1雷公藤片中5种有效成分同时测定及其质量评价研究显示文摘[目的]建立雷公藤片中雷公藤甲素、雷公藤红素、雷公藤内酯甲、雷公藤定碱和雷酚内酯5种成分的液相色谱串联质谱法的同时定量测定的方法。[方法]采用液相色谱质谱联用技术(LC-MS/MS)测定含量,使用Zorbax XDB-C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,3.5μm)色谱柱,流动相采用40 mmol/L甲酸铵水溶液和0.1%甲酸甲醇溶液梯度洗脱,采用正离子模式大气压化学电离源(APCI源)。检测成分的离子对质荷比分别为:雷公藤甲素(361.0/105.0)、雷公藤红素(451.2/201.0)、雷公藤内酯甲(455.3/409.7)、雷公藤定碱(884.4/856.5)、雷酚内酯(313.2/225.2)。[结果]雷公藤甲素、雷公藤红素、雷公藤内酯甲、雷公藤定碱和雷酚内酯的线性关系良好(r>0.999),加样回收率分别为105.67%、94.07%、101.90%、99.28%、101.92%,RSD分别为2.65%、5.17%、2.68%、2.65%、3.27%。[结论]本研究所建立的LC-MS/MS分析方法稳定可靠、简便易行,可用于雷公藤片中雷公藤甲素、雷公藤红素、雷公藤内酯甲、雷公藤定碱和雷酚内酯5种成分的同时定量分析,为雷公藤片的质量评价和质量控制奠定了基础。谷升盼 付淑军 MUSSA Ally 寻明金 圣勇 何新 2015天津中医药2015,32,1:14
2Implication of neurohormonal-coupled mechanisms of gastric emptying and pancreatic secretory function in diabetic gastroparesis显示文摘Recently, diabetic gastroparesis(DGP) has received much attention as its prevalence is increasing in a dramatic fashion and management of patients with DGP represents a challenge in the clinical practice due to the limited therapeutic options. DGP highlights an interrelationship between the gastric emptying and pancreatic secretory function that regulate a wide range of digestive and metabolic functions, respectively. It well documented that both gastric emptying and pancreatic secretion are under delicate control by multiple neurohormonal mechanisms including extrinsic parasympathetic pathways and gastrointestinal(GI) hormones. Interestingly, the latter released in response to various determinants that related to the rate and quality of gastric emptying. Others and we have provided strong evidence that the central autonomic nuclei send a dual output(excitatory and inhibitory) to the stomach and the pancreas in response to a variety of hormonal signals from the abdominal viscera. Most of these hormones released upon gastric emptying to provide feedback, and control this process and simultaneously regulate pancreatic secretion and postprandial glycemia. These findings emphasize an important link between gastric emptying and pancreatic secretion and its role in maintaining homeostatic processes within the GI tract. The present review deals with the neurohormonal-coupled mechanisms of gastric emptying and pancreatic secretory function that implicated in DGP and this provides new insights in our understanding of the pathophysiology of DGP. 3Yield stability and relationships among stability parameters in faba bean(Vicia faba L.) genotypes显示文摘Sixteen faba bean genotypes were evaluated in 13 environments in Ethiopia during the main cropping season for three years(2009–2011). The objectives of the study were to evaluate the yield stability of the genotypes and the relative importance of different stability parameters for improving selection in faba bean. The study was conducted using a randomized complete block design with four replications. G × E interaction and yield stability were estimated using 17 different stability parameters. Pooled analysis of variance for grain yield showed that the main effects of both genotypes and environments, and the interaction effect, were highly significant(P ≤ 0.001) and(P ≤ 0.01), respectively. The environment main effect accounted for 89.27% of the total yield variation, whereas genotype and G × E interaction effects accounted for 2.12% and 3.31%, respectively.Genotypic superiority index(Pi) and FT3 were found to be very informative for selecting both high-yielding and stable faba bean genotypes. Twelve of the 17 stability parameters,including CVi, RS, α, λ, S2 di, bi, S(2)i, Wi, σ2i, EV, P59, and ASV, were influenced simultaneously by both yield and stability. They should accordingly be used as complementary criteria to select genotypes with high yield and stability. Although none of the varieties showed consistently superior performance across all environments, the genotype EK 01024-1-2ranked in the top third of the test entries in 61.5% of the test environments and was identified as the most stable genotype, with type I stability. EK 01024-1-2 also showed a17.0% seed size advantage over the standard varieties and was released as a new variety in2013 for wide production and named 'Gora'. Different stability parameters explained genotypic performance differently, irrespective of yield performance. 6Constant envelope FrFT OFDM: spectral and energy efficiency analysis显示文摘Constant envelope with a fractional Fourier transformorthogonal frequency division multiplexing(CE-FrFT-OFDM)is a special case of a constant envelope OFDM(CE-OFDM),both being energy efficient wireless communication techniques with a 0 dB peak to average power ratio(PAPR).However,with the proper selection of fractional order,the first technique has a high bit error rate(BER)performance in the frequency-time selective channels.This paper performs further analysis of CE-FrFT-OFDM by examining its spectral efficiency(SE)and energy efficiency(EE)and compare to the famous OFDM and FrFT-OFDM techniques.Analytical and comprehensive simulations conducted show that,the CE-FrFT-OFDM has five times the EE of OFDM and FrFT-OFDM systems with a slightly less SE.Increasing CE-FrFT-OFDM’s transmission power by increasing its amplitude to 1.7 increases its SE to match that of the OFDM and FrFT-OFDM systems while slightly reducing its EE by 20%to be four times that of OFDM and FrFTOFDM systems.OFDM and FrFT-OFDM’s amplitude fluctuations cause rapid changing output back-off(OBO)power requirements and further reduce power amplifier(PA)efficiency while CE-FrFTOFDM stable operational linear range makes it a better candidate and outperforms the other techniques when their OBO exceeds 1.7.Higher EE and low BER in time-frequency selective channel are attracting features for CE-FrFT-OFDM deployment in mobile devices.DIDA Mussa Ally HUAN Hao TAO Ran WANG Teng URYNBASSAROVA Didar 2019Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2019,30,3:2
