| 1 | Vision,Requirements and Network Architecture of 6G Mobile Network beyond 2030显示文摘With the 5th Generation(5G)Mobile network being rolled out gradually in 2019,the research for the next generation mobile network has been started and targeted for 2030.To pave the way for the development of the 6th Generation(6G)mobile network,the vision and requirements should be identified first for the potential key technology identification and comprehensive system design.This article first identifies the vision of the society development towards 2030 and the new application scenarios for mobile communication,and then the key performance requirements are derived from the service and application perspective.Taken into account the convergence of information technology,communication technology and big data technology,a logical mobile network architecture is proposed to resolve the lessons from 5G network design.To compromise among the cost,capability and flexibility of the network,the features of the 6G mobile network are proposed based on the latest progress and applications of the relevant fields,namely,on-demand fulfillment,lite network,soft network,native AI and native security.Ultimately,the intent of this article is to serve as a basis for stimulating more promising research on 6G. | Guangyi Liu Yuhong Huang Na Li Jing Dong Jing Jin Qixing Wang Nan Li | 2020 | China Communications2020,17,9: | 37 |
| 2 | Eco-toxicity of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil显示文摘Total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) contaminated soil samples were collected from Shengli Oilfield of China. Toxicity analysis was carried out based on earthworm acute toxicity, plant growth experiment and luminescent bacteria test. The soil was contaminated by-petroleum hydrogcarbons with TPH concentration of 10.57%. With lethal and sub-lethal rate as endpoint, earthworm test showed that the LD 50 (lethal dose 50%) values in 4 and 7 days were 1.45% and 1.37% respectively, and the inhibition rate of earthworm body weight increased with higher oil concentration. TPH pollution in the soil inhibited seed germination in both wheat and maize experiment when the concentration of petroleum was higher than 0.1%. The EC 50 (effective concentration 50%) for germination is 3.04% and 2.86% in maize and wheat, respectively. While lower value of EC 50 for root elongation was to be 1.11% and 1.64% in maize and wheat, respectively, suggesting higher sensitivity of root elongation on petroleum contamination in the soil. The EC 50 value in luminescent bacteria test was 0.47% for petroleum in the contaminated soil. | 3 | Quantitative analyses of relationships between ecotoxicological effects and combined pollution显示文摘The responses of wheat Triticum aestivum, rice Oryza sativa, earthworms Eisenia foetida, and prawns Penaeus japonicus to combined acetochlor-Cu, Cd-Zn were studied in hy-droponic and soil-culturing systems using the methods of ecotoxicology. In particular, system-atically quantitative analyses were documented by field experiments. Results showed that ecotoxicological effects under the combined pollution were not only related to chemical proper-ties of pollutants but also dependent on the concentration level of pollutants, in particular on the combination of concentrations of pollutants in ecosystems. Additionally, species of organisms, especially the type of ecosystem, determined the influences. | 8 | Hypoglycemic mechanism of polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves in type 2 diabetic rats by gut microbiota and host metabolism alteration显示文摘Diabetes mellitus is a serious threat to human health.Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljinskaja(C.paliurus)is one of the traditional herbal medicine and food in China for treating type 2 diabetes,and the C.paliurus polysaccharides(CP)were found to be one of its major functional constituents.This research aimed at investigating the hypoglycemic mechanism for CP.It was found that CP markedly attenuated the symptoms of diabetes,and inhibited the protein expression of Bax,improved the expression of Bcl-2 in pancreas of diabetic rats,normalized hormones secretion and controlled the inflammation which contributed to the regeneration of pancreaticβ-cell and insulin resistance.CP treatment increased the beneficial bacteria genus Ruminococcaceae UCG-005 which was reported to be a key genus for protecting against diabetes,and the fecal short-chain fatty acids levels were elevated.Uric metabolites analysis showed that CP treatment helped to protect with the diabetes by seven significantly improved pathways closely with the nutrition metabolism(amino acids and purine)and energy metabolism(TCA cycle),which could help to build up the intestinal epithelial cell defense for the inflammation associated with the diabetes.Our study highlights the specific mechanism of prebiotics to attenuate diabetes through multi-path of gut microbiota and host metabolism. | Qiqiong Li Jielun Hu Qixing Nie Xiao Chang Qingying Fang Junhua Xie Haishan Li Shaoping Nie | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,1: | 11 |
