1保水剂和施肥量对沙地燕麦生产的影响显示文摘为给保水剂在沙地燕麦生产中的应用提供依据,在吉林白城雨养贫瘠沙地条件下,采用完全随机设计,研究了不同施肥水平下保水剂对燕麦秸秆和籽粒产量、品质及土壤养分的影响。结果表明,在4个复合肥(N-P2O5-K2O:15-15-15)施用量(375、300、225和150kg·hm-2)下,与对照相比,施用保水剂(60kg·hm-2)使燕麦平均秸秆产量、籽粒产量、地上部和地下部生物量分别增加38.58%、22.60%、32.02%和24.59%,差异均显著(P<0.05);叶、茎、籽粒平均粗蛋白含量分别增加0.65、4.09和2.58个百分点,相对饲用价值分别增加13.28、7.6和18.57个百分点;相对增加了耕层土壤养分(全N、速效P、速效K)含量,对0~10cm土层影响显著。肥料施用量显著影响燕麦秸秆产量、籽粒产量、地上和地下部生物量、植株粗蛋白含量和0~30cm土层养分含量。施用保水剂可显著提高籽粒产量平均肥料利用效率29.6%。60kg·hm-2保水剂和375kg·hm-2肥料施用量组合下燕麦产量最高,品质最优。毛思帅 M.Robiul Islam 贾鹏飞 薛绪掌 曾昭海 胡跃高 2011麦类作物学报2011,31,2:39
2Caffeine therapy in preterm infants显示文摘Caffeine is the most commonly used medication for treatment of apnea of prematurity. Its effect has been well established in reducing the frequency of apnea, intermittent hypoxemia, and extubation failure in mechanically ventilated preterm infants. Evidence for additional short-term benefits on reducing the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia and patent ductus arteriosus has also been suggested. Controversies existamong various neonatal intensive care units in terms of drug efficacy compared to other methylxanthines, dosage regimen, time of initiation, duration of therapy, drug safety and value of therapeutic drug monitoring. 4Review:Assessing potential dietary toxicity of heavy metals in selected vegetables and food crops显示文摘Heavy metals, such as cadmium, copper, lead, chromium and mercury, are important environmental pollutants, particularly in areas with high anthropogenic pressure. Their presence in the atmosphere, soil and water, even in traces can cause serious problems to all organisms, and heavy metal bioaccumulation in the food chain especially can be highly dangerous to human health. Heavy metals enter the human body mainly through two routes namely: inhalation and ingestion, ingestion being the main route of exposure to these elements in human population. Heavy metals intake by human populations through food chain has been reported in many countries. Soil threshold for heavy metal toxicity is an important factor affecting soil environmental capacity of heavy metal and determines heavy metal cumulative loading limits. For soil-plant system, heavy metal toxicity threshold is the highest permissible content in the soil (total or bioavailable concentration) that does not pose any phytotoxic effects or heavy metals in the edible parts of the crops does not exceed food hygiene standards. Factors affecting the thresholds of dietary toxicity of heavy metal in soil-crop system include: soil type which includes soil pH, organic matter content, clay mineral and other soil chemical and biochemical properties; and crop species or cultivars regulated by genetic basis for heavy metal transport and accumulation in plants. In addition, the interactions of soil-plant root-microbes play important roles in regulating heavy metal movement from soil to the edible parts of crops. Agronomic practices such as fertilizer and water managements as well as crop rotation system can affect bioavailability and crop accumulation of heavy metals, thus influencing the thresholds for assessing dietary toxicity of heavy metals in the food chain. 5保水剂和负压供水对玉米生理生长及水分利用效率的影响显示文摘采用一种负水头供水控水系统,通过调节供水负压值来控制不同的土壤含水率,研究3种供水负压(3、6、9kPa)下,保水剂对玉米生理、生长性状以及节水效果的影响。结果表明:在供水负压为3kPa时,保水剂使玉米株高降低了7.4%,叶面积降低了14.9%,地上部干物质量降低了12.4%,地下部干物质量降低了7.3%,水分利用效率降低了12.6%。在供水负压为6kPa和9kPa时,保水剂使玉米株高分别增加了10.0%、37.9%,叶面积分别增加了14.2%、90.8%,地上部干物质量分别显著增加40.4%、104.6%,地下部干物质量分别增加了35.3%、83.8%,水分利用效率分别显著提高了26.9%、65.7%。同时,与无保水剂的相比,玉米叶片水势分别增加7.1%、19.2%,叶片相对含水率、净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率也较高。表明在水分受限制条件下,保水剂能够改善植株的生理生长特性,提高水分利用效率。毛思帅 M.Robiul Islam 薛绪掌 曾昭海 胡跃高 2011农业工程学报2011,27,7:18
