| 1 | 黑参多糖抗疲劳作用的分子机制显示文摘目的:探讨黑参多糖对疲劳型小鼠机体的改善作用及其抗疲劳作用机制。方法:通过对小鼠进行负重游泳实验,建立一种由肌肉锻炼引起的疲劳模型,小鼠灌胃黑参多糖(50、100、200 mg/(kg mb·d))28 d后,记录力竭游泳时间,测定血清中血乳酸(blood lactic acid,BLA)、血清尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6水平,检测肝脏中肝糖原、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力,应用免疫印迹实验评估促炎因子IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的表达水平,通过逆转录实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法分析小鼠骨骼肌中过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ共激活因子1α(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγcoactivator-1α,PGC-1α)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(atherosclerosisperoxisomeproliferator activated receptoryα,PPARα)基因表达情况。结果:与负重游泳对照组相比,黑参多糖显著延长负重游泳组小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05);与不负重游泳对照组相比,黑参多糖显著降低血清中BLA、BUN、IL-6和肝脏中MDA水平(P<0.05),提高肝脏中SOD、GSH-Px活力和肝糖原含量(P<0.05),抑制肝脏中与炎症反应相关的IL-1β和TNF-α表达,同时显著提高PGC-1α、PPARα的表达水平(P<0.05)。结论:黑参多糖可以通过调节骨骼肌中PGC-1α、PPARα基因表达和抑制肝部炎症反应发挥抗疲劳作用。 | 刘兴龙 赵迎春 陈雪艳 佘欣鑫 SADIA Khatoon 姜颖 解慧勇 蒋白楠 郑毅男 刘文丛 丁传波 | 2020 | 食品科学2020,41,5: | 21 |
| 2 | Role of Helicobacter pylori in gastric cancer:Updates显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection is highly prevalent in human,affecting nearly half of the world's population; however,infection remains asymptomatic in majority of population. During its co-existence with humans,H. pylori has evolved various strategies to maintain a mild gastritis and limit the immune response of host. On the other side,presence of H.pylori is also associated with increased risk for the development of various gastric pathologies including gastric cancer(GC). A complex combination of host genetics,environmental agents,and bacterial virulence factors are considered to determine the susceptibility as well as the severity of outcome in a subset of individuals. GC is one of the most common cancers and considered as the third most common cause of cancer related death worldwide. Many studies had proved H. pylori as an important risk factor in the development of non-cardia GC. Although both H. pylori infection and GC are showing decreasing trends in the developed world,they still remain a major threat to human population in the developing countries. The current review attempts to highlight recent progress in the field of research on H. pylori induced GC and aims to provide brief insight into H. pylori pathogenesis,the role of major virulence factors of H. pylori that modulates the host environment and transform the normal gastric epithelium to neoplastic one. | 3 | Determination of flavonoids,polyphenols and antioxidant activity of Tephrosia purpurea:a seasonal study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:Tephrosia purpurea(Linn.) Pers.is widely used in traditional medicine to treat liver disorders,febrile attacks,enlargement and obstruction of liver,spleen,and kidney.In the present study,investigations were carried out to determine the seasonal impact on the content of flavonoid glycosides and on antioxidant activities so as to identify the optimal time of harvesting.METHODS:The plant materials were collected in different seasons during 2013-2014.Air-dried,powdered plant materials were extracted with 95%ethanol and ethanokwater(1:1) by ultrasound-assisted extraction process.Their chemical composition in terms of total polyphenol and flavonoid contents(TPCs and TFCs) was determined using modified colorimetric Folin-Ciocalteu method and aluminum chloride colorimetric assay respectively.To determine the in vitro antioxidant activity,diphenyl-picryl hydrazyl(DPPH) radical-scavenging assay and total antioxidant capacity by phosphomolybdate antioxidant assay were carried out.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)/photo-diode array(PDA) analysis was used to quantify the flavonoid glycosides in the samples collected in different seasons.Correlation studies were also carried out between antioxidant activities and TPCs.RESULTS:The highest TPC and TFC were found to be in the 95%ethanolic extract of the August sample and the lowest in the 50%hydro-alcoholic extract of the plant sample collected in winter season.It was observed that in both the assays used to determine the antioxidant activity,the 95%ethanolic extracts in all the seasons showed a higher activity than their respective 50%hydroalcoholic extracts with an increase in activity as we go from cold to hot to rainy seasons.Based on correlation analysis,DPPH radical-scavenging activities as well as the spectrophotometrically measured phosphomolybdenum complex were also strongly correlated with TPC of the extracts.The most abundant flavonoid glycoside was quercetin-3-O-rhamnoglucoside in all the seasons.The content of all flavonoids was observed highest in the 95%ethanolic extract of the plant collected in August(TP-3).The 50%hydro-alcoholic extract of the plant collected in December(TP-6) showed the lowest amount of flavonoids and antioxidant activity.CONCLUSION:The findings of this study confirmed that the metabolism and production of flavonoids in T.purpurea are vigorously affected by seasonal factors.Significant differences were observed in the TPC,TFC and flavonoid glycoside composition in the 95%ethanolic as well as 50%hydro-alcoholic extracts of T.purpurea collected in different seasons.Since the 95%ethanolic extract of the August sample(TP-3),which also happens to be its flowering season,exhibited the highest TPC.TFC and antioxidant activities in both DPPH and phosphomolybdate assays as well as contained the highest content of all flavonoids,it could be recommended as the optimal season of harvesting T.purpurea with respect to its pharmaceutically important constituents,i.e.,flavonoids. | Madan Mohan Pandey Sayyada Khatoon Subha Rastogi Ajay Kumar Singh Rawat | 2016 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2016,14,6: | 3 |
