| 1 | 两性瓜尔胶衍生物溶液的流变特征显示文摘借助旋转粘度计研究了一种两性瓜尔胶衍生物(E-AMPHO-S)溶液的流变特征,考察了衍生物浓度、外加盐和温度对E-AMPHO-S溶液流变性能的影响。发现在实验条件下,E-AMPHO-S溶液呈非牛顿流体特征,具有剪切变稀特性;随改性瓜尔胶浓度增大,E-AMPHO-S溶液具有增强的触变性质;在一定浓度盐溶液中,E-AMPHO-S可表现出明显的反聚电解质溶液粘性行为;E-AMPHO-S溶液的零切粘度可由Spencer-Dillon方程外推得出,其与温度的依赖关系服从Arrhenius公式。 | 周建芳 张黎明 Perter S.Hui | 2003 | 物理化学学报2003，19，11： | 27 |
| 2 | α2,6-唾液酸转移酶(ST6GalI)的表达对结肠癌细胞唾液酸化的影响显示文摘目的 研究结肠癌细胞LS174T转染正义和反义的α2 ,6唾液酸转移酶 (ST6GalI)cDNA对结肠癌细胞表面唾液酸化及肿瘤细胞粘附功能的影响 .方法 结肠癌细胞株LS174T转染正义ST6GalIcDNA或反义ST6GalIcDNA的部分序列的表达载体pcDNA3 .1,以RT -PCR检测转染子ST6GalImRNA的表达 ,流式细胞仪检测细胞表面α2 ,6唾液酸含量 .结果 转染正义ST6GalIcDNA的克隆显示ST6GalImRNA的表达增强以及接骨木凝集素 (SNA)与细胞表面成分的结合增加 ;而转染反义ST6GalIcDNA的部分序列的细胞克隆的ST6GalImRNA的表达减少 ,SNA与细胞表面成分的结合力降低 .结论 ST6GalI的表达直接影响细胞表面α2 ,6-连接的唾液酸水平并调节肿瘤细胞的粘附功能 .利用反义核酸技术抑制ST6GalI的表达并降低肿瘤细胞表面α2 。 | 林绍强 李君武 王晓玉 Wolfgang Kemmner Perter M.Schlag | 2004 | 现代临床医学生物工程学杂志2004，10，1： | 4 |
