| 1 | 中国主要土壤高光谱反射特性分类与有机质光谱预测模型显示文摘土壤可见-近红外漫反射光谱是当前对地遥感观察和土壤近地传感器研究的重要方向,同时也被认为是土壤数字制图、精确农业和土壤资源调查等方面最重要的数据获取技术. 从中国西藏、新疆、黑龙江、海南等地采集16种土类的1581个土壤样本,经干燥过筛后统一采用 ASD光谱仪测量了其室内可见-近红外反射光谱(350-2500 nm). 对所有的土壤光谱数据采用Savitzky-Golay平滑加一阶微分进行转换,来减少大样本数据受到实验室光学测试环境条件差异的影响,然后对数据进行主成分变换降维处理. 引入模糊k-means方法进行大样本光谱数据的最佳分类数目计算,并将中国土壤光谱数据分成五类,各自代表了不同的土壤矿物和有机组分,主要类型与国际同行类似成果有可比性. 最后提出了采用土壤光谱分类方法结合偏最小二乘回归法(PLSR)方法建立土壤有机质的光谱分类-局部预测模型,结果比未分类直接采用PLSR方法的一阶微分-全局预测模型的精度有了显著提高,其预测模型的R2和RPD两个指数分别从0.697和1.817提高到0.899和3.158. | 史舟 王乾龙 彭杰 纪文君 刘焕军 李曦 Raphael A VISCARRA ROSSEL | 2014 | 中国科学:地球科学2014,44,5: | 100 |

| 4 | Development of a national VNIR soil-spectral library for soil classification and prediction of organic matter concentrations显示文摘Soil visible-near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(vis-NIR DRS)has become an important area of research in the fields of remote and proximal soil sensing.The technique is considered to be particularly useful for acquiring data for soil digital mapping,precision agriculture and soil survey.In this study,1581 soil samples were collected from 14 provinces in China,including Tibet,Xinjiang,Heilongjiang,and Hainan.The samples represent 16 soil groups of the Genetic Soil Classification of China.After air-drying and sieving,the diffuse reflectance spectra of the samples were measured under laboratory conditions in the range between 350 and 2500 nm using a portable vis-NIR spectrometer.All the soil spectra were smoothed using the Savitzky-Golay method with first derivatives before performing multivariate data analyses.The spectra were compressed using principal components analysis and the fuzzy k-means method was used to calculate the optimal soil spectral classification.The scores of the principal component analyses were classified into five clusters that describe the mineral and organic composition of the soils.The results on the classification of the spectra are comparable to the results of other similar research.Spectroscopic predictions of soil organic matter concentrations used a combination of the soil spectral classification with multivariate calibration using partial least squares regression(PLSR).This combination significantly improved the predictions of soil organic matter(R2=0.899;RPD=3.158)compared with using PLSR alone(R2=0.697;RPD=1.817). | SHI Zhou WANG QianLong PENG Jie JI WenJun LIU HuanJun LI Xi Raphael A VISCARRA ROSSEL | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,7: | 32 |

