1Kinematic Analysis and Design of a 3-DOF Translational Parallel Robot显示文摘Parallel mechanisms are widely used in various fields of engineering and industrial applications such as machine tools, flight simulators, earthquake simulators, medical equipment, etc. Parallel mechanisms are restricted to some limitations such as irregular workspace, existence of singular points and complexity of control systems which should be studied and analyzed for effective and efficient use. In this research, a new machine tool with parallel mechanism which has three translational degrees of freedom is studied and the workspace and singular points are determined by deriving analytical equations and then utilizing of Matlab software. To do so, forward and inverse kinematics of the mechanism are obtained and workspace and singular points are calculated using a search algorithm.Afterward, in order to validate the results, the proposed mechanism is simulated in automatic dynamics analysis of mechanical systems(ADAMS) software. Moreover, in order to investigate the quality of robot performance and dexterity of the mechanism in its workspace,global dexterity index(GDI) of the robot is calculated using Jacobean matrix at different positions of the mobile platform.Mahmood Mazare Mostafa Taghizadeh M. 3Abrasive Wear Behavior of High Chromium Cast Iron and Hadfield Steel-A Comparison显示文摘Wear properties of two different crushers used for grinding raw materials of cement industry are compared using pin-on-disk wear test.The wear test was carried out with different loads on a pin.Abrasive wear behavior of two alloys was evaluated by comparing mass loss,wear resistance,microhardness and friction coefficient.The microstructure of the specimens was detected using optical microscope.The results showed that abrasive wear of high chromium cast iron is lower than that of Hadfield steel.Due to the presence of M7C3 carbides on the high chromium cast iron matrix,impact crushers exhibited higher friction coefficient.Mehdi Mazar Atabaki Sajjad Jafari Hassan Abdollah-pour 2012Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2012,19,4:10

5Challenging loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) technique for molecular detection of Toxoplasma gondii显示文摘Objective:To compare analytical sensitivity and specificity of a newly described DNA amplification technique.LAMP and nested PCR assay targeting the RE and Bl genes for the detection of Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii) DNA.Methods:The analytical sensitivity of LAMP and ncstcd-PCR was obtained against 10-fold serial dilutions of T.gondii DNA ranging from 1 ng to 0.01 fg.DNA samples of other parasites and human chromosomal DNA were used to determine the specificity of molecular assays.Results:After testing LAMP and nesled-PCR in duplicate,the detection limit of RE-LAMP.B1-LAMP,RE-nested PCR and B1-nested PCR assays was one fg.100 fg,1 pg and 10 pg of T.gondii DNA respectively.All the LAMP assays and nested PCRs were 100% specific.The RE-LAMP assay revealed the most sensitivity for the detection of T.gondii DNA.Conclusions:The obtained results demonstrate that the LAMP technique has a greater sensitivity for detection of T.gondii.Furthermore,these findings indicate that primers based on the RE are more suitable than those based on the B1 gene.However,the B1-LAMP assay has potential as a diagnostic tool for detection of T.gondii.Shirzad Fallahi Zahra Arab Mazar Mehrdad Ghasemian Ali Haghighi 2015Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2015,8,5:6

7Hybrid Dynamic Neural Network and PID Control of Pneumatic Artificial Muscle Using the PSO Algorithm显示文摘Pneumatic artificial muscles(PAM)have been recently considered as a prominent challenge regarding pneumatic actuators specifically for rehabilitation and medical applications.Since accomplishing accurate control of the PAM is comparatively complicated due to time-varying behavior,elasticity and ambiguous characteristics,a high performance and efficient control approach should be adopted.Besides of the mentioned challenges,limited course length is another predicament with the PAM control.In this regard,this paper proposes a new hybrid dynamic neural network(DNN)and proportional integral derivative(PID)controller for the position of the PAM.In order to enhance the proficiency of the controller,the problem under study is designed in the form of an optimization trend.Considering the potential of particle swarm optimization,it has been applied to optimally tune the PID-DNN parameters.To verify the performance of the proposed controller,it has been implemented on a real-time system and compared to a conventional sliding mode controller.Simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed controller in tracking the reference signals in the entire course of the PAM.Mahdi Chavoshian Mostafa Taghizadeh Mahmood Mazare 2020International Journal of Automation and computing2020,17,3:3