| 9 | Spatial and temporal distribution of acetochlor in sediments and riparian soils of the Songhua River Basin in northeastern China显示文摘The Songhua River Basin is a burgeoning agricultural area in the modern times in China.Particularly in recent years,increasing chemical fertilizers and pesticides have been applied with the development of agricultural production.However,the situation of nonpoint source pollution (NSP) from agricultural production in this basin is still obscure.In order to solve the problem,the occurrence and distribution of acetochlor in sediments and riparian soils of the Songhua River Basin before rain season and after rain season were investigated.In addition,total organic carbon was analyzed.The result showed that the concentration of acetochlor ranged from 0.47 to 11.76 μg/kg in sediments and 0.03 to 709.37 μg/kg in riparian soils.During the high flow period in 2009,the mean concentration was 4.79 μg/kg in sediments and 0.75 μg/kg in riparian soils,respectively.Similarly,the mean concentration was 2.53 μg/kg in sediments and 61.36 μg/kg in riparian soils,during the average flow period in 2010.There was a significant correlation between the concentration of acetochlor and total organic carbon in surface sediments.Moreover,the distribution of acetochlor in sediments of the Songhua River was significantly correlated to land use and topography of the watershed.The investigated data suggested that the concentration of acetochlor in the Songnen Plain and the Sanjiang Plain was higher than that in the other areas of the basin,and riparian buffering zones in these areas had been destroyed by human activities.The optimal agricultural measures to alleviate the contamination of pesticides should be adopted,including controlling agricultural application of acetochlor and ecological restoration of riparian buffering strips. | Xiaoyin Sun Qixing Zhou Wenjie Ren Xuhui Li Liping Ren | 2011 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,10: | 9 |
| 10 | Joint effects of cadmium and lead on seedlings of four Chinese cabbage cultivars in northeastern China显示文摘In northeastern China, large area of vegetable land has been simultaneously polluted by cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb). Joint effects of Cd and Pb on Chinese cabbage (Brassica pekinensis L.) were investigated using the seed germination and sand culture method. Four Chinese cabbage cultivars including Kangbingjinchun (KB), Dongyangchunxia (DY), Qinglvwang (QL) and Qiangshi (QS) from Shenyang in northeastern China were adopted in this study. The results showed that there were positive linear relationships between the inhibitory rate of biomass, root and shoot elongation and the concentrations of Cd and Pb. In particular, root elongation was more sensitive to joint stress of Cd and Pb. The activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble protein (SP) and proline (PRO) changed significantly with increasing exposure concentration of Cd and Pb. The decrement in the activity of antioxidative enzymes, the content of SP and accumulation of MDA were relatively low in KB and QS. | 11 | Channel Measurement and Path Loss Modeling from 220 GHz to 330 GHz for 6G Wireless Communications显示文摘Terahertz(THz)communication has been envisioned as a key enabling technology for sixthgeneration(6G).In this paper,we present an extensive THz channel measurement campaign for 6G wireless communications from 220 GHz to 330 GHz.Furthermore,the path loss is analyzed and modeled by using two single-frequency path loss models and a multiplefrequencies path loss model.It is found that at most frequency points,the measured path loss is larger than that in the free space.But at around 310 GHz,the propagation attenuation is relatively weaker compared to that in the free space.Also,the frequency dependence of path loss is observed and the frequency exponent of the multiple-frequencies path loss model is 2.1.Moreover,the cellular performance of THz communication systems is investigated by using the obtained path loss model.Simulation results indicate that the current inter-site distance(ISD)for the indoor scenario is too small for THz communications.Furthermore,the tremendous capacity gain can be obtained by using THz bands compared to using microwave bands and millimeter wave bands.Generally,this work can give an insight into the design and optimization of THz communication systems for 6G. | Pan Tang Jianhua Zhang Haoyu Tian Zhaowei Chang Jun Men Yuxiang Zhang Lei Tian Liang Xia Qixing Wang Jingsuo He | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,5: | 7 |
