13高温对生长猪蛋白质和脂类沉积及能量利用的影响显示文摘选择36头皮特兰×(长白×大白)阉公猪,按照因子试验设计合成2个温度(23℃为适中温度和30℃高温)和4个饲养水平,研究高温对蛋白质(PD)、脂类沉积(LD)和能量利用的影响。每个温度下饲养水平与自由采食量(VFI)相对应。饲养水平用23℃的VFI的比例表示,实际饲养水平在23℃分别为1.00、0.90、0.80、0.70,在30℃时分别为0.80、0.73、0.68和0.62,基础日粮为小麦、玉米和豆粕型日粮,每kg日粮含187g粗蛋白,每MJ净能含0.95g标准的可消化赖氨酸。猪单圈饲喂,自由饮水。试验开始时猪活重24kg,屠宰时65kg并测定体躯成分。试验开始时屠宰9头对照猪,以便根据相应的屠宰技术计算增重的组成(营养素质和能量)。在每个温度下,代谢能(ME)进食量减少都能引起增重减少:23℃时自由采食最大增重为1052g/d,30℃时的最低增重为760g/d。30℃时的内脏重量比23℃时轻但它并不受高温下饲养水平的影响。生长性能与ME摄入量呈多项式或断线函数关系(PD的线性高原型)。30℃时温度对斜率和最大值有影响,ME摄入量为22.8MJ/d时PD最大,为143g/d,而在23℃时,ME摄入量为28.4MJ/d时PD最大,为165g/d。在这两个温度里,摄入量为VFI的0.88时,PD最大。温度影响达到拐点之前的PD对ME摄入量的边缘反应(30℃和23℃时每MJ代谢能的PD分别为4.5g和5.9g)。ME摄入量达到相同高度时(如相当于23℃时VFI的0.80),23℃时PD比30℃的高。相反,严格限制采食的PD下降值在适中温度比同等条件下在高温区下降得更多。结果表明:热应激对PD有直接的负面效应,而且影响PD和LD的能量分配。L.le Belleo 黄沧海 2004养殖与饲料2004,,8:0

15Impedancemetry of multiplexed quantum devices using an on-chip cryogenic complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor active inductor显示文摘In the pursuit for scalable quantum processors,significanteffort has been devoted to the development of cryogenic classical hardware for the control and readout of a growingnumber of qubits.The current work presented a novelapproach called impedancemetry that is suitable for measuringthe quantum capacitance of semiconductor qubits connected toa resonant LC-circuit.The impedancemetry circuit exploits theintegration of a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)active inductor in the resonator with tunable resonance frequency and quality factor,enabling the optimizationof readout sensitivity for quantum devices.The realized cryogenic circuit allows fast impedance detection with a measuredcapacitance resolution down to 10 aF and an input-referrednoise of 3.7 aF/Hz p.At 4.2 K,the power consumption of theactive inductor amounts to 120μW,with an additional dissipation for on-chip current excitation(0.15μW)and voltageamplification(2.9 mW)of the impedance measurement.Compared to the commonly used schemes based on dispersiveRF reflectometry which require millimeter-scale passive inductors,the circuit exhibits a notably reduced footprint(50μm360μm),facilitating its integration in a scalable quantumclassical architecture.The impedancemetry method has been applied at 4.2 K to the detection of quantum effects in the gatecapacitance of on-chip nanometric CMOS transistors that areindividually addressed via multiplexing.L.Le Guevel G.Billiot S.De Franceschi A.Morel X.Jehl A.G.M.Jansen G.Pillonnet 2023Chip2023,2,4:0
16Spatiotemporally reconfigurable light in degenerate laser cavities显示文摘We show that a Ⅲ-V semiconductor vertical external-cavity surface-emitting laser(VECSEL) can be engineered to generate light with a customizable spatiotemporal structure. Temporal control is achieved through the emission of temporal localized structures(TLSs), a particular mode-locking regime that allows individual addressing of the pulses traveling back and forth in the cavity. The spatial profile control relies on a degenerate external cavity, and it is implemented due to an absorptive mask deposited onto the gain mirror that limits the positive net gain within two circular spots in the transverse section of the VECSEL. We show that each spot emits spatially uncorrelated TLSs. Hence, the spatiotemporal structure of the light emitted can be shaped by individually addressing the pulses emitted by each spot. Because the maximum number of pulses circulating in the cavity and the number of positive net-gain spots in the VECSEL can be increased straightforwardly, this result is a proof of concept of a laser platform capable of handling light states of scalable complexity. 17Numerical investigation of spallation neutrons generated from petawatt-scale laser-driven proton beams显示文摘Laser-driven neutron sources could offer a promising alternative to those based on conventional accelerator technologies in delivering compact beams of high brightness and short duration.We examine this through particle-in-cell and Monte Carlo simulations that model,respectively,the laser acceleration of protons from thin-foil targets and their subsequent conversion into neutrons in secondary lead targets.Laser parameters relevant to the 0.5 PW LMJ-PETAL and 0.6–6 PW Apollon systems are considered.Owing to its high intensity,the 20-fs-duration 0.6 PW Apollon laser is expected to accelerate protons up to above 100MeV,thereby unlocking efficient neutron generation via spallation reactions.As a result,despite a 30-fold lower pulse energy than the LMJ-PETAL laser,the 0.6 PW Apollon laser should perform comparably well both in terms of neutron yield and flux.Notably,we predict that very compact neutron pulses,of∼10 ps duration and∼100μm spot size,can be released provided the lead convertor target is thin enough(∼100μm).These sources are characterized by extreme fluxes,of the order of 10^(23) n cm^(−2) s^(−1),and even ten times higher when using the 6 PW Apollon laser.Such values surpass those currently achievable at large-scale accelerator-based neutron sources(∼10^(16) n cm^(−2) s^(−1)),or reported from previous laser experiments using low-Z converters(∼10^(18) n cm^(−2) s^(−1)).By showing that such laser systems can produce neutron pulses significantly brighter than existing sources,our findings open a path toward attractive novel applications,such as flash neutron radiography and laboratory studies of heavy-ion nucleosynthesis.B.Martinez S.N.Chen S.Bolaños N.Blanchot G.Boutoux W.Cayzac C.Courtois X.Davoine A.Duval V.Horny I.Lantuejoul L.Le Deroff P.E.Masson-Laborde G.Sary B.Vauzour R.Smets L.Gremillet J.Fuchs 2022Matter and Radiation at Extremes2022,7,2:0
