Triptolide (PG-490) induces apoptosis of dendritic cells through sequential p38 MAP kinase phosphorylation and caspase 3 activation显示文摘Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent antigen-presen ting cells that play crucial roles in the regulation of immune response. Triptol ide, an active component purified from the medicinal plant Tripterygium wilfor dii Hook F., has been demonstrated to act as a potent immunosuppressive drug c apab le of inhibiting T cell activation and proliferation. However, little is known a bout the effects of triptolide on DCs. The present study shows that triptolide d oes not affect phenotypic differentiation and LPS-induced maturation of murine DCs. But triptolide can dramatically reduce cell recovery by inducing apoptosis of DCs at concentration as low as 10 ng/ml, as demonstrated by phosphatidylserin e exposure, mitochondria potential decrease, and nuclear DNA condensation. Tript olide induces activation of p38 in DCs, which precedes the activation of caspase 3. SB203580, a specific kinase inhibitor for p38, can block the activation of caspase 3 and inhibit the resultant apoptosis of DCs. Our results suggest that t he anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activities of triptolide may be due, in part, to its apoptosis-inducing effects on DCs.LiuQ ChenT ChenH ZhangM LiN LuZ MaP CaoX 2004第二军医大学学报2004,25,9:41
Contemporary crustal movement of continental China obtained by global positioning system(GPS) measurements显示文摘We obtain a unified horizontal velocity field of continental China and vicinity through measurements at 81 GPS stations provided by the National Key Infrastructure Project, Crustal Movement Observation Network of China. The velocity field delineates patterns of movements and deformation of active crustal blocks in continental China under the Eurasia-fixed reference frame. The space-based geodesy also clearly shows for the first time the horizontal movementand deformation of continental China induced by indentation of the Indian plate. The data provide kinematic constraints for simulating dynamic process of continental litho-spheric deformation.MA Zongjin, CHEN Xinlian, YE Shuhua, LAI Xian, WEI Ziqing, CHEN Junrong, NING Jinsheng, XU Huoze & DING Guoyu1. 5Synthetically adaptive robust filtering for satellite orbit determination显示文摘The quality of the satellite orbit determination is rested on the knowledge of per-turbing forces acting on the satellite and stochastic properties of the observations, and the ability of controlling various kinds of errors. After a brief discussion on the dynamic and geometric orbit determinations, Sage adaptive filtering and robust filtering are reviewed. A new synthetically adaptive robust filtering based on a combination of robust filtering and Sage filtering is devel-oped.It is shown, by derivations and calculations, that the synthetically adaptive robust filtering for orbit determination is not only robust but also simple in calculation. It controls the effects of the outliers of tracking observations and the satellite dynamical disturbance on the parameter esti-mates of the satellite orbit.YANG Yuanxi1 & WEN Yuanlan2 1. 6A new method for mining deformation monitoring with GPS-RTK显示文摘Based on ranging intersection theory, a new method which is simple and easy to operate was proposed for data collection in the mine surface deformation monitoring with GPS-RTK centering rod measurements. It can fully eliminate the inevitable shaking error and the vertical deflection, and to some extent weaken the multipath effect on the estimates of coordinates in a relatively short period of time, using high-frequency observations. The results show that three-dimensional coordinates with a height accuracy better than 1 cm, horizontal accuracy better than 2-4 cm can be achieved through only 15-30 s continuous observation by 20 Hz high-frequency and effectively improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency of RTK, fully satisfying the high-speed and high-precision data acquisition in mine surface subsidence deformation monitoring.GAO Jing-xiang1, 2, LIU Chao2, WANG Jian1, 2, LI Zeng-ke2, MENG Xiang-chao2 1. 9High-accuracy topographical information extraction based on fusion of ASTER stereo-data and ICESat/GLAS data in Antarctica显示文摘In order to better support Antarctic inland ice sheet expedition from Zhongshan Station to Dome A,the topographic data are necessary. At present, although the entire Antarctic DEM provided by RAMP(Ra-darsat Antarctic Mapping Project) was estimated at the highest horizontal(spatial) resolution of about 200 m,the real horizontal resolution of the DEM varies from place to place depending on the density and scale of the original source data. For ice shelves and the inland ice sheet, the horizontal resolution is about 5 km;the vertical accuracy is estimated to be ±50 m in interior East Antarctic ice sheet and away from the mountain ranges. Therefore, more accurate topographic data are unavailable in Antarc-tica.In order to meet the requirements of high-accuracy topographic information for further researches, this paper mainly addresses a fusion study of ASTER stereo pairs and ICESat/GLAS altimetry data for extraction of high-accuracy DEM in East Antarctica, based on the high horizontal resolution(15 m) of ASTER and vertical accuracy(13.8 cm) of ICESat/GLAS.First,some altimetry data were selected as vertical control points to reduce errors of image correlation matching during the extraction of ASTER-based DEM.Second, ice sheet altimetry data derived from ICESat were used to