生长结束期存在十分明显的空间差异,一年两熟区域的第一季作物生长开始期和生长结束期要明显早于一熟区域。与第一季作物物候期明显的空间差异相比,华北地区耕地第二季作物物候期差异不显著。【结论】华北地区耕地种植制度与物候分布格局和自然地理环境紧密相关,不同区域的温度、降水和光照等气候资源的禀赋和匹配程度对该区域的种植结构和作物布局有很大影响。此外,这种耕地物候空间格局还与作物品质、耕作水平、灌溉、施肥和农药等有密切关系。如何区别生态环境因子和人类活动因子对耕地物候的影响是今后值得深入研究的问题。 | 吴文斌 杨鹏 唐华俊 Shibasaki Ryosuke 周清波 张莉 | 2009 | 中国农业科学2009,42,2: | 55 |

| 5 | 基于U型卷积神经网络的航空影像建筑物检测显示文摘经典的卷积神经网络结构在前向传播过程中分辨率不断下降,导致仅采用末层特征时难以实现建筑物边缘的精确分割,进而限制目标检测精度。针对该问题,提出一种基于U型卷积网络的建筑物检测方法。首先借鉴在图像分割领域中性能出色的神经网络模型U-Net的建模思想,采用对称式的网络结构融合深度网络中的高维和低维特征以恢复高保真边界;其次考虑到经典U-Net对位于特征金字塔顶层的模型参数优化程度相对不足,通过在顶层和底层两个不同尺度输出预测结果进行双重约束,进一步提升了建筑物检测精度。在覆盖范围达30km2、建筑物目标28 000余个的航空影像数据集上的试验结果表明,本文方法的检测结果在IoU和Kappa两项关键评价指标的均值上分别达到83.7%和89.5%,优于经典U-Net模型,显著优于经典全卷积网络模型和基于人工设计特征的AdaBoost模型。 | 伍广明 陈奇 Ryosuke SHIBASAKI 郭直灵 邵肖伟 许永伟 | 2018 | 测绘学报2018,47,6: | 45 |

| 9 | Serum biomarker tests are useful in delineating between patients with gastric atrophy and normal,healthy stomach显示文摘AIM:To study the value of serum biomarker tests to differentiate between patients with healthy or diseased stomach mucosa:i.e.those with Helicobacter pylori(H pylori)gastritis or atrophic gastritis,who have a high risk of gastric cancer or peptic ulcer diseases.METHODS:Among 162 Japanese outpatients,pepsinogen-(Pg-)and(Pg)were measured using a conventional Japanese technique,and the European GastroPanel examination(Pg and Pg,gastrin-17 and H pylori antibodies).Gastroscopy with gastric biopsies was performed to classify the patients into those with healthy stomach mucosa,H pylori non-atrophic gastritis or atrophic gastritis.RESULTS:Pg-and Pg assays with the GastroPanel and the Japanese method showed a highly significant correlation.For methodological reasons,however,serum Pg-,but not Pg,was twice as high with the GastroPanel test as with the Japanese test.The biomarker assays revealed that 5%of subjects had advanced atrophic corpus gastritis which was also verified by endoscopic biopsies.GastroPanel examination revealed an additional seven patients who had either advanced atrophic gastritis limited to the antrum or antrum-predominant H pylori gastritis.When compared to the endoscopic biopsy findings,the GastroPanel examination classified the patients into groups with 'healthy' or 'diseased' stomach mucosa with 94% accuracy,95% sensitivity and 93% specifi city.CONCLUSION:Serum biomarker tests can be used to differentiate between subjects with healthy and diseased gastric mucosa with high accuracy. | Katsunori Iijima Yasuhiko Abe Ryosuke Kikuchi Tomoyuki Koike Shuichi Ohara Pentti Sipponen Tooru Shimosegawa | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,7: | 25 |

| 11 | Prognostic significance of the lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the prognostic significance of the lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR) in patients with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer who received palliative chemotherapy.METHODS:A total of 104 patients with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer who underwent palliative chemotherapy were enrolled. The LMR was calculated from blood samples by dividing the absolute lymphocyte count by the absolute monocyte count. Pretreatment LMR values were measured within one week before the initiation of chemotherapy,while posttreatment LMR values were measured eight weeks after the initiation of chemotherapy.RESULTS:The median pre-treatment LMR was 4.16(range:0.58-14.06). We set 3.38 as the cut-off level based on the receiver operating characteristic curve. Based on the cut-off level of 3.38,66 patients were classified into the high pre-treatment LMR group and 38 patients were classified into the low pretreatment LMR group. The low pre-treatment LMR group had a significantly worse overall survival rate(P = 0.0011). | 14 | Characterizing Spatial Patterns of Phenology in Cropland of China Based on Remotely Sensed Data显示文摘This study used time-series of global inventory modeling and mapping studies(GIMMS) normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) datasets at a spatial resolution of 8 km and 15-d interval to investigate the spatial patterns of cropland phenology in