1Metal Fabrication by Additive Manufacturing Using Laser and Electron Beam Melting Technologies显示文摘Selective laser melting (SLM) and electron beam melting (EBM) are relatively new rapid, additive manufac- turing technologies which can allow for the fabrication of complex, multi-functional metal or alloy monoliths by CAD-directed, selective melting of precursor powder beds. By altering the beam parameters and scan strategies, new and unusual, even non-equilibrium microstructures can be produced; including controlled microstructural architectures which ideally extend the contemporary materials science and engineering paradigm relating structure-properties-processing-performance. In this study, comparative examples for SLM and EBM fabricated components from pre-alloyed, atomized precursor powders are presented. These include Cu, Ti–6Al–4V, alloy 625 (a Ni-base superalloy), a Co-base superalloy, and 17-4 PH stainless steel. 3Epidemiology of diabetic retinopathy,diabetic macular edema and related vision loss显示文摘Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a leading cause of vision-loss globally.Of an estimated 285 million people with diabetes mellitus worldwide,approximately one third have signs of DR and of these,a further one third of DR is vision-threatening DR,including diabetic macular edema(DME).The identification of established modifiable risk factors for DR such as hyperglycemia and hypertension has provided the basis for risk factor control in preventing onset and progression of DR.Additional research investigating novel risk factors has improved our understanding of multiple biological pathways involved in the pathogenesis of DR and DME,especially those involved in inflammation and oxidative stress.Variations in DR prevalence between populations have also sparked interest in genetic studies to identify loci associated with disease susceptibility.In this review,major trends in the prevalence,incidence,progression and regression of DR and DME are explored,and gaps in literature identified.Established and novel risk factors are also extensively reviewed with a focus on landmark studies and updates from the recent literature.Ryan Lee Tien YWong Charumathi Sabanayagam 2015Eye and Vision2015,2,1:75

5基于模糊综合评价的徒步休闲满意度研究--以浙江省宁波市为例显示文摘徒步是主要的户外休闲活动类型之一,如何测量其满意度已经成为一个亟待解决的科学问题。文章以浙江省宁波市两个休闲步道的调研数据为基础,借鉴Beard和Ragheb休闲满意度量表,使用问卷调查和探索性因子分析等方法构建了徒步休闲满意度评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价法对徒步休闲满意度进行了测评,采用重要性及其表现分析(IPA)法对影响徒步休闲满意度的变量要素进行重要程度和满意程度分析,最后提出了提升徒步休闲满意度的对策与建议。结论表明:(1)徒步休闲总体满意度模糊综合评价分值为4.095,为'比较满意'等级。(2)放松满意度模糊综合评价结果为4.305,高于其他5个要素;位居第二和第三的分别是身体满意度和心理满意度,其评价结果为4.235和4.158,三者均为'比较满意'等级;而社会、教育和美感满意度模糊综合评价结果为3.964、3.963和3.872,为'基本满意'等级。(3)IPA结果显示,心理满意度中的大部分指标重要性和满意度均较高,是案例地开展徒步休闲活动的优势所在,未来应该继续保持;放松满意度的全部指标和身体满意度的大部分指标满意度高而重要性低,将来应持续改进;教育和美感满意度的大部分指标重要性高,而满意度均较低,未来亟须改进。(4)浙江省宁波市两个案例步道应通过拓展教育功能、提升规划设计水平、提高步道及其周边环境质量等途径提升游客满意度。李萍 周彬 Chris RYAN 文俊 2018旅游学刊2018,33,5:36