6双齿轮式排肥器设计与试验显示文摘为了提高颗粒肥料的施肥均匀性,设计了双齿轮式排肥器。利用离散元软件对排肥过程进行仿真分析,以排肥轮压力角、排肥轮间隙为试验因素,以排肥均匀度变异系数为排肥效果评价指标,分析因素对指标的影响。单因素试验结果表明,排肥轮压力角在15°~25°,排肥轮间隙在4~6 mm,排肥效果较好;通过二次通用旋转组合试验,建立了两个因素与评价指标的回归方程,试验结果表明,随排肥轮压力角、排肥轮间隙的增大,排肥均匀度变异系数均呈现先增大、后减小的趋势,当排肥轮压力角为19.52°、排肥轮间隙为4.7 mm时,排肥器具有最优的排肥效果,此时理论计算和仿真试验的排肥均匀度变异系数分别为15.30%和14.58%,两者偏差为0.72个百分点,说明回归模型准确。最优结构参数组合下双齿轮式排肥器的台架试验结果表明,排肥量可通过排肥轮转速线性调节,排肥均匀度变异系数为15.42%,与仿真值及理论值基本一致;同等条件下外槽轮排肥器的排肥均匀度变异系数为20.29%,试验排肥器排肥均匀度变异系数提高了31.58%,排肥均匀性得到明显改善。顿国强 于春玲 郭艳玲 纪文义 ISLAM K R 杜佳兴 2020农业机械学报2020,51,3:17
7磁性壳聚糖复合微球的制备及其Cu^2+吸附性能显示文摘以球磨后的粉煤灰磁珠(MS)颗粒为磁核,通过溶胶凝胶法和反相微乳液法依次包覆SiO_2和壳聚糖(CS),制备了MS@SiO_2@CS磁性微球。利用扫描电镜及能量色散谱仪、热重分析仪、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计对所得样品的结构和磁性进行了系统表征。结果表明,磁珠颗粒表面实现了逐层包覆,较均匀的分散于壳聚糖基体中,MS@SiO_2@CS微球的比饱和磁化强度可达7.04 emu·g^(-1)。Cu^(2+)离子吸附实验表明,所得磁性壳聚糖微球对Cu^(2+)具有良好的吸附能力,最大吸附量可达11.08 mg·g^(-1);而且可通过磁选法高效固液分离。吸附动力学研究表明,MS@SiO_2@CS微球对Cu^(2+)离子的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,以化学吸附为主。李建军 鲍旭 吴先锋 Islam Nazrul 刘银 乔尚元 余臻伟 朱金波 2017无机化学学报2017,33,3:17
8粉煤灰磁性吸附剂的制备及磷吸附机理显示文摘通过化学沉淀法制备了CMS@La_2O_3磁性磷吸附剂。结构及磁性表征显示,氧化镧较均匀的包覆在粉煤灰磁珠表面;样品的比磁化强度达20.35 emu·g^(-1),可实现高效磁分离。利用钼酸铵分光光度法对所得磁性吸附剂的磷吸附性能进行了试验研究。研究表明,其最高磷比饱和吸附量可达19.50 mg·g^(-1),吸附时间、pH值、共存阴离子等因素对磷吸附效果均具有显著影响。吸附动力学拟合表明,CMS@La_2O_3对含磷离子的吸附符合准二级动力学方程,以化学吸附为主,磁性吸附剂对含磷离子的吸附反应过程可由La_2O_3表面羟基化-离子交换模型解释。吸附磷后的CMS@La_2O_3吸附剂经处理后可多次循环使用。李建军 但宏兵 谢蔚 Islam Nazrul 杨露敏 叶先康 朱金波 2018无机化学学报2018,34,8:16
9Drug resistance mechanisms and novel drug targets for tuberculosis therapy显示文摘Drug-resistant tuberculosis(TB) poses a significant challenge to the successful treatment and control of TB worldwide.Resistance to anti-TB drugs has existed since the beginning of the chemotherapy era.New insights into the resistant mechanisms of anti-TB drugs have been provided.Better understanding of drug resistance mechanisms helps in the development of new tools for the rapid diagnosis of drugresistant TB.There is also a pressing need in the development of new drugs with novel targets to improve the current treatment of TB and to prevent the emergence of drug resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.This review summarizes the anti-TB drug resistance mechanisms,furnishes some possible novel drug targets in the development of new agents for TB therapy and discusses the usefulness using known targets to develop new anti-TB drugs.Whole genome sequencing is currently an advanced technology to uncover drug resistance mechanisms in M.tuberculosis.However,further research is required to unravel the significance of some newly discovered gene mutations in their contribution to drug resistance.Md Mahmudul Islam H.M. 13Impact of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium on Brown Planthopper and Tolerance of Its Host Rice Plants显示文摘The brown planthopper(BPH),Nilaparvata lugens(St?l),appeared as a devastating pest of rice in Asia. Experiments were conducted to study the effects of three nutrients,nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K),on BPH and its host rice plants. Biochemical constituents of BPH and rice plants with varying nutrient levels at different growth stages,and changes in relative water content(RWC) of