1广东大宝山地区重金属污染水田土壤的Cu Pb Zn Cd全量与DTPA浸提态含量的相互关系研究显示文摘通过现场采样及室内测试,分析了广东大宝山地区酸性金属矿长期污染水稻田的土壤特性,研究了重金属Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd的全量与DTPA浸提态含量的相互关系。结果表明,除Pb外,Cu、Zn和Cd的全量不同程度超标,而4种重金属的DTPA浸提态含量均较高,Pb和Cu的DTPA浸提率高于Zn和Cd。金属全量及其DTPA浸提量之间极显著相关。土壤酸性和有机质对金属Pb、Zn、Cd的DTPA浸出率表现出显著的促进作用,而与Cu的浸出率相关不显著。DTPA态金属可以作为测定该类水稻土壤金属有效态含量的简便指标。金属的全量、种类,土壤pH、有机质等属性,以及农业耕作等因素影响金属的DTPA态含量及有效性。李永涛 刘科学 张池 Thierry Becquer Cécile Quantin MarcB enedtti Patrick Lavelle 戴军 2004农业环境科学学报2004,23,6:60
2酸性矿山废水污染的水稻田土壤中重金属的微生物学效应显示文摘采样调查了广东大宝山地区受酸性采矿废水长期污染的亚热带水稻田的土壤理化性质 ,重金属 Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd的全量及其 DTPA浸提量 ,以及微生物生物量及其呼吸活性等指标。利用主成分和逐步回归分析了影响土壤重金属的有效性及其微生物学效应的因素。结果表明 :土壤高含硫 ,强酸性 ,有机碳、全氮较低 ,4种金属的全量普遍超标。DTPA可提取态金属含量较高 ,不仅与其全量呈显著正相关 ,而且与土壤酸度和粘粒含量正相关 ,和 Mn含量负相关。过量的金属显著降低了土壤微生物生物量 C、N、微生物商、生物量 N/全 N比 ,并抑制了微生物呼吸强度和对有机碳的矿化率 ,导致了土壤 C/N比的升高。同时 ,金属对微生物群落及生理代谢指标 ,如微生物生物量 C/N比和代谢商的影响不显著。 DTPA可提取态金属 ,特别是 DTPA- Cu是导致微生物生物量和活性指标变化的主要因素。以有机碳 (或全氮 )为基数的复合微生物指标降低了土壤性质差异造成的干扰 ,较单一指标更能准确指示微生物对金属胁迫的反应。土壤硫没有对金属有效性和微生物指标产生明显影响 。李永涛 Thierry Becquer Cécile Quantin Marc Benedetti Patric kLavelle 戴军 2004生态学报2004,24,11:31

4不同形态有机碳的有效性在两种重金属污染水平下水稻土壤中的差异显示文摘调查分析了两块不同重金属污染水平下的水稻田土壤有机碳活性组分的含量,以评价重金属胁迫条件下有机碳摹质的微生物有效性。结果显示,重污染水稻土的总有机碳(TOC)、0.5mol·-L^-1 K3SO4溶解态有机碳(K2SO4-C)、微生物生物量碳(MBC)、1~7d(CO2-C1-7d)和8.28d矿化的有机碳(CO2-C8-28d)的含量均显著低于轻污染土壤(P〈0.001)。碳有效性指标中,微生物商(MBC/TOC比)和8-28d的有机碳矿化率(CO2-C8-28d·TOC^-1 d^-1))在轻污染土壤中较高,而K2SO4-C/TOC和代谢商(qCO2)在重污染土壤较高(P〈0.001)。1—7d的有机碳矿化率(CO2-C1-7d·TOC^-1d^-1)在两种土壤中差异不显著。两种土壤培养初期的有机碳矿化率远高于培养后期(P〈0.001)。逐步回归分析显示,CO2-C1-7d与活性组分K2SO4-C和MBC显著相关(r^2=0.83,P〈0.001),而CO2-C8-28d只与TOC显著相关(r^2=0.70,P〈0.001)。研究表明,尽管如SO4溶解态有机碳在供试的重金属污染的水稻土中是较易被分解的活性碳基质,但重金属污染抑制了微生物数量及其呼吸活性,降低了活性有机碳库的矿化率,这是导致土壤中K2SO4溶解态碳积累的原因。溶解性有机碳叉能提高重金属的有效性,进一步抑制微生物对有机碳的矿化。因此,评价重金属污染的水稻土有机碳的有效性,应当综合考虑小同有机碳库的活性、微生物的矿化能力和碳基质在不同阶段的供应潜力。李永涛 戴军 Thierryecquer Cécile Quantin Marc Benedetti Patrick Lavelle 2006生态学报2006,26,1:14
5Microbial Activity Indices: Sensitive Soil Quality Indicators for Trace Metal Stress显示文摘Physicochemical properties, total and DTPA (diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid)-extractable Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd contents, microbial biomass carbon (C) content and the organic C mineralization rate of the soils in a long-term trace metal-contaminated paddy region of Guangdong, China were determined to assess the sensitivity of microbial indices to moderately metal-contaminated paddy soils. The mean contents of total Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd were 251, 250, 171, and 2.4 mg kg-1 respectively. DTPA-extractablc metals were correlated positively and significantly with total metals, CEC, and organic C (except for DTPA-extractable Cd), while they were negatively and highly significantly correlated with pH, total Fe and Mn. Metal stress resulted in relatively low ratios of microbial biomass C to organic C and in remarkable inhibition of the microbial metabolic quotient and C mineralization rate, which eventually led to increases in soil organic C and C/N. Moreover, microbial respiratory activity showed a stronger correlation to DTPA-extractable metals than to total metal content. Likewise, in the acid paddy soils some 'linked' microbial activity indices, such as metabolic quotient and ratios of basal respiration to organic C, especially during initial incuba.tion, were found to be more sensitive indicators of soil trace metal contamination than microbial biomass C or basal respiration alone.LI Yong-Tao T.
