A pinning scheme with linear feedback is proposed to globally exponentially stabilize a network onto a homogeneous state. | 3 | Crystal Structure Evolution of the Cu-rich Nano Precipitates from bcc to 9R in Reactor Pressure Vessel Model Steel显示文摘The crystal structure evolution of the Cu-rich nano precipitates from bcc to 9R during thermal aging was studied in nuclear reactor pressure vessel(RPV)model steels.The specimens,contained higher copper and nickel contents than commercially available one,were heated at 890 C for 0.5 h and then water quenched followed by tempering at 660 C for 10 h and aging at 400 C for 1000 h.It was observed that bcc and 9R orthogonal structure,as well as 9R orthogonal and 9R monoclinic structure,coexist in a single Cu-rich nano precipitate.Further analyses pointed out that Cu-rich nano precipitates of bcc structure were not stable,it may preferentially transform to 9R orthogonal structure and then to 9R monoclinic structure.This results showed that the crystal structure evolution of the Cu-rich nano precipitates was complex. | Liu FENG Bangxin ZHOU Jianchao PENG Junan WANG | 2013 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6: | 7 |
| 4 | A threshold effect of coupling delays on intra-layer synchronization in duplex networks显示文摘This paper investigates the impact of inter-layer coupling functions and intra-layer coupling delays on intra-layer synchronization regions and sychronizability. It is found that the inter-layer coupling functions have great influence on intra-layer synchronization regions, as well as on the intra-layer synchronizability. In particular, there exists an inter-layer coupling function such that the inter-layer coupling strength neither improves nor weakens the intra-layer synchronizability. Furthermore, no matter which one of three inter-layer coupling functions is chosen, a small intra-layer delay always keeps the intra-layer synchronized regions almost unchanged, implying that the small delay neither enhances nor suppresses the intra-layer synchronizability. At the same time the delay greatly frustrates the synchronizability in each layer when it is greater than some threshold. | 5 | MATRIEX imaging:multiarea two-photon real-time in vivo explorer显示文摘Two-photon laser scanning microscopy has been extensively applied to study in vivo neuronal activity at cellular and subcellular resolutions in mammalian brains.However,the extent of such studies is typically confined to a single functional region of the brain.Here,we demonstrate a novel technique,termed the multiarea two-photon real-time in vivo explorer(MATRIEX),that allows the user to target multiple functional brain regions distributed within a zone of up to 12mm in diameter,each with a field of view(FOV)of ~200μm in diameter,thus performing two-photon Ca2+imaging with single-cell resolution in all of the regions simultaneously.For example,we demonstrate real-time functional imaging of single-neuron activities in the primary visual cortex,primary motor cortex and hippocampal CA1 region of mice in both anesthetized and awake states.A unique advantage of the MATRIEX technique is the configuration of multiple microscopic FOVs that are distributed in three-dimensional space over macroscopic distances(>1 mm)both laterally and axially but that are imaged by a single conventional laser scanning device.In particular,the MATRIEX technique can be effectively implemented as an add-on optical module for an existing conventional single-beam-scanning two-photon microscope without requiring any modification to the microscope itself.Thus,the MATRIEX technique can be readily applied to substantially facilitate the exploration of multiarea neuronal activity in vivo for studies of brain-wide neural circuit function with single-cell resolution. | Mengke Yang Zhenqiao Zhou Jianxiong Zhang Shanshan Jia Tong Li Jiangheng Guan Xiang Liao Bing Leng Jing Lyu Kuan Zhang Min Li Yan Gong Zhiming Zhu Junan Yan Yi Zhou Jian K Liu Zsuzsanna Varga Arthur Konnerth Yuguo Tang Jinsong Gao Xiaowei Chen Hongbo Jia | 2019 | Light(Science & Applications)2019,8,1: | 4 |

| 19 | Chemotherapy drugs derived nanoparticles encapsulating mRNA encoding tumor suppressor proteins to treat triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is one type of the most aggressive breast can cers with poor prog no sis.It is of great urgency to develop new therapeutics for treati ng TNBC.Based on curre nt treatment guideline and genetic informatio n of TNBC,a combi nation al therapy platform in tegrati ng chemotherapy drugs and mRNA encoding tumor suppressor proteins may become an efficacious strategy.In this study,we developed paclitaxel amino lipid(PAL)derived nanoparticles(NPs)to incorporate both chemotherapy drugs and P53 mRNA.The PAL P53 mRNA NPs showed superior properties compared to Abraxane? and Lipusu? used in the clinic including high paclitaxel loading capacity(24 wt.%,calculated by paclitaxel in PAL),PAL encapsulation efficiency(94.7%±6.8%)and mRNA encapsulation efficiency(88.7%±0.7%).Meanwhile,these NPs displayed synergetic cytotoxicity of paclitaxel and P53 mRNA in cultured TNBC cells.More importantly,we demonstrated in vivo anti-tumor efficacy of PAL P53 mRNA NPs in an orthotopic TNBC mouse model.Overall,these chemotherapy drugs derived mRNA NPs provide a new platform to integrate chemotherapy and personalized medicine using tumor genetic information,and therefore represent a promising approach for TNBC treatment. | Chengxiang Zhang Xinfu Zhang Weiyu Zhao Chunxi Zeng Wenqing Li Bin Li Xiao Luo Junan Li Justin Jiang Binbin Deng David W.
