1多组分变压器油溶解气体的傅里叶变换红外光声光谱定量检测显示文摘油中溶解气体是表征充油型变压器早期故障的重要特征量之一,其组分和含量的高精度检测在变压器运行状态评估和故障预警中拥有重要的研究意义。光声痕量气体检测技术作为一种光学检测手段,具有无损、高检测灵敏度、大动态范围和样品无需前处理等优点,有望实现多种变压器油溶解气体的在线检测。基于傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,结合高精度T型共振光声池,建立傅里叶变换红外光声光谱检测系统,选用CO2和C2H2作为气体样品,开展多种变压油中溶解气体定量检测研究。所设计的T型共振光声池主要由相互垂直的吸收腔和共振腔构成,声探测器位于共振腔顶端远离入射光路,避免了杂散光引起的噪声对光声信号的干扰。光声池的共振频率主要由共振腔决定,共振腔与入射光路垂直,其长度不受水平面的狭窄空间的影响,故可在有限的尺寸下实现低频共振,满足光谱仪样品空间需求。实验选用380μL·L^-1 CO2∶1 000μL·L^-1 C2H2∶N2的混合气体作为待测样品,应用光谱仪中的宽谱光源,选用6 cm^-1空间分辨率,采集并分析该气体样品的红外光声谱。所有气体吸收峰清晰可见,说明该方法可完成多种气体的同时检测。在常温常压条件下, 2 349 cm^-1入射光能量仅为12.6μW时, CO2气体的检测精度为4μL·L^-1,满足国家电网公司企业标准(Q/GDW 536-2010)变压器油中溶解气体在线监测装置技术规范中在线监测装置技术指标对CO2气体最低监测极限值的要求;1 360 cm^-1入射光能量为30μW时, C2H2气体在的检测精度为5μL·L^-1,达到中华人民共和国电力行业标准变压器油中溶解气体分析和判断导则(DL/T 722-2014)中对运行中220 kV及以下的变压器和电抗器设备油中溶解气体含量C2H2含量上限的限定。实验结果表明基于T增强型光声池气体检测系统结合了傅里叶红外光谱的广谱特性和光声气体检测技术的高灵敏度,可实现多种变压器油中溶解气体的高精度定量检测,有望为变压器运行状态监测和故障类型分析评估提供理论依据。刘丽娴 宦惠庭 Mandelis Andreas 邵晓鹏 2020光谱学与光谱分析2020,40,3:17
2Long-term survival following radiofrequency ablation of colorectal liver metastases: A retrospective study显示文摘AIM: To retrospectively evaluate the long-term survivalof patients that received radiofrequency ablation(RFA) therapies of colorectal liver metastases. METHODS: In 2005 to 2008, RFA of 105 colorectal liver metastases(CRLM) were performed on 49 patients in our institution. The liver metastases were evaluated, both before and after ablation therapies, with contrast enhanced computerised tomography and contrast enhanced ultrasonography. Histological evidence of malignant liver metastases was obtained in the few instances where contrast enhanced ultrasonography gave equivocal results. Accesses to the CRLM were guided ultrasonically in all patients. The data obtained from records of these ablations were retrospectively analysed and survival data were compared with existing studies in the literature.RESULTS: 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-year survival rates, when no stringent selection criteria were applied, were 92%, 65%, 51%, 41% and 29% respectively. To explore the impact of the number and size of CRLM on patients' survival, an exclusion of 13 patients(26.5%) with number of CRLM ≥ 5 and tumour size ≥ 40 mm resulted in 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-year survival rates improving to 94%, 69%, 53%, 42% and 31% respectively. It is of note that 9 of 49 patients developed extra-hepatic metastases, not visible or seen on pretreatment scans, just after RFA treatment. These patients had poorer survival. 5The INO80 chromatin remodeling complex promotes thermo-morphogenesis by connecting H2A.Z eviction and active transcription in Arabidopsis.显示文摘Global warming imposes a major threat to plant growth and crop production. In some plants including Arabidopsis thaliana, elevated temperatures induce a series of morphological and developmental adjustments, termed thermomorphogenesis to facilitate plant cooling under high-temperature conditions. Plant thermal response is suppressed by histone variant H2A.Z. At warm temperatures, H2A.Z is evicted from nucleosomes at thermo-responsive genes, resulting in their expression changes. However, the mechanisms that regulate H2A.Z eviction and subsequent transcription changes are largely unknown. Here, we show that the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex (INO80-C) promotes thermomorphogenesis and activates the expression of thermo-responsive and auxin-related genes. INO80-C associates with PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTOR 4 (PIF4), a potent regulator in thermomorphogenesis, and mediates temperature-induced H2A.Z eviction at PIF4 targets. Moreover, INO80-C directly interacts with COMPASS-like and transcription elongation factors to promote active histone modification Histone H3 lysine 4 trimethylation (H3K4me3) and RNA Polymerase II (RNA Pol II) elongation, leading to the thermal induction of transcription. Notably, transcription elongation factors SPT4 and SPT5 are required for the H2A.Z eviction at PIF4 targets, suggesting the cooperation of INO80-C and transcription elongation in H2A.Z removal. 