8西藏恰功铁矿岩浆演化序列及斑岩出溶流体特征显示文摘冈底斯成矿带是碰撞造山过程形成的最重要的成矿带,恰功矽卡岩铁(铜)矿床即位于冈底斯成矿带中部。本文在详细的野外地质填图和室内研究基础上确定了恰功铁矿与成矿有关的斑岩体为二长花岗斑岩,锆石的U-Pb定年结果为68.8±2.2Ma,明显早于冈底斯东部与后碰撞伸展有关的斑岩型矿床和主碰撞期形成的矽卡岩型矿床,其应代表了冈底斯一次尚未被充分认识到的成矿事件。通过对成矿斑岩的岩石学、岩石化学、岩浆出溶流体的包裹体岩相学、显微测温分析及包裹体成分的LRM、LA-ICP-MS和PIXE分析,本文探讨了与该矽卡岩矿床有关的斑岩的岩浆起源、斑岩侵位机制及出溶流体特征。结果表明,成矿斑岩为矿区最早的侵入岩单元,具有壳幔源混源特征,其常量元素组成与冈底斯东部斑岩铜矿带的埃达克质岩相近,但稀土和微量元素组成与东部斑岩明显不同,为地幔物质上涌并诱发角闪岩相下地壳熔融的产物,岩体侵位深度大(>7km)、剥蚀程度高。早期岩浆出溶的流体为高温、高压、高盐度流体,其中富含Fe、Pb、Zn、Cu等成矿金属,与世界其他斑岩铜矿床相比,相对富铁、铅而贫铜。流体的沸腾作用发生于钾硅化阶段,形成了一套富气、高盐、高固相和气液包裹体组合,不同于早期出溶流体的包裹体组合。从岩浆起源和出溶流体性质可以看出,该斑岩具有形成与斑岩有关的铁铅多金属矿床的成矿潜力,但从该矿区地表出露的蚀变和包裹体测压结果可以看出,该斑岩体目前剥蚀深度较大,对斑岩型矿床保存不利,对该斑岩体及与成矿关系的认识对理解该区内的矿床成因和指导区域找矿具有重要的指示意义。谢玉玲 李应栩 Zhaoshan CHANG David R. 9Evolving concepts in bone infection: redefining “biofilm”,“acute vs. chronic osteomyelitis”, “the immune proteome” and “local antibiotic therapy”显示文摘Osteomyelitis is a devastating disease caused by microbial infection of bone. While the frequency of infection following elective orthopedic surgery is low, rates of reinfection are disturbingly high. Staphylococcus aureus is responsible for the majority of chronic osteomyelitis cases and is often considered to be incurable due to bacterial persistence deep within bone. Unfortunately, there is no consensus on clinical classifications of osteomyelitis and the ensuing treatment algorithm. Given the high patient morbidity,mortality, and economic burden caused by osteomyelitis, it is important to elucidate mechanisms of bone infection to inform novel strategies for prevention and curative treatment. Recent discoveries in this field have identified three distinct reservoirs of bacterial biofilm including: Staphylococcal abscess communities in the local soft tissue and bone marrow, glycocalyx formation on implant hardware and necrotic tissue, and colonization of the osteocyte-lacuno canalicular network(OLCN) of cortical bone. In contrast, S.aureus intracellular persistence in bone cells has not been substantiated in vivo, which challenges this mode of chronic osteomyelitis. There have also been major advances in our understanding of the immune proteome against S. aureus, from clinical studies of serum antibodies and media enriched for newly synthesized antibodies(MENSA), which may provide new opportunities for osteomyelitis diagnosis, prognosis, and vaccine development. Finally, novel therapies such as antimicrobial implant coatings and antibiotic impregnated 3D-printed scaffolds represent promising strategies for preventing and managing this devastating disease. 123种不同焦油卷烟烟气的细胞毒性比较显示文摘采用中性红法测定了K2R4F参比卷烟和15、8和3mg/支焦油市售国产混合型卷烟烟气的细胞毒性。即卷烟主流烟气经洁净空气稀释后直接导入BALB/c3T3细胞培养瓶中染毒,而后采用中性红法测定细胞毒性,并计算出基于烟气总粒相物的相对细胞死亡率和LC50。结果表明:4种卷烟的细胞毒性依次为15mg/支焦油卷烟>>8mg/支焦油卷烟≈K2R4F>3mg/支焦油卷烟,与这3种国产卷烟样品烟气气相自由基、烟草特有N-亚硝胺和稠环芳烃的降低一致。说明卷烟减害降焦,可以降低其烟气的细胞毒性,降低吸烟对健康的危害。卢斌斌 Ryan Meng Lynne Wisse 焦延福 2007烟草科技2007,40,12:17

14Mechanism of Kinect-based virtual reality training for motor functional recovery of upper limbs after subacute stroke显示文摘The Kinect-based virtual reality system for the Xbox 360 enables users to control and interact with the game console without the need to touch a game controller,and provides rehabilitation training for stroke patients with lower limb dysfunctions.However,the underlying mechanism remains unclear.In this study,18 healthy subjects and five patients after subacute stroke were included.The five patients were scanned using functional MRI prior to training,3 weeks after training and at a12-week follow-up,and then compared with healthy subjects.The Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Wolf Motor Function Test scores of the hemiplegic upper limbs of stroke patients were significantly increased 3 weeks after training and at the 12-week follow-up.Functional MRI results showed that contralateral primary sensorimotor cortex was activated after Kinect-based virtual reality training in the stroke patients compared with the healthy