| 4 | Nitrification-denitrification Loss and N2O Emission from Urea Applied to Crop-soil Systems in North China Plain显示文摘Nitrogen losses are not only important for agriculture but environment as well. Field experiments were set up in summer corn field at Fengqiu Agro-Ecological Experimental Station of CAS in North China Plain. The soil was in maize-chao soil. Nitrification-denitrification losses and N2O emission were determined by acetylene-inhibition soil-core incubation method in the soils applied urea. The results showed that urea was fast hydrolyzed and became to nitrate. The soil with non urea released 0.33kg N/ha N2O.However, the soil produced 2.91kg N/ha N2O, about 1.94% of the applied N, when the urea was spread on soil surface. N2O emission reduced to 2.50kg N/ha, about 1.67% of the applied N, when the urea was put in deep soil by digging a hole. The denitrification loss was 1.17kg N/ha in control soil. It increased to 3.00kg N/ha and 2.09kg N/ha, which were 2.00% and 1.39% of the used N, in the soils received urea on surface and sub-surface respectively. | 5 | Stall Characteristics and Tip Clearance Effects in Forward Swept Axial Compressor Rotors显示文摘Tilting the blade sections to the flow direction (blade sweep) would increase the operating range of an axial compressordue to modifications in the pressure and velocity fields on the suction surface. On the other band, bladetip gap, though finite, has great influence on the performance of a turbomachine. The present paper investigatesthe combined effect of these two factors on various flow characteristics in a low speed axial flow compressor. Forthis present study, nine computational domains were modeled; three rotor sweep configurations (0°, 20° and 30°)and for three different clearance levels for each rotor. Commercial CFD solver ANSYS CFX 11.0 is used for thesimulations. Results indicated that tip chordline sweep is found to improve the stall margin of the compressor bymodifying the suction surface boundary layer migration phenomenon. Diffusion Factor (DF) contours showed theseverity of stalling with unswept rotor. For the swept rotors, the zones of high probable stall are less severe andthey become less in size with increasing sweep. Increment in the tip gap is found to gradually affect the performanceof unswept rotor, while the effect is very high for the two swept rotors for the earlier increments. | 6 | 代谢型谷氨酸受体可作为一种新型恶性胶质瘤治疗靶点(英文)显示文摘Objective Metabotropic glutamate receptors(mG luR)are predominantly involved in maintenance of cellular homeostasis of central nervous system.However,evidences have suggested other roles of mG luR in human tumors.Aberrant mG luR signaling has been shown to participate in transformation and maintenance of various cancer types,including malignant brain tumors.This review intends to summarize recent findings regarding the involvement of mG luR-mediated intracellular signaling pathways in progression,aggressiveness,and recurrence of malignant gliomas,mainly glioblastomas(GBM),highlighting the potential therapeutic applications of mG luR ligands.In addition to the growing number of studies reporting mG luR gene or protein expression in glioma samples(resections,lineages,and primary cultures),pharmacological blockade in vitro of mG luR1 and mG luR3 by selective ligands has been shown to be anti-proliferative and anti-migratory,decreasing activation of MAPK and PI3K pathways.In addition,mG luR3 antagonists promoted astroglial differentiation of GBM cells and also enabled cytotoxic action of temozolomide(TMZ).mG luR3-dependent TMZ toxicity was supported by increasing levels of MGMT transcripts through an intracellular signaling pathway that sequentially involves PI3K and NF-κB.Further,continuous pharmacological blockade of mG luR1 and mG luR3 have been shown to reduced growth of GBM tumor in two independent in vivo xenograft models.In parallel,low levels of mG luR3 mRNA in GBM resections may be a predictor for long survival rate of patients.Since several Phase I,II and III clinical trials are being performed using group I and II mG luR modulators,there is a strong scientifically-based rationale for testing mG luR antagonists as an adjuvant therapy for malignant brain tumors. | Pereira MS Klamt F Thomé CC Worm PV de Oliveira DL | 2017 | 中华神经外科疾病研究杂志2017，16，1： | 3 |
