1无弧限流式混合断路器显示文摘本文介绍一种名为混合限流式断路器(H—CLID)的简化的直流/交流混合断路器。当主触头处于闭合位置时其两端的电压降与机械式断路器为同一数量级,然而限流能力和电流分断能力却几乎与强迫换流的无触点晶闸管断路器相同。和可实现接通和分断功能的混合断路器相比,H—CLID的设计却简化多了。在H—CLID中使用了可更换触头,这样H—CLID又相当于一个熔断器。 开发了两个H—CLID模型,一个为物理模型,其额定参数为4OOA/380VAC,一个为工业模型,其额定参数为1600A/500VDC,对这些模型进行了一系列实验,这些实验包括:在低压系统中进行预期电流达75kA(有效值)的交流电流分断;在低压配电屏上分断交流/直流于扰电弧;在低压系统中分断由发电机或换流器提供的直流电流,其为实际非限流的预期电流和分断高感性电路中的直流负荷电流(恒流电抗器)。 以上所有试验都证实了H—CLID可进行无弧分断,并且几乎完全消除了短路电流及干扰电弧的破坏作用。H—CLID最好的使用场合是低压AC/DC开关设备中的“寿命保护”,它可以用来对二极管、晶闸管变换器中的内部故障进行快速保护,这样就可以省去在变换器电路中保护半导体的熔断器了。J.