rice plants were determined in the laboratory. Feeding of BPH and the tolerance of rice plants to BPH with different nutrient levels were determined in the nethouse. Concentrations of N and P were found much higher in the BPH body than in its host rice plants,and this elemental mismatch is an inherent constraint on meeting nutritional requirements of BPH. Nitrogen was found as a more limiting element for BPH than other nutrients in rice plants. Application of N fertilizers to the rice plants increased the N concentrations both in rice plants and BPH while application of P and K fertilizers increased their concentrations in plant tissues only but not in BPH. Nitrogen application also increased the level of soluble proteins and decreased silicon content in rice plants,which resulted in increased feeding of BPH with sharp reduction of RWC in rice plants ultimately caused susceptible to the pest. P fertilization increased the concentration of P in rice plant tissues but not changed N,K,Si,free sugar and soluble protein contents,which indicated little importance of P to the feeding of BPH and tolerance of plant against BPH. 14Stripe Rust Effector PstGSRE1 Disrupts Nuclear Localization of ROS-Promoting Transcription Factor TaLOL2 to Defeat ROS-Induced Defense in Wheat显示文摘Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici(Pst),a biotrophic plant pathogen,secretes numerous effectors to modulate host defense systems.Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which Pst effectors regulate wheat immunity is of great importance for the development of novel strategies for durable control of stripe rust.In this study,we identified a glycine-serine-rich effector gene,PstGSRE1,which is highly induced dur-ing early infection.Transgenic expression of PstGSRE1 RNAi constructs in wheat significantly reduced virulence of Pst and increased H2O2 accumulation in wheat.PstGSRE1 was shown to target the reactive ox-ygen species(ROS)-associated transcription factor TaLOL2,a positive regulator of wheat immunity.PstGSRE1 disrupted nuclear localization of TaLOL2 and suppressed ROS-mediated cell death induced by TaLOL2,thus compromising host immunity.This work reveals a previously unrecognized strategy whereby rust fungi exploit the PstGSRE1 effector to defeat ROS-associated plant defense by modulating the subcellular compartment of a host immune regulator and facilitate pathogen infection.Tuo Qi Jia Guo Peng Liu Fuxin He Cuiping Wan Md Ashraful Islam Brett M.Tyler Zhensheng Kang Jun Guo 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,12:11
15弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的疗效观察显示文摘目的探讨弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2014-02—2017-02采用弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗的27例儿童肱骨近端骨折,术中采用经内、外髁双侧入路或外侧髁单侧入路置入髓内钉。结果 27例均获得随访,随访时间平均12(9~18)个月。末次随访时影像学资料显示骨折部位骨痂生长良好,未出现弹性髓内钉断裂滑脱、骨折延迟愈合或不愈合、切口疼痛、血管损伤、尺神经损伤等并发症。末次随访时Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分平均92.6(78~98)分,其中优23例,良3例,可1例;患肢前屈上举平均162.5°(145°~175°),外展上举平均173.2°(145°~180°),中立位外旋平均41.2°(38°~45°),中立位内旋平均59.8°(50°~70°)。结论采用弹性髓内钉内固定手术治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折可有效减少创伤,术中损伤小、固定效果稳定,术后并发症较少、患肢功能恢复良好,可作为治疗儿童肱骨近端骨折的有效方法,值得临床借鉴与推广。周霖 刘德森 辜刘伟 Mohammad Tajul Islam Surajit Saha 曹洪 2020中国骨与关节损伤杂志2020,35,7:11