| 12 | Effects of methamidophos and glyphosate on copper sorption-desorption behavior in soils显示文摘A batch-equilibration technique was employed to study the impact of two organophosphorus pesticides methamidophos (MDP) and glyphosate (GPS) on copper (Cu2+) sorptiondesorption for phaeozem and burozem collected from Northeastern China. The addition of the two pesticides decreased Cu2+ sorption, increased Cu2+ desorption and prolonged the equilibrium time of Cu2+ sorption-desorption. But GPS appeared to exert a stronger influence on Cu2+ sorption-desorption due to its stronger complexion with Cu2+. When MDP was added, Cu2+ sorption-desorption was linearly correlated with MDP treatment concentrations. But in the presence of GPS, Cu2+ sorption first underwent a rapid decrease period, and then slowly tended towards a steady period. The reverse pattern could be found for Cu2+ desorption in the presence of GPS.Without pesticides and with the existence of MDP, Cu2+ sorption-desorption kinetics was well conformed to two-constant equation and Elovich equation. | 13 | Treatment and remediation of a wastewater lagoon using microelectrolysis and modified DAT/IAT methods显示文摘To examine treatment and remediation of a wastewater lagoon with poor biodegradability,a typical wastewater lagoon in Tianjin,China,was treated and remedied using microelectrolysis and modified demand aeration tank (DAT)/intermittent aeration tank (IAT) methods.After pretreatment by microelectrolysis,the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand (COD) was up to 64.6% and the ratio of BOC/COD in the effluent increased from 0.013 to 0.609.The removal rates of COD Cr and NH + 4-N were affected by sludge backflow rate,mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS),and hydraulic retention time (HRT) in the modified DAT/IAT reactor.The highest removal rates of COD Cr and NH + 4-N were up to 78.9% and 62.6%,respectively,when the sludge backflow rate was 38.0 mL/min,the total HRT was 8.0 hr and MLSS was 4088.0 mg/L.In this case,some protozoa and metazoa were observed in activated sludge and biofilm carriers.Most of chrominance was removed by microelectrolysis treatment,while the modified DAT/IAT methods were more effective for COD Cr and NH + 4-N removal. | Qiong Wu Tao Hua Qixing Zhou | 2011 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,3: | 6 |

| 15 | Assessment of potential soybean cadmium excluder cultivars at different concentrations of Cd in soils显示文摘The selection of cadmium-excluding cultivars has been used to minimize the transfer of cadmium into the human food chain. In this experiment, five Chinese soybean plants were grown in three soils with different concentrations of Cd(0.15, 0.75 and 1.12 mg/kg).Variations in uptake, enrichment, and translocation of Cd among these soybean cultivars were studied. The results indicated that the concentration of Cd in seeds that grew at1.12 mg/kg Cd in soils exceeded the permitted maximum levels in soybeans. Therefore, our results indicated that even some soybean cultivars grown on soils with permitted levels of Cd might accumulate higher concentrations of Cd in seeds that are hazardous to human health. The seeds of these five cultivars were further assessed for interactions between Cd and other mineral nutrient elements such as Ca, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn and Zn. High Cd concentration in soil was found to inhibit the uptake of Mn. Furthermore, Fe and Zn accumulations were found to be enhanced in the seeds of all of the five soybean cultivars in response to high Cd concentration. | 16 | Joint effects of Penta-BDE and heavy metals on Daphnia magna survival,its antioxidant enzyme activities and lipid peroxidation显示文摘The joint toxicity of Penta-BDE(Pe-BDE)and heavy metals including cadmium and copper on Daphnia magna(D.magna)was evaluated on the basis of determining the 48 h survival,antioxidative enzyme responses,and lipid peroxidation.The response was classified as