generate DEM ranging from 75° to 81°S because existing ASTER data do not cover this area and high density of the coverage of ICESat altimetry data. Finally, the DEM in coverage of the expedition route was produced. The analysis of result reveals that the DEM accuracy is improved significantly. The absolute vertical accuracy of DEM is higher than 15 m in some cases and higher than 30 m for all the areas along the expedition route except from the 009-001 scene;the interior accuracy is higher than 15 m and higher than 7 m in some cases. It can meet the requirements of topographic map at 1:50000 scale, which is an economic and advantageous method to produce the topographic products.E DongChen1,3,SHEN Qiang2,XU Ying1,3 & CHEN Gang4 1 Chinese Antarctic Center of Surveying and Mapping,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430079,China 2 Institute of Seismology China Earthquake Administration,Wuhan 430071,China 3 Key Laboratory of Polar Surveying and Mapping,State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430079,China 4 Department of Geography,University of Calgary,Calgary,Alberta T2N 1N4,Canada 2009Science China Earth Sciences2009,52,5:9
Analysis and application of automatic deformation monitoring data for buildings and structures of mining area显示文摘The buildings and structures of mines were monitored automatically using modern surveying technology. Through the analysis of the monitoring data, the deformation characteristics were found out from three aspects containing points, lines and regions, which play an important role in understanding the stable state of buildings and structures. The stability and deformation of monitoring points were analysed, and time-series data of monitoring points were denoised with wavelet analysis and Kalman filtering, and exponent function and periodic function were used to get the ideal deformation trend model of monitoring points. Through calculating the monitoring data obtained, analyzing the deformation trend, and cognizing the deformation regularity, it can better service mine safety production and decision-making.XIAO Jie1, 2, 3, ZHANG Jin4 1. 11Calculation of maximum ground movement and deformation caused by mining显示文摘In order to know the maximum mining ground deformation of arbitrary surface point, directions of the maximum surface tilt, curvature, horizontal displacement and horizontal deformation caused by multi-working faces were deduced based on probability integral method. The distribution forms of surface deformations in all direction φ∈[0, 2π] were obtained and also equations of maximum deformations were given based on calculation of mining ground deformation in direction φ. A mining subsidence analysis system was developed with VB6.0. The system implements the probability integral mining subsidence prediction with direct integration method, and it can avoid errors of arbitrary shaped working face subdivision of traditional method, and accuracy of mining subsidence prediction can be improved with the direct integral method. The system implements the contour chart and profile chart and also data analysis automation by manipulation of the SURFER kernel function and it complements the defect of existing subsidence prediction software. Calculation of maximum deformations caused by multi-working faces mining in a coal mine of Xuzhou, China was shown as application example. Engineering application indicates that maximum deformation of mining ground surface can be calculated and analyzed by the system. The research provides a theoretical basis and calculation tool for mining subsidence prediction and analysis.LI Pei-xian1, 2, TAN Zhi-xiang1, 2, DENG Ka-zhong1, 2 1. 12Atmospheric correction of HJ-1A/B CCD images over Chinese coastal waters using MODIS-Terra aerosol data显示文摘This paper demonstrates an atmospheric correction method to process HJ-1A/B CCD images over Chinese coastal waters with the aid of MODIS-Terra aerosol information.Based on the assumption of zero water-leaving radiance at the two near-infrared (NIR)bands or the shortwave infrared(SWIR)bands, the atmospheric aerosol optical depth(AOD)is firstly retrieved from MODIS-Terra with a simple extension of the NIR-SWIR combined atmospheric correction approach embedded in SeaDAS (SeaWiFS data analysis system). Then the'turbid'and'non-turbid'waters are separated by the turbid water index.Maximum probability of AOD at 551 nm band is derived based on the NIR information over'non-turbid'waters and FLAASH model is selected to do the atmospheric correction of the HJ-1A/B CCD imagery using the AOD values of highest probabilities as input.Similarly, according to the histogram of the AOD distribution at 551 nm band, the studied turbid water area is divided into several blocks and HJ-1A/B CCD imagery is corrected with the corresponding AOD values displayed with the highest frequency in each block. This method has been applied to several HJ-1A/B images over Chinese coastal waters and validated by synchronous in-situ data. The results have shown that this method is effective in the atmospheric correction process of HJ-1A/B CCD images for ocean color remote sensing study and application in the coastal waters.TIAN LiQiao 1,LU JianZhong 1,CHEN XiaoLing 1,2,3,YU ZhiFeng 1,XIAO JingJing 1,QIU Feng 1 & ZHAO Xi 1 1 State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying,Mapping and Remote Sensing,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430079,China 2Key Laboratory of Poyang Lake Wetland and Watershed Research,Ministry of Education,Jiangxi Normal University,Nanchang 330022,China 3 The Key Laboratory of Poyang Lake Environment and Resource Utilization,Ministry of Education,Nanchang University,Nanchang 330031,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,S1:8