| 4 | An evaluation of OSOM BV blue test in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis显示文摘Objective:To determine the prevalence of bacterial vaginosis(BV) in patients with vaginal discharge and evaluate the efficacy of OSOM BV blue test in diagnosis.Methods:OSOM BV blue test,a rapid diagnostic test based on the principle of detection of bacterial sialidase activity in vaginal fluid specimens was conducted.A total of 405 patients in the reproductive age group(15- 45 years) having vaginal discharge were included in the study along with 10 healthy age-matched controls.Two high vaginal swabs were collected aseptically from each patient.One swab was used to make smear for gram staining,and the other was for OSOM BV blue test.Amine test and vaginal pH test were taken as well.Results:The prevalence of bacterial vaginosis was 60.7%. OSOM BV blue test showed good efficacy,as compared with gram staining in diagnosing BV.The sensitivity and specificity of OSOM BV blue test were 97.6%and 97.5%respectively.Amsel’s criteria diagnosed 180(44.4%) cases of BV and had sensitivity and specificity of 67.1%and 90.6%respectively.Thus the performance of OSOM BV blue was better than the methods based on Amsel’s criteria.Conclusions:OSOM BV blue test is an efficacious bed side test,helpful in rapidly making an accurate diagnosis of BV in setups lacking laboratory facilities or expert microbiologists. | Fatima Shujatullah Haris M Khan Razia Khatoon Tamkin Rabbani Abida Malik | 2010 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2010,3,7: | 3 |
| 5 | Analgesic,antibacterial and central nervous system depressant activities of Albizia procera leaves显示文摘Objective:To ascertain analgesic,antibacterial and central nervous system(CNS)depressant activities of ethyl acetate,dichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride fractions of methanol extract of Albizia proceru(A.procera)leaves.Methods:Leaves extracts of A.procera were tested for analgesic activity by acetic acid induced and formalin test method in mice.The in vitro antibacterial activity was performed by agar well diffusion method.CNS depressant activity was evaluated by hole cross and open field tests.Results:All the extracts at 200 mg/kg exhibited significant(P<0.01)analgesic activity in acetic acid induced and formalin tests method in mice.Analgesic activity of the ethyl acetate fraction was almost same like as standard drug indomelhacin in acetic acid induced method.The CNS depressant activity of the extracts at 500 mg/kg was comparable to the positive control diazepam as determined by hole cross and open field test method.The extracts exhibited moderate antimicrobial activity against all the tested microorganisms(Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Esherichia coli,Shigetta soneii.Shigella boydii)at concentration of 0.8 mg/disc.The measured diameter of zone of inhibition for the extracts was within the range of 7 to 12 mm which was less than the standard kanamycin(16-24 mm).Conclusions:It is concluded that all the extracts possess potential analgesic and CNS depressants activity.This study also showed that different fractions of methanol extract could be potential sources of new antimicrobial agents. | Mahfuza Khatoon Hajera Khatun Ekramul Islam Shahnaj Parvin | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014,4,4: | 1 |

| 9 | Multi-Level Knowledge Engineering Approach for Mapping Implicit Aspects to Explicit Aspects显示文摘Aspect’s extraction is a critical task in aspect-based sentiment analysis,including explicit and implicit aspects identification.While extensive research has identified explicit aspects,little effort has been put forward on implicit aspects extraction due to the complexity of the problem.Moreover,existing research on implicit aspect identification is widely carried out on product reviews targeting specific aspects while neglecting sentences’dependency problems.Therefore,in this paper,a multi-level knowledge engineering approach for identifying implicit movie aspects is proposed.The proposed method first identifies explicit aspects using a variant of BiLSTM and CRF(Bidirectional Long Short Memory-Conditional Random Field),which serve as a memory to process dependent sentences to infer implicit aspects.It can identify implicit aspects from four types of sentences,including independent and three types of dependent sentences.The study is evaluated on a largemovie reviews dataset with 50k examples.The experimental results showed that the explicit aspect identification method achieved 89%F1-score and implicit aspect extraction methods achieved 76%F1-score.In addition,the proposed approach also performs better than the state-of-the-art techniques(NMFIAD andML-KB+)on the product review dataset,where it achieved 93%precision,92%recall,and 93%F1-score. | Jibran Mir Azhar Mahmood Shaheen Khatoon | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,2: | 1 |
