| 2 | New aspects in celiac disease显示文摘Celiac disease (CD) is a common autoimmune disorder characterized by an immune response to ingested gluten and has a strong HLA association with HLA- DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 molecules, but human HLA-DQ risk factors do not explain the entire genetic susceptibility to gluten intolerance. CD is caused by the lack of immune tolerance (oral tolerance) to wheat gluten. In this sense, the expression of soluble HLA-G in CD is of special interest because the molecule plays an important role in the induction of immune tolerance. The enhanced expression of soluble HLA-G found in CD may be part of a mechanism to restore the gluten intolerance. | 3 | Thermal stability of nitride solar selective absorbing coatings used in high temperature parabolic trough current显示文摘This paper reports a new efficient solar selective surface in high temperature application.The influence of the monolayer's microstructure and deposition rate was firstly discussed.Then the nitride nano-multilayer on the polished stainless steel (herein after referred as 'SS') substrate was prepared with Ti and Al metal targets by DC.and R.F.magnetron co-sputtering.The samples were annealed in air at different temperatures ranging from 350 to 800°C for 2 h to evaluate their thermal stability.The samples' surface and cross-section morphology,crystal structure,phase composition,optical properties were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer and infrared emissivity tester.The results show that the coatings exhibit high solar selectivity (α/ε) of 0.943/0.08 even after heat-treatment up to 400°C for 2 h in air.After heat-treatment at 600°C in air,the solar selectivity decreases to 0.92/0.16. | HAO Lei,DU Miao,LIU XiaoPeng,WANG ShuMao,JIANG LiJun,Lü Fang,LI ZhiNian & MI Jing Department of Energy Material and Technology,General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals,Beijing 100088,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010，53，6： | 4 |

| 5 | Enhancement of Ti-Cr-V BCC alloys on the dehydrogenation kinetics of Li-Mg-N-H hydrogen storage materials显示文摘The hydrogen storage properties of a Li-Mg-N-H material doped by a 4 mol.% Ti3Cr3V4 body centre cubic(BCC) alloy hydride and prepared with a ball-milling method were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and Sievert's technology test.The results show that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride/Li-Mg-N-H composite has good reversible hydrogen storage properties.The dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system can be greatly improved by doping the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride.The composite desorbed 4.1 wt.% hydrogen in the first 60 min at 473 K under 0.1 MPa pressure,but when without the BCC alloy addition,only 3.0 wt.% hydrogen was desorbed under the same dehydrogenation condition.It can be deduced that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy uniformly distributed in the Li-Mg-N-H substrate could decrease the activating energy of hydrogen molecules to H atoms and increase H diffusion paths in the composite,enhancing the dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system. | WANG Jingchuan,LI Zhinian,LI Hualing,MI Jing,Lü Fang,WANG Shumao,LIU Xiaopeng,and JIANG Lijun General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals,Beijing 100088,China | 2010 | Rare Metals2010，29，6： | 3 |
| 6 | Frequency and prognostic role of mucosal healing in patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis after one-year of biological therapy显示文摘AIM:To assess the endoscopic activity before and after a one-year period of biological therapy and to evaluate the frequency of relapses and need for retreatment after stopping the biologicals in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC).METHODS:The data from 41 patients with CD and 22 patients with UC were assessed.Twenty-four CD patients received infliximab,and 17 received adalimumab.The endoscopic severity of CD was quantified with the simplified endoscopic activity score for Crohn’s disease in CD and with the Mayo endoscopic subscore in UC.RESULTS:Mucosal healing was achieved in 23 CD and7 UC patients.Biological therapy had to be restarted in78%of patients achieving complete mucosal healing with CD and in 100%of patients with UC.Neither clinical remission nor mucosal healing was associated with the time to restarting the biological therapy in either CD or UC.CONCLUSION:Mucosal healing did not predict sustained clinical remission in patients in whom the biological therapies had been stopped. | Klaudia Farkas Péter László Lakatos Mónika Szcs va Pallagi-Kunstár Anita Bálint Ferenc Nagy Zoltán Szepes Noémi Vass Lajos S Kiss Tibor Wittmann Tamás Molnár | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，11： | 2 |
| 7 | Arg462Gln and Asp541Glu polymorphisms in ribonuclease L and prostate cancer risk:a meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:The association between ribonuclease L(RNASEL)gene polymorphisms and prostate cancer risk has been widely reported,but the results of these studies remained controversial and underpowered.We performed a meta-analysis of 28 studies to evaluate the association between Arg462Gln and Asp541Glu polymorphisms in the RNASEL gene and prostate cancer risk.Methods:Odds ratios(ORs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs) were estimated to assess the association between RNASEL polymorphisms and prostate cancer risk.Results:A significantly increased prostate cancer risk was found for the Arg462Gln polymorphism in Africans(Gln/Gln vs Arg/Arg:OR=2.50,95%CI=1.28-4.87;Gln/Gln vs Gln/Arg+Arg/Arg:OR=2.54,95%CI=1.30-4.95),but not in Europeans and Asians.Additionally,the Asp541Glu polymorphism was associated with increased total prostate cancer risk(Glu-allele vs Asp-allele:OR=1.04,95%CI=1.01-1.07;Glu/Glu vs Asp/Asp:OR=1.22,95%CI= 1.03-1.46;Glu/Glu vs Glu/Asp+Asp/Asp:OR=1.09,95%CI=1.02-1.16).In the stratified analysis for the Asp541Glu polymorphism,there was a significantly increased prostate cancer risk in Africans and Europeans,and in hospital-based prostate cancer cases.Conclusion:The meta-analysis results showed evidence that RNASEL Arg462Gln and Asp541Glu polymorphisms are associated with prostate cancer risk and could be low-penetrance prostate cancer susceptibility biomarkers. | Yuanyuan Mi Qianqian Yu Zhichao Min Bin Xu Lifeng Zhang Wei Zhang Ninghan Feng L ixin Hua | 2010 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2010，24，5： | 2 |