The gravitational gradient tensor’s invariants and the related boundary conditions显示文摘Here we report new approaches of recovering the Earth gravitational field from GOCE (Gravity field and steady-state Ocean Circulation Explorer) gradiometric data with the help of the gradient tensor’s invariants. Our results only depend on GOCE satellite’s position and gradiometry, in other words, they are completely independent of the satellite attitude. First, starting from the invariants, linearization models are established, which can be referred as the general boundary conditions on the satellite’s orbit. Then, the spherical approximation expressions for the models are derived, and the corresponding solving methods for them are discussed. Furthermore, considering effects of J2-term, the spherical approximation models are improved so that the accuracies of the boundary conditions can be theoretically raised to O ( J 2/2 T), which is approximately equivalent to O(T2). Finally, some arithmetic examples are constructed from EGM96 model based on the derived theories, and the computational results illustrate that the spherical models have accuracies of 10-7 and the order recovering the gravitational field can reach up to 200, and the models with regard to effect of J2-term have accuracies of 10-8 and the order can reach up to 280.YU JinHai1,2,3 & ZHAO DongMing4 1 College of Earth Science, Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100049, China 2 Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan 430077, China 3 State Key Laboratory of Astronautic Dynamics, Xi’an 710043, China 4 Zhengzhou Institute of Surveying and Mapping, Zhengzhou 450052, China 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,5:7
Object-level change detection based on full-scale image segmentation and its application to Wenchuan Earthquake显示文摘Aiming at object fragmentation and poor detection results caused by discontinuous segmentation scale in object-level change detection,a new object-level change detection method based on the full-scale object tree is presented in this paper. The core idea of this new algorithm is to establish the full-scale object tree based on convexity model theory and integrate full-scale image segmentation techniques and change detection into the whole process. Some Wenchuan Earthquake images are taken as an example to discuss the new method for earthquake damage detection and evaluation in urban area, landslide detection, and extraction of barrier lake boundary. The application shows that the new method is robust and it provides an advanced tool for the quantitative detection and evaluation of earthquake damage.GONG JianYa,SUI HaiGang,SUN KaiMin,MA GuoRui & LIU JunYi State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying,Mapping and Remote Sensing,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430072,China 2008Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,S2:7
Multi-resolution representation of digital terrain models with terrain features preservation显示文摘multi-resolution TIN model is an important issue in the contexts of visu-alization,virtual reality (VR),and geographic information systems (GIS). This paper proposes a new method for constructing multi-resolution TIN models with multi-scale topographic features preservation. The proposed method is driven by a half-edge collapse operation in a greedy framework and employs a new quadric error metric to efficiently measure geometric errors. We define topographic features in a multi-scale manner using a center-surround operator on Gaussian-weighted mean curvatures. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method performs better than previous methods in terms of topographic features preservation, and is able to achieve multi-resolution TIN models with a higher accuracy.LI QingQuan1,WANG Zhi1,2 & YANG BiSheng1 1 State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying,Mapping and Remote Sensing,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430079,China 2 School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430079,China 2008Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,S1:7
Subsidence control and farmland conservation by solid backfilling mining technology显示文摘Solid backfilling mining technology, which decreases the height of fissure zone and caving zone, and alleviates the subsidence, is a new technology for farmland conservation. Based on the situation analysis of farmland destruction in mining area, three ways for farmland protection were proposed. In order to improve the feasibility of this technology, the limited filling materials should be used to increase resources recovery ratio, and then the surplus materials could be backfilled into goaf. An index, namely farmland conservation ability, was put forward to optimize the ways for farmland conservation. At last, the Wanbei coal mine was taken as a case for farmland conservation. It was shown that 3240 t dull coal was substituted and 52 hm2 farmland was conserved by solid backfilling mining in this coal mine.GUO Guang-li1, 2, FENG Wen-kai3, ZHA Jian-feng1, 2, 3, LIU Yuan-xu1, 2, WANG Qiang1, 2 1. 