2Analysis on the ecological benefits of the stream water conveyance to the dried-up river of the lower reaches of Tarim River,China显示文摘This paper analyzes the monitored data of the 4 times of stream water conveyances to the river section where the stream flow was cut-off, of 9 groundwater-monitoring sections and 18 vegetation plots in the lower reaches of Tarim River. The results show that the groundwater depth in the lower reaches of Tarim River rose from 9.87 m before the conveyances to 7.74 m and 3.79 m after the first and second conveyances, 3.61 and 3.16 m after the 2 phases of the third conveyance, and 2.66 m after the fourth conveyance. The transverse response scope of groundwater level was gradually enlarged along both sides of the channel of conveyances, i.e., from 450 m in width after the first conveyance to 1050 m after the fourth conveyance, but the response degree of groundwater level was reduced with the increase of the distance away from the channel of conveyances. The composition, distribution and growth status of the natural vegetation are directly related to the groundwater depth. The indexes of Simpson’s biodiversity, McIntosh’s evenness and Margalef’s richness, which reflect the change of the quantity of species and the degree of biodiversity, are reduced from 0.70, 0.48 and 0.90 to 0.26, 0.17 and 0.37 re- spectively along with the drawdown of groundwater level from the upper reaches to the lower reaches. After the stream water conveyances, the natural vegetation in the lower reaches is saved and restored along with the rise of groundwater level, the response scope of vegetation is gradually enlarged, i.e., from 200— 250 m in width after the first conveyance to 800 m after the fourth conveyance. However, there is still a great disparity to the objective of protecting the “Green Corridor”in the lower reaches of Tarim River. 5具有中国特色的管理学研究显示文摘在中国,关于组织问题的研究具有上千年的历史,同时它也是世界上运作时间最长的官僚系统。近年来学界对于中国管理的研究兴趣日益增多,然而,这更多的是由于中国经济实力的上升,而并不是因为研究中国能够为学术概念和理论发展带来更多的机会。我在关于中国问题的研究上是一个"向内窥探的外来者"(an outsider looking in),从这个角度出发,本文首先回顾有关中国管理研究的演进过程,这方面的研究一开始仅仅是源于好奇,目前已经具有了合法性;然而关于中国的研究目前仍遭遇到需要套用现有理论与方法的尴尬。本文认为普适主义和本土化研究的模式均不可取,而是应该遵循一种混合型的研究模式(a hybrid approach),即中国管理研究需要充分利用中国的独特性,从这种独特性出发,研究的最终目的是发展情景化的组织理论和管理模式。Oded Shenkar 李炜文 2017管理学季刊2017,2,1:15

8牡丹籽油抑制结肠癌细胞HCT116的体外增殖和调控细胞周期作用显示文摘以牡丹籽油为研究对象,结肠癌细胞HCT116为模型,评估了牡丹籽油对HCT116结肠癌细胞体外增殖和周期的影响,并对其分子机理进行了初步的研究。利用MTS实验、蛋白蛋印迹等检测了结肠癌细胞在增殖、迁移和分子水平上的变化。结果表明:牡丹籽油能显著抑制HCT116细胞的增殖和迁移能力;当牡丹籽油的浓度达到100μg/m L时,细胞周期相关基因p15、p21、p53的m RNA相对表达量相比对照组(Con)分别上升了5.49、4.56和3.73倍,具有极显著性差异(p<0.01)。提示牡丹籽油能调控细胞周期G1/S期关键靶基因的表达,使细胞周期阻滞在G1/S期。牡丹籽油也能抑制MAPK信号通路的激活,且能显著抑制其下游转录因子AP-1和NF-κB的活性。结果提示牡丹籽油可能通过抑制MAPK信号通路/AP-1和NF-κB活性下调,调控细胞周期相关基因的表达,从而抑制结直肠癌细胞的增殖,课题研究将为功能性抗癌类食用植物油的开发提供科学的理论基础。邹佳文 罗依 Akan OD 周潇恬 徐魏 白婕 刘津良 胡作民 周亚萍 罗非君 2020现代食品科技2020,36,5:5

12尼加拉瓜废弃农田次生演替后的土壤种子库(英文)显示文摘定量分析了被废弃4年、9年和14年的农田地上派生的次生林土壤中种子组成和密度,从而检测在次生林演替形成过程中,土壤种子库是否能随着植物种群的集成而集成。分别在废弃了4年、9年和14年的农田地里(15cm×15cm样方、9cm土层深),掘取了18,37和48份土壤样品。在废弃了4,9和14年的农田地上,分别发现了3,5和9个物种。在这些不同的生命形态中,在9年和14年的迹地上,土壤种子树木占主要成分,分别为60%和33%,而4年废弃迹地主要被非木本植物所占领。三块废弃地里,4年废弃迹地植物种子的总数为327粒,相应可发育的种子密度为141粒/m2,14年废弃迹地种子的总数为46粒,相应的可发育种子的密度为26粒/m2,指明种子数、种子密度随废弃地龄成下降趋势。在9年和14年龄废弃地上,土壤种子植物种类与立地木本植物种类的相似度较低,而4年龄地上两者比较则完全不同。我们认为:土壤种子库的物种构成是在次生演替过程中逐渐形成的,但是,所获得的总体种子密度太低,仅仅依赖于这些种子来实现树木自然再生是不可靠的。为了加快这些废弃地次生林的恢复,既要依靠自然集成的土壤种子库,还需要通过直播、所需物种的强化种植和设定人工生长环境以利于种子传播。Benigno González-Rivas Mulualem Tigabu Guillermo Castro-Marín Per Christer Odén 2009Journal of Forestry Research2009,20,4:3