6Imatinib-induced fatal acute liver failure显示文摘Imatinib mesylate is a drug that has been approved for treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in blast crisis, accelerated or chronic phase, and also for advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Severe hepatic toxicity and three deaths from hepatic failure have been reported. We report the case of a 51-year-old woman who was admitted to our institution with severe acute hepatitis. She was diagnosed with CML and began treatment with imatinib mesylate at a dose of 400 mg/d. Five months after beginning treatment, she developed severe hepatitis associated with coagulopathy, and was admitted to our institution. She had been consuming acetaminophen 500-1000 mg/d after the onset of symptoms. She had a progressive increase in bilirubin level and a marked decrease of clotting factor Ⅴ. Five days after admission, grade Ⅱ encephalopathy developed and she was referred for liver transplantation. Her clinical condition progressively deteriorated, and 48 h after being referred for transplantation she suffered a cardiac arrest and died. This report adds concern about the possibility of imatinib-mesylate-induced hepatotoxicity and liver failure, particularly in the case of concomitant use with acetaminophen. 7Introgression of Two Drought QTLs into FUNAABOR-2 Early Generation Backcross Progenies Under Drought Stress at Reproductive Stage显示文摘FUNAABOR-2 is a popular Ofada rice variety grown in a large area under rainfed upland condition across western states of Nigeria. We used the combination of phenotypic and marker-assisted selection(MAS) to improve grain yield of FUNAABOR-2 under drought stress(DS) at the reproductive stage via introgression of two drought quantitative trait loci(QTLs), qDTY12.1 and qDTY2.3. Foreground selection was carried out using peak markers RM511 and RM250, associated with qDTY12.1 and qDTY2.3, respectively, followed by recombinant selection with RM28099 and RM1261 distally flanking qDTY12.1. Furthermore, BC1 F2-derived introgressed lines and their parents were evaluated under DS and non-stress(NS) conditions during the 2015–2016 dry season. Overall reduction of grain yield under DS compared to NS was recorded. Introgressed lines with qDTY12.1 and qDTY2.3 combinations showed higher yield potential compared to lines with single or no QTL under DS, indicating significant positive interactions between the two QTLs under the FUNAABOR-2 genetic background. 9A plant-based diet for overweight and obesity prevention and treatment显示文摘The goal of this paper is to review the evidence related to the effect of plant-based dietary pattems on obesity and weight loss, includingboth observational and intervention trials. Literature from plant-based diets (PBDs) epidemiological and clinical trial research was used toinform this review. In addition, data on dietary quality, adherence, and acceptability were evaluated and are presented. Both clinical trials andobservational research indicate an advantage to adoption of PBDs for preventing overweight and obesity and promoting weight loss. PBDsmay also confer higher levels of diet quality than are observed with other therapeutic diet approaches, with similar levels of adherence andacceptability. Future studies should utilize health behavior theory to inform intervention development and delivery of PBDs studies and newtechnologies to bring interventions to scale for greater public health impact. Research examining PBDs and weight loss is also needed withmore diverse populations, including older adults.