| 6 | Laparoscopic liver resection:Experience based guidelines显示文摘Laparoscopic liver resection(LLR) has been progressively developed along the past two decades. Despite initial skepticism, improved operative results made laparoscopic approach incorporated to surgical practice and operations increased in frequency and complexity. Evidence supporting LLR comes from case-series, comparative studies and meta-analysis. Despite lack of level 1 evidence, the body of literature is stronger and existing data confirms the safety, feasibility and benefits of laparoscopic approach when compared to open resection. Indications for LLR do not differ from those for open surgery. They include benign and malignant(both primary and metastatic) tumors and living donor liver harvesting. Currently, resection of lesions located on anterolateral segments and left lateral sectionectomy are performed systematically by laparoscopy in hepatobiliary specialized centers. Resection of lesions located on posterosuperior segments(1, 4a, 7, 8) and major liver resections were shown to be feasible but remain technically demanding procedures, which should be reserved to experienced surgeons. Hand-assisted and laparoscopy-assisted procedures appeared to increase the indications of minimally invasive liver surgery and are useful strategies applied to difficult and major resections. LLR proved to be safe for malignant lesions and offers some short-term advantages over open resection. Oncological results including resection margin status and long-term survival were not inferior to open resection. At present, surgical community expects high quality studies to base the already perceived better outcomes achieved by laparoscopy in major centers' practice. Continuous surgical training, as well as new technologies should augment the application of lap-aroscopic liver surgery. | 8 | Radiofrequency ablation for treatment of hypersplenism: A feasible therapeutic option显示文摘We present a case of a patient with hypersplenism secondary to portal hypertension due to hepato-splenic schistosomiasis, which was accompanied by severe and refractory thrombocytopenia. We performed spleen ablation and measured the total spleen and ablated volumes with contrast-enhanced computed tomography and volumetry. No major complications occurred, thrombocytopenia was resolved, and platelet levels remained stable, which allowed for early treatment of the patient's underlying disease. Previous work has shown that splenic radiofrequency ablation is an attractive alternative treatment for hypersplenism induced by liver cirrhosis. We aimed to contribute to the currently sparse literature evaluating the role of radiofrequency ablation(RFA) in the management of hypersplenism. | 9 | Does autologous blood transfusion during liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma increase risk of recurrence?显示文摘AIM: To analyze outcomes in patients who underwent liver transplantation(LT) for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and received autologous intraoperative blood salvage(IBS). METHODS: Consecutive HCC patients who underwent LT were studied retrospectively and analyzed according to the use of IBS or not. Demographic and surgical data were collected from a departmental prospective maintained database. Statistical analyses were performed using the Fisher's exact test and the Wilcoxon rank sum test to examine covariate differences between patients who underwent IBS and those who did not. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression models were developed to evaluate recurrence and death,and survival probabilities were estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by the log-rank test.RESULTS: Between 2002 and 2012,158 consecutive patients who underwent LT in the same medical center and by the same surgical team were identified. Among these patients,122(77.2%) were in the IBS group and 36(22.8%) in the non-IBS group. The overall survival(OS) and recurrence free survival(RFS) at 5 years were 59.7% and 83.3%,respectively. No differences in OS(P=0.51) or RFS(P=0.953) were detected between the IBS and non-IBS groups. On multivariate analysis for OS,degree of tumor differentiation remained as the only independent predictor. Regarding patients who received IBS,no differences were detected in OS or RFS(P=0.055 and P=0.512,respectively) according to the volume infused,even when outcomes at 90 d or longer were analyzed separately(P=0.518 for both outcomes).CONCLUSION: No differences in RFS or OS were detected according to IBS use. | 13 | Metastatic gastric cancer treatment: Second line and beyond显示文摘Advanced gastric cancer(a GC), not amenable to curative surgery, is still a burdensome illness tormenting afflicted patients and their healthcare providers. Whereas combination chemotherapy has been shown to improve survival and tumor related symptoms in the frontline setting, second-line therapy(SLT) is subject to much debate in the scientific community, mainly because of the debilitating effects of GC, which would impede the administration of cytotoxic therapy. Recent data has provided sufficient evidence for the safe use of SLT in patients with an adequate performance status. Taxanes, Irinotecan and even some Fluoropyrimidine analogs were found to provide a survival advantage in this subset of patients. Most importantly, quality of life measures were also improved through the use of adequate therapy. Even more pertinent were the findings involving antiangiogenic agents, which would add measurable improvements without significantly jeopardizing the patients' well-being. Further lines of therapy are cause for much more debate nowadays, but specific targeted agents have shown considerable promise in this context. | 14 | Stem cell treatment and cerebral palsy: Systemic review and meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND Perinatal complications may result in life-long morbidities,among which cerebral palsy(CP)is the most severe motor disability.Once developed,CP is a nonprogressive disease with a prevalence of 1-2 per 1000 live births in developed countries.It demands an extensive and multidisciplinary care.Therefore,it is a challenge for our health system and a burden for patients and their families.Recently,stem cell therapy emerged as a promising treatment option and raised hope in patients and their families.AIM The aim is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of stem cell treatment in children with CP using a systematic review and meta-analysis METHODS We performed a systematic literature search on PubMed and EMBASE to find randomized controlled clinical trials(RCT)investigating the effect of stem cell transplantation in children with CP.After the review,we performed a randomeffects meta-analysis focusing on the change in gross motor function,which was quantified using the gross motor function measure.We calculated the pooled standardized mean differences of the 6-and/or 12-mo-outcome by the method of Cohen.We quantified the heterogeneity using the I-squared measure.RESULTS We identified a total of 8 RCT for a qualitative review.From the initially selected trials,5 met the criteria and were included in the meta-analysis.Patients’population ranged from 0.5 up to 35 years(n=282).We detected a significant improvement in the gross motor function with a pooled standard mean difference of 0.95(95%confidence interval:0.13-1.76)favoring the stem cell group and a high heterogeneity(I2=90.1%).Serious adverse events were rare and equally distributed among both intervention and control groups.CONCLUSION Stem cell therapy for CP compared with symptomatic standard care only,shows a significant positive effect on the gross motor function,although the magnitude of the improvement is limited.Short-term safety is present and further highquality RCTs are needed. | Simone Eggenberger Céline Boucard Andreina Schoeberlein Raphael Guzman Andreas Limacher Daniel Surbek Martin Mueller | 2019 | World Journal of Stem Cells2019,11,10: | 8 |

The main source of plasma fatty acids throughout the transition period is lipolysis from adipose tissue depots. During this time, plasma fatty acids serve as a source of calories mitigating the negative energy balance prompted by copious milk synthesis and limited dry matter intake.Past research has demonstrated that lipolysis in the adipose organ is a complex process that includes not only the activation of lipolytic pathways in response to neural, hormonal, or paracrine stimuli, but also important changes in the structure and cellular distribution of the tissue in a process known as adipose tissue remodeling. This process involves an inflammatory response with immune cell migration, proliferation of the cellular components of the stromal vascular fraction, and changes in the extracellular matrix. | 20 | Facing the challenge of venous thromboembolism prevention in patients undergoing major abdominal surgical procedures for gastrointestinal cancer显示文摘Venous thromboembolism(VTE)refers to a hypercoa-gulable state that remains an important and preven-table factor in the surgical treatment of malignancies.VTE includes two identical entities with regards to deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.The incidence of VTE after major abdominal interventions for gastro-intestinal,hepato-biliary and pancreatic neoplastic disor-ders is as high as 25%without prophylaxis.Prophylactic use of classic or low-molecular-weight heparin,anti-Xa factors,antithrombotic stocking,intermittent pneumatic compression devices and early mobilization have been described.Nevertheless,thromboprophylaxis is often dis-continued after discharge,although a serious risk may persist long after the initial triggering event,as the coagu-lation system remains active for at least 14 d post-opera-tively.The aim of this review is to evaluate the results of the current practice of VTE prevention in cancer patients undergoing major abdominal surgical operations,with special attention to adequately elucidated guidelinesand widely accepted protocols.In addition,the recent literature is presented in order to provide an update on the current concepts concerning the surgical manage-ment of the disease. | Aikaterini Mastoraki Sotiria Mastoraki Dimitrios Schizas Raphael Patras Nikolaos Krinos Ioannis S Papanikolaou Andreas Lazaris Theodore Liakakos Nikolaos Arkadopoulos | 2018 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2018,10,10: | 7 |