14Preventive treatment of alveolar pulmonary edema of cardiogenic origin显示文摘Objective To evaluate the efficacy of preventive treatment (PT) on alveolar pulmonary edema (APE) of cardiogenic origin using a monitor based on principles of internal thoracic impedance (ITI) measurements.Methods We conducted blinded clinical trials on patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and monitored whether the condition would progress to APE. ITI was measured noninvasively by the Edema Guard Monitor (EGM, model RS-207) every 30 min. The measurement threshold for the diagnosis of APE was fixed at > 12% decrease in ITI from baseline as described in our methodology. The patients were divided into one group that received standard treatment after the appearance of clinical signs of APE without considering the prediction of APE by EGM devise (Group 1), and another group of asymptomatic patients in whom development of APE was predicted by using only EGM measurements (Group 2). The latter participants’PT consisted of furosemide, intravenous nitroglycerine and supplemental oxygen. Results One-hundred and fifty patients with acute STEMI were enrolled into this study. Group 1 included 100 patients (53% males, age 64.1 ±12.6 years). Treatment was started after the clinical appearance of overt signs of APE. Group 2 included 50 patients (54% males, age 65.2 ±11.9 years) who received PT based on EGMmeasurements. Group 2 had significantly fewer cases of APE (n = 4, 8%) than Group 1 (n = 100, 100%) (P > 0.001). While APE was lethal in six (6%) Group 1 patients, PT resulted in prompt resolution of APE in all four (8%) Group 2 patients. 16Inflammatory bowel disease patient profiles are related to specific information needs: A nationwide survey显示文摘BACKGROUND Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) is a heterogenous, lifelong disease, with an unpredictable and potentially progressive course, that may impose negative psychosocial impact on patients.While informed patients with chronic illness have improved adherence and outcomes, previous research showed that the majority of IBD patients receive insufficient information regarding their disease.The large heterogeneity of IBD and the wide range of information topics makes a one-size fits all knowledge resource overwhelming and cumbersome.We hypothesized that different patient profiles may have different and specific information needs, the identification of which will allow building personalized computer-based information resources in the future.AIM To evaluate the scope of disease-related knowledge among IBD patients and determine whether different patient profiles drive unique information needs.METHODS We conducted a nationwide survey addressing hospital-based IBD clinics.A Total of 571 patients completed a 28-item questionnaire, rating the amount of information received at time of diagnosis and the importance of information, as perceived by participants, for a newly diagnosed patient, and for the participants themselves, at current time.We performed an exploratory factor analysis of the crude responses aiming to create a number of representative knowledge domains(factors), and analyzed the responses of a set of 15 real-life patient profiles generated by the study team.RESULTS Participants gave low ratings for the amount of information received at disease onset(averaging 0.9/5) and high ratings for importance, both for the newly diagnosed patients(mean 4.2/5) and for the participants themselves at current time(mean 3.5/5).Factor analysis grouped responses into six informationdomains.The responses of selected profiles, compared with the rest of the participants, yielded significant associations(defined as a difference in rating of >0.5 points with a P < 0.05).Patients with active disease showed a higher interest in work-disability, stress-coping, and therapy-complications.Patients newly diagnosed at age > 50, and patients with long-standing disease(> 10 years)showed less interest in work-disability.Patients in remission with mesalamine or no therapy showed less interest in all domains except for nutrition and long-term complications.CONCLUSION We demonstrate unmet patient information needs.Analysis of various patient profiles revealed associations with specific information topics, paving the way for building patient-tailored information resources.Saleh Daher Tawfik Khoury Ariel Benson John R Walker Oded Hammerman Ron Kedem Timna Naftali Rami Eliakim Ofer Ben-Bassat Charles N Bernstein Eran Israeli 2019World Journal of Gastroenterology2019,25,30:3

19不同干扰梯度下尼泊尔森林树种多样性和优势种的变化(英文)显示文摘中度干扰可以增强多样性,因此干扰常作为一种管理手段。因而,了解森林干扰的频度和强度以及对林分结构、优势度以及森林多样性等的作用是非常重要的。本研究在尼泊尔设立25个1 ha样地,调查了不同干扰程度对以婆罗双树为优势种的5个林地生物多样性和优势度的影响。共记录67个树种,其中41个树种在轻度干扰的森林,10个在重度干扰的森林。林地之间α多样性差异显著。α多样性随干扰梯度线性降低,而优势度则呈线性增加。婆罗双树相对基面积随干扰强度而增加,重度干扰林下该树种重要值是轻度干扰林下的2倍。α多样性随婆罗叔树相对基面积的增加而以3倍的比率降低。在任意一对干扰林中,树种组成相似性均很低(相似性指数<57%),说明β多样性较高。结论:婆罗双树林多样性随干扰强度增加而降低,但是优势度增加。建议控制优势种(婆罗双树)种群,来提高多样性,实现多功能利用的森林管理目标。图5表6参32。Indra Prasad Sapkota Mulualem Tigabu Per Christer Odén 2010Journal of Forestry Research2010,21,1:2