China.A smoothing algorithm based on an asymmetric Gaussian function was first performed on NDVI dataset to minimize the effects of anomalous values caused by atmospheric haze and cloud contamination.Subsequent processing for identifying cropping systems and extracting phenological parameters,the starting date of growing season(SGS) and the ending date of growing season(EGS) was based on the smoothed NVDI time-series data.The results showed that the cropping systems in China became complex as moving from north to south of China.Under these cropping systems,the SGS and EGS for the first growing season varied largely over space,and those regions with multiple cropping systems generally presented a significant advanced SGS and EGS than the regions with single cropping patterns.On the contrary,the phenological events of the second growing season including both the SGS and EGS showed little difference between regions.The spatial patterns of cropping systems and phenology in Chinese cropland were highly related to the geophysical environmental factors.Several anthropogenic factors,such as crop variety,cultivation levels,irrigation,and fertilizers,could profoundly influence crop phenological status.How to discriminate the impacts of biophysical forces and anthropogenic drivers on phenological events of cultivation remains a great challenge for further studies. | WU Wen-bin YANG Peng TANG Hua-jun ZHOU Qing-bo CHEN Zhong-xin Ryosuke Shibasaki | 2010 | Agricultural Sciences in China2010,9,1: | 14 |
| 15 | Postoperative bleeding in patients on antithrombotic therapy after gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection显示文摘AIM To investigated the relationship between postoperative bleeding following gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) and individual antithrombotic agents.METHODS A total of 2488 gastric neoplasms in 2148 consecutive patients treated between May 2001 and June 2016 were studied. The antithrombotic agents were categorized into antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants, and other antithrombotic agents, and we included combination therapies [e.g., dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT)]. The risk factors associated with post-ESD bleeding, namely, antithrombotic agents overall, individual antithrombotic agents, withdrawal or continuation of antithrombotic agents, and bleeding onset period(during the first six days or thereafter), were analyzed using univariate and multivariate analyses.RESULTS The en bloc resection and complete curative resection rates were 99.2% and 91.9%, respectively. Postoperative bleeding occurred in 5.1% cases. Bleeding occurred in 10.3% of the patients administered antithrombotic agents. Being male(P = 0.007), specimen size(P < 0.001), and antithrombotic agent used(P < 0.001) were independent risk factors for postoperative bleeding. Heparin bridging therapy(HBT)(P = 0.002) and DAPT/multidrug combinations(P < 0.001) were independent risk factors associated with postoperative bleeding. The bleeding rate of the antithrombotic agent continuation group was significantly higher than that of the withdrawal group(P < 0.01). Bleeding within postoperative day(POD) 6 was significantly higher in warfarin(P = 0.015), and bleeding after POD 7 was significantly higher in DAPT/multidrug combinations(P = 0.007). | 18 | Antibody markers in the diagnosis of inflammatory boweldisease显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, is a chronic intestinal inflammation of unknown etiology. The diagnosis of IBD is based on endoscopic, radiologic and histopathologic criteria. Recently, the search for a noninvasive marker that could augment or replace part of this diagnostic process has become a focus of IBD research. In this review, antibody markers, including microbial antibodies, autoantibodies and peptide antibodies, will be described, focusing on their common features. At present, no single marker with qualities that are satisfactory for the diagnosis and treatment of IBD has been identified, although panels of some antibodies are being evaluated with keen interest. The discovery of novel