1高性能发动机活塞销衬套材料的研制显示文摘近年来,柴油机要求更高的性能和更长的寿命。由于气缸爆发压力高,活塞销衬套的工作负荷和温度变得更高。因此要求活塞销衬套具有高承载能力、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。为了改善铜衬套材料的耐腐蚀性,研究了铜合金中添加元素的效果。研究发现,在铜中加入镍可降低铜合金的硫腐蚀。此外,还得知可以通过传统的烧结方法来生产铜镍合金。尝试在铜基体中加入硬颗粒来提高耐磨性。研究的首要目标是确定硬颗粒对耐磨性和切削加工工艺性的影响。研究发现,在铜基体中加入一种硬颗粒时耐磨性有所提高,但切削加工性却变差。为了解决这个问题,试验同时添加两种硬颗粒,细的AIN和Fe3P颗粒。结果是成功地提高了耐磨性,又不使切削加工性变差。在本研究的基础上成功地开发了活塞销衬套新材料,有效地提高了高性能柴油机活塞销衬套的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。Kira T Yokota H Kamiya S 顾如龙 2000国外内燃机2000,32,4:3