additive,greater than additive,or less than additive by comparing the measured“toxic units,TU”with one.Based on the survival of D.magna,less-than-additive interactions were found in most of mixtures treatments.This may be attributed to the different toxicity mechanism between Pe-BDE and metals.Cu and Cd played a greater role in toxicity than what Pe-BDE did.As for the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activity,most response was less than additive.For the glutathione S-transferases(GST)activity,most of the greater-thanadditive responses were found in the Cu plus Pe-BDE treatments,but the additive responses occurred in Cd plus Pe-BDE treatments and binary metal treatments.For lipid peroxide levels,which were measured as malondialdehyde(MDA)levels,less-than-additive response occurred in the 50%Cd plus 50%Cu and ternary mixture treatments.Results suggested that Pe-BDE,Cd,and Cu could induce different patterns of antioxidant enzyme responses,such as antioxidant/prooxidant responses,depending on their capability to produce reactive oxygen species and antioxidant enzymes to detoxify them. | Baohua TANG Lingyan ZHU Qixing ZHOU | 2011 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2011,5,1: | 5 |

| 18 | Synthesis of hierarchical dendritic micro–nano structure ZnFe_2O_4 and photocatalytic activities for water splitting显示文摘Hierarchical dendritic micro–nano structure Zn Fe_2O_4 have been prepared by electrochemical reduction and thermal oxidation method in this work. X-ray diffractometry, Raman spectra and field-emission scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the crystal structure, size and morphology. The results show that the sample(S-2) is composed of pure ZnFe_2O_4 when the molar ratio of Zn^(2+)/Fe^(2+)in the electrolyte is 0.35. Decreasing the molar ratio of Zn^(2+)/Fe^(2+), the sample(S-1) is composed of ZnFe_2O_4 and α-Fe_2O_3, whereas increasing the molar ratio of Zn^(2+)/Fe^(2+), the sample(S-3) is composed of ZnFe_2O_4 and Zn O. The lattice parameters of ZnFe_2O_4 are influenced by the molar ratio of Zn^(2+)/Fe: Zn at excess decreases the cell volume whereas Fe at excess increases the cell volume of Zn Fe_2O_4. All the samples have the dendritic structure, of which S-2 has micron-sized lush branches with nano-sized leaves. UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectra were acquired by a spectrophotometer. The absorption edges gradually blue shift with the increase of the molar ratio of Zn^(2+)/Fe^(2+). Photocatalytic activities for water splitting were investigated under Xe light irradiation in an aqueous olution containing 0.1 mol·L^(-1)Na_2S/0.02 mol·L^(-1)Na_2SO_3 in a glass reactor. The relatively highest photocatalytic activity with 1.41 μmol·h-1· 0.02 g^(-1)was achieved by pure ZnFe_2O_4sample(S-2). Furthermore, an attempt has been made to solve several geochemical problems, such as the origin of CO2 in the system, kinetic fractionation of carbon isotopes during calcite deposition, hydrochemistry and formation of tufa, and carbon-14 dating of tufa of hydrothermal origin. | 20 | A Predictive 6G Network with Environment Sensing Enhancement:From Radio Wave Propagation Perspective显示文摘In order to support the future digital society,sixth generation(6G)network faces the challenge to work efficiently and flexibly in a wider range of scenarios.The traditional way of system design is to sequentially get the electromagnetic wave propagation model of typical scenarios firstly and then do the network design by simulation offline,which obviously leads to a 6G network lacking of adaptation to dynamic environments.Recently,with the aid of sensing enhancement,more environment information can be obtained.Based on this,from radio wave propagation perspective,we propose a predictive 6G network with environment sensing enhancement,the electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics prediction enabled network(EWave Net),to further release the potential of 6G.To this end,a prediction plane is created to sense,predict and utilize the physical environment information in EWave Net to realize the electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics prediction timely.A two-level closed feedback workflow is also designed to enhance the sensing and prediction ability for EWave Net.Several promising application cases of EWave Net are analyzed and the open issues to achieve this goal are addressed finally. | Gaofeng Nie Jianhua Zhang Yuxiang Zhang Li Yu Zhen Zhang Yutong Sun Lei Tian Qixing Wang Liang Xia | 2022 | China Communications2022,19,6: | 4 |