17Object oriented land cover classification using ALS and GeoEye imagery over mining area显示文摘An object oriented coal mining land cover classification method based on semantically meaningful image segmentation and image combination of GeoEye imagery and airborne laser scanning (ALS) data was presented. First, DEM, DSM and nDSM (normalized Digital Surface Model, nDSM) were extracted from ALS data. The GeoEye imagery and DSM data were combined to create segmented objects based on neighbor regions merge method. Then 10 kinds of objects were extracted. Different kinds of vegetation objects, including crop, grass, shrub and tree, can be extracted by using NDVI and height value of nDSM. Water and coal pile field was extracted by using NDWI and the standard deviation of DSM method. Height differences also can be used to distinguish buildings from road and vacant land, and accurate building contour information can be extracted by using relationship of neighbor objects and morphological method. The test result shows that the total classification accuracy of the presented method is 90.78% and the kappa coefficient is 0.891 4.YU Hai-yang, CHENG Gang, GE Xiao-san, LU Xiao-ping Key Laboratory of Mine Spatial Information Technologies of State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, Henan Polytechnic University, Jiaozuo 454000, China 2011中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2011,21,S3:6
The trend of the APRGP velocity field and plates movement derived from GPS data显示文摘High-precision data processing theories and methods for the wide area GPS network–––Asia Pacific Regional Geodesy Project (APRGP), are systematically discussed in this article. With the software bernese5.0 update, the annual results of APRGP coordinate, velocity field and the trend of plate movement are reestimated, and the corresponding accuracy of adjustment with different constraints, also the velocity field of APRGP, are presented and analyzed. Conclusions could be drawn that Eurasian plate (EURA) rotates clockwise, the Australian plate (AUST) and the Indian plate (INDI) move from southwest to northeast, while the Pacific plate (PCFC) is drifting to northwest, which shows agreement with those of IGS results.CHENG PengFei , WANG Hua, CHENG YingYan, WEN HanJiang & CAI YanHui Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping, Beijing 100039, China 2010Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,4:5
A new method of ionospheric-free hybrid differential positioning based on a double-antenna CAPS receiver显示文摘Chinese Area Positioning System (CAPS) is a transmitted satellite navigation system moved by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Three basic modes of navigation and positioning with CAPS are given, and then a comparative analysis is made in this paper. In terms of the principle that the ionospheric delay is at an inverse ratio to the frequency square, a new ionospheric-free positioning method based on a double-antenna CAPS receiver is put forward. Then the hybrid differential observations and the solving equations and algorithms for one epoch and multi epochs are deduced according to the basic principle of the method. The method may remove the global errors in signal emission, propagation, transmission and receiving (e.g., ionospheric delay, hardware delay, and clock error). So it is very convenient for the single-epoch solution and multi-epoch navigation and positioning, and may efficiently improve the precision of real time CAPS navigation. Furthermore, the method can be used not only for the geometric orbit determination of CAPS GEO and IGSO satellites and the navigation and positioning, but also for the estimation of the tropospheric zenith delay, which is useful for the study of water vapor changes in the atmosphere. Polynomials are used in this method to express the tropospheric zenith delay and CAPS satellite orbits within the limited time interval, which reduces the num- ber of unknown parameters and thus speeds the computation.GUO JinYun1,2, HAN YanBen1 & CHANG XiaoTao3 1 National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100012, China 2 College of Geodesy and Geomatics, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao 266510, China 3 Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping, Beijing 100039, China 2009Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2009,52,3:5
Multiresolution Terrian Model in GIS显示文摘DEM, which becomes a major component of geographic information processing in earth and engineering sciences, has been studied in the GIS literature for a long time. We use DEM to represent the terrain in GIS. The more data are available, the better representations of a terrain can be built. But not all tasks in the framework of a given application necessarily require the same accuracy, and even a single task may need different levels of accuracy in different areas of the domain. Multiresolution models, such as LOD, offer the possibility of representing and analyzing a terrain at a range of different levels of detail. In this paper, some key issues in multiresolution DEM model are studied. Three main models are focused on Hierarchical TIN(HTIN), multiresolution terrain model based Delaunay and Hierarchical Dynamic Simplification. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed. The technology of tile to tile edge match is studied to maintain the consistency between adjacent edges and tile edges in HTIN model. And the Hypergraph based Objected oriented Model(HOOM) is presented to divide and code spatial area and describe the terrain feature in adding and deleting points based on Delaunay rule retriangulating. The conclusions have been drawn in the end.ZHANG Jin 1,TONG Xiao hua 2 (1. Department of Surveying and Mapping, Taiyuan University of Technology, Taiyuan 030024,China 2.