subjects.Contralateral primary sensorimotor cortex,the bilateral supplementary motor area and the ipsilateral cerebellum were also activated during hand-clenching in all 18 healthy subjects.Our findings indicate that Kinect-based virtual reality training could promote the recovery of upper limb motor function in subacute stroke patients,and brain reorganization by Kinect-based virtual reality training may be linked to the contralateral sensorimotor cortex.Xiao Bao Yurong Mao Qiang Lin Yunhai Qiu Shaozhen Chen Le Li Ryan S.Cates Shufeng Zhou Dongfeng Huang 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,31:15
15西秦岭温泉钼矿床成矿作用时限及其对斑岩型钼矿床系统分类制约显示文摘斑岩系统是一个涉及岩浆和热液作用的复杂系统,建立精细的斑岩系统成因模型对于寻找更为丰富的金属矿产尤为重要,成矿作用时限是建立成因模型和指导矿产勘查的关键。温泉钼矿床是西秦岭造山带内与晚三叠世花岗岩有关的斑岩型钼矿床,其在西秦岭造山带的独特发育蕴含印支期斑岩成矿作用、大陆地壳演化及矿产勘查关键科学问题。钼矿体主要赋存于温泉复式岩体Ⅱ单元和Ⅲ单元的黑云母二长花岗斑岩和似斑状二长花岗岩中,钼以细脉和浸染状矿化形式产出。赋矿岩石单元锆石U-Pb年龄为224.6±2.5Ma到216.2±1.7Ma,Ⅱ和Ⅲ单元分别侵位于~223Ma和~217Ma,持续约8Myr。辉钼矿Re-Os年龄为212.7±2.6Ma到215.1±2.6Ma,暗示晚三叠世钼成矿作用与花岗质岩浆作用密切时空关系,且成矿年龄稍晚,反映钼矿化主要发生在岩浆作用晚期阶段。成岩、成矿作用发生于华北板块与华南板块全面对接后秦岭造山带构造体制由碰撞到后碰撞的转折阶段,响应南秦岭变质变形、勉-略洋盆闭合及大别-苏鲁超高压岩石板片折返统一地质事件。黑云母K-Ar年龄为207~226Ma,可能反映~223Ma和~208Ma的岩体冷却事件和~216Ma的岩浆-热液成矿作用。锆石U-Pb、辉钼矿Re-Os和黑云母K-Ar多元同位素定年系统准确刻画岩体侵位、热液成矿与冷却事件上有所重叠,岩浆-热液分异演化充分,且具有较高的冷却速率,精确厘定温泉斑岩系统岩浆活动的"多期性"(复式岩体)、成矿事件的"瞬时性"(~214Ma)和成矿作用的"持续性"(~8Myr)。同时,系统对比全球典型斑岩钼(铜)矿床成矿动力学背景,细化分类方案,即产于挤压背景的大洋俯冲和大陆碰撞环境矿床及产于伸展背景的后碰撞、陆缘弧后和板内裂谷环境矿床。明确在大洋俯冲→大陆碰撞→后碰撞→板内裂谷旋回的四个阶段均可以产生规模的斑岩型钼(铜)矿床,且挤压向伸展过渡的构造体制转换尤其是大型矿床形成的有利环境。邱昆峰 李楠 Ryan D TAYLOR 宋耀辉 宋开瑞 韩旺珍 张东旭 2014岩石学报2014,30,9:15
16Total knee arthroplasty and fractures of the tibial plateau显示文摘Tibial plateau fractures are common injuries that occur in a bimodal age distribution. While there are various treatment options for displaced tibial plateau fractures, the standard of care is open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF). In physiologically young patients with higher demand and better bone quality, ORIF is the preferred method of treating these fractures. However, future total knee arthroplasty(TKA) is a consideration in these patients as post-traumatic osteoarthritis is a common long-term complication of tibial plateau fractures. In older, lower demand patients, ORIF is potentially less favorable for a variety of reasons, namely fixation failure and the need for delayed weight bearing. In some of these patients, TKA can be considered as primary mode of treatment. This paper will review the literature surrounding TKA as both primary treatment and as a salvage measure in patients with fractures of the tibial plateau. 17选择性胎儿镜下激光凝固术治疗双胎输血综合征的临床效果和围产儿结局显示文摘目的 探讨选择性胎儿镜下激光凝固(FLP)术治疗双胎输血综合征(TTTS)的临床效果和围产儿结局.方法 回顾性分析2012年1月-2013年8月同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院胎儿医学中心行选择性FLP术治疗的33例TTTS患者的临床资料,观察围手术期母儿并发症及围产儿结局.对部分患者分娩后的胎盘进行灌注检查并观察其结果.结果 (1)33例TTTS患者行胎儿镜下选择性FLP术的平均孕周为(22.0±2.3)周,平均手术时间为(86±32) min,平均分娩孕周为33周+6,手术至分娩的时间平均为(9±5)周.(2)33例患者的胎儿总存活率为70% (46/66);其中两胎均存活17例,两胎存活率为52%(17/33),仅一胎存活12例,仅一胎存活率为36% (12/33),至少一胎存活29例,至少一胎存活率为88%(29/33).供血儿存活21例(64%,21/33),平均出生体质量为(1 805 ±523)g;受血儿存活25例(76%,25/33),平均出生体质量为(2 214±600)g.(3)TTTS分期Ⅰ期4例,至少一胎存活4例,胎儿总存活率为7/8;Ⅱ期9例,至少一胎存活7例,胎儿总存活率为12/18;Ⅲ期11例,至少一胎存活10例,胎儿总存活率为68%(15/22);Ⅳ期9例,至少一胎存活8例,胎儿总存活率为12/18.(4)选择性FLP术后有4例孕妇发生两胎均丢失;3例胎儿发生特殊并发症,其中2例为双胎贫血红细胞增多序列征(TAPS);2例孕妇术后3周内发生胎膜早破.(5)对7例患者进行分娩后胎盘灌注检查结果显示,6例未见残留血管吻合支,仅1例存在残留胎盘血管吻合支.结论 选择性FLP术治疗TTTS临床效果可靠,能显著提高围产儿的存活率,明显改善围产儿结局;同时,伴发的母体并发症较少.孙路明 邹刚 杨颖俊 周奋翮 梁德杨 刘子建 Greg Ryan 段涛 2014中华妇产科杂志2014,49,6:14