IBD-specific and sensitive markers is anticipated. | 19 | Safety trial of high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy for pancreatic cancer显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the safety and clinical application of high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)therapy for unresectable pancreatic cancer(PC).METHODS:Thirty PC patients(16 cases in stage III and 14 cases in stage IV)with visualized pancreatic tumors were admitted for HIFU therapy as an optional local therapy in addition to systemic chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy.Informed consent was obtained.This study began at the end of 2008 and was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital[Institutional Review Board(IRB):890].The HIFU device used was the FEP-BY02(Yuande Bio-Medical Engineering,Beijing,China).RESULTS:The mean tumor size after HIFU therapy changed to 30.9±1.7 mm from 31.7±1.7 mm at pre-therapy.There were no significant changes in tumor size,mean number of treatment sessions(2.7±0.1 mm),or mean total treatment time(2.4±0.1 h).The rate of symptom relief effect was 66.7%.The effectiveness of primary lesion treatment was as follows:complete response,0;partial response,4;stable disease,22;progressive disease,4.Treatment after HIFU therapy included 2 operations,24 chemotherapy treatments,and 4 best supportive care treatments.Adverse events occurred in 10%of cases,namely pseudocyst formation in 2 cases and mild pancreatitis development in 1.However,no severe adverse events occurred in this study.CONCLUSION:We suggest that HIFU therapy is safe and has the potential to be a new method of combination therapy for PC. | Atsushi Sofuni Fuminori Moriyasu Takatomo Sano Fumihide Itokawa Takayoshi Tsuchiya Toshio Kurihara Kentaro Ishii Syujiro Tsuji Nobuhito Ikeuchi Reina Tanaka Junko Umeda Ryosuke Tonozuka Mitsuyoshi Honjo Shuntaro Mukai Mitsuru Fujita Takao Itoi | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,28: | 12 |
| 20 | Guanling Biota: A Marker of Triassic Biotic Recovery from the end-Permian Extinction in the Ancient Guizhou Sea显示文摘After a slow recovery from the end-Permian extinction during the Early Triassic and rapid radiation in the Middle Triassic, evolution of organisms reached a new peak phase in the Late Triassic. The Guanling Biota from the Wayao Member (conodont Paragondolella polygnathiformis Zone), Falang Formation, Xinpu, Guanling County, Guizhou Province, southwestern China corresponds to this peak that marks the full recovery from the end-Permian extinction of marine ecosystems. The biota is of high diversity, containing well preserved and completely articulated skeletons of vertebrates comprising marine reptiles, fishes, and invertebrates including crinoids, ammonites, bivalves, and other fossils, and is one of the best examples of marine ecosystem records in life history. The fossil marine reptiles and crinoids are most significant in this biota, especially the marine reptiles, which provide an important link between the Triassic Pacific and Tethys, and between Triassic basal forms and the Jurassic-Cretaceous marine top predators. The most remarkable fossils are the large completely articulated ichthyosaur skeletons up to and more than 10 m, and the first recorded thalattosaurs and placodonts in China. Following our review, of the 17 named reptilian taxa the eight listed here are considered to be valid: three ichthyosaurs (Qianichthyosaurus zhoui Li, 1999; Guizhouichthyosaurus tangae Cao and Luo in Yin et al., 2000, Guanlingsaurus liangae Yin in Yin et al., 2000), three thalattosaurs (Anshunsaurus huangguoshuensis Liu, 1999, Xinpusaurus suni Yin in Yin et al., 2000, Xinpusaurus kohi Jiang et al., 2004), and two placodonts (Sinocyamodus xinpuensis Li, 2000, Psephochelys polyosteoderma Li and Rieppel, 2002). Mixosaurus guanlingensis Cao in Yin et al., 2000 might be a junior synonym of Qianichthyosaurus zhoui Li, 1999, and Cymbospondylus asiaticus Li and You, 2002 and Panjiangsaurus epicharis Chen and Cheng, 2003 might be junior synonyms of Guizhouichthyosaurus tangae Cao and Luo in Yin et al., 2000.