16Lead Induced Changes in the Growth and Antioxidant Metabolism of the Lead Accumulating and Non-accumulating Ecotypes of Sedum alfredii显示文摘The phytotoxicity and antioxidative adaptations of lead (Pb) accumulating ecotype (AE) and non-accumulating ecotype (NAE) of Sedum alfredii Hance were investigated under different Pb treatments involving 0,0.02 mmol/L Pb,0.1 mmol/L Pb and 0.1 mmol/L Pb/0.1 mmol/L ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) for 6 days. With the increasing Pb level,the Pb concentration in the shoots of AE plants enhanced accordingly, and EDTA supply helped 51% of Pb translocation to shoots of AE compared with those treated with 0.1 mmol/L Pb alone. Moreover, the presence of EDTA alleviated Pb phytotoxicity through changes in plant biomass, root morphology and chlorophyll contents. Lead toxicity induced hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) accumulation and lipid peroxidation in both ecotypes of S. alfredii. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), guaiacol peroxidase (G-POD), ascorbate peroxidase, and dehydroascorbate reductase elevated in both leaves and roots of AE as well as in leaves of NAE with the increasing Pb levels, but SOD and G-POD declined in roots of NAE. Enhancement in glutathione reductase activity was only detected in roots of NAE while a depression in catalase activity was recorded in the leaves of NAE. A significant enhancement in glutathione and ascorbic acid (AsA) levels occurred in both ecotypes exposed to Pb and Pb/EDTA treatment compared with the control, however, the differences between these two treatments were insignificant. The dehydroascorbate (DHA) contents in roots of both ecotypes were 1.41 to 11.22-fold higher than those in leaves, whereas the ratios of AsA to DHA (1.38 to 6.84) in leaves altering more to the reduced AsA form were much higher than those in roots. 17经跗骨窦入路结合型解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折显示文摘目的探讨经跗骨窦切口联合跟骨结合型微创解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的短期临床疗效。方法回顾性研究分析自2016年6月至2018年6月我院骨科中心收治的18例(19足)闭合性跟骨骨折患者,其中男11例,女7例;年龄范围22-65岁,平均(38.1±5.6)岁。Sanders分型:Ⅱ型8足,Ⅲ型11足。全部患者均采用经跗骨窦入路,联合使用跟骨结合型微创解剖板进行治疗。结果本组病例术后均获得随访,随访时间12-18个月,平均(13.5±1.5)个月。根据美国足踝外科协会(American orthopaedic foot and ankle society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分标准对患足功能进行评价,优16足,良2足,可1足,优良率94.7%。结论经跗骨窦切口入路联合跟骨结合型微创解剖板治疗SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折,可有效恢复跟骨的形态,有利于足踝功能地恢复,可作为SandersⅡ/Ⅲ型跟骨骨折手术治疗的一种选择。周霖 Mohammad Tajul Islam Surajit Saha 庹伟 刘德森 辜刘伟 薛晓凯 曹洪 2020实用骨科杂志2020,26,1:10
18生物炭与膨润土对镉吸附性能比较显示文摘比较了松木生物炭(PN-B)、花生壳生物炭(PT-B)及膨润土(Bent)对镉的吸附能力及机理,模拟其吸附等温模型和吸附动力学,并讨论pH、初始投加量对实验的影响,对吸附前后的吸附剂进行电镜扫描、傅里叶红外光谱及X射线衍射分析,探讨其吸附机理。结果表明:2种生物炭和膨润土对Cd 2+的吸附都符合Freundlich模型;3种材料吸附动力学均符合标准二级反应动力学方程;其中pH=6、投加量为0.1g时吸附效果最高,PN-B、Bent、PT-B最大吸附量及最大吸附率分别为16.56 mg/g(95%)、15.07 mg/g(91.06%)、15.52 mg/g(89.4%);生物炭对Cd 2+的吸附机理主要为—OH、—C O及—CH 2与Cd 2+发生表面吸附、离子交换和络合反应共同作用,膨润土对Cd 2+的吸附机理主要为离子交换反应。研究表明,松木生物炭对镉的吸附效果最好。牟珍珍 孟宪刚 Rehmat Islam 边建文 王振南 朱淑芳 宁海军 2019环境工程2019,37,11:10
19基于改进CA-Markov模型的山地城市边缘区土地利用变化模拟显示文摘山地都市边缘区土地利用处于深刻转型中,其变化模拟一直以来都是难点问题。现有的模拟方法如传统的CA-Markov模型等存在明显缺陷。该研究基于层次分析的多标准评价模型MCE引入传统的CA-Markov模型,改进传统模拟方法。在限制因素和限制因子适宜性评价基础上,结合实证区域2006,2011和2016年土地利用现状数据,引入改进的CA-Markov模型,模拟山地城市边缘区土地利用时空变化。首先是利用改进的模型与传统的模拟分别模拟2016年研究区域的土地利用变化;其次将2种方法获取的图像分别与实证区域的土地利用现状图进行精度分析,改进方法模拟精度明显高于传统方法精度;最后利用改进的方法和2016年现状数据,进一步模拟2030年实证区域的土地利用时空格局。结果表明:维持研究区现有的城镇化发展速度,到2030年研究区的耕地、林地、园地、水域、未利用地和农村居民点等将大幅减少,这对于研究区粮食安全、生态保护等造成较大威胁。改进的MCE-adjusted CA-Markov模型,相对于传统的CA-Markov模型,能较好地模拟山地城市边缘区土地利用时空格局变化。此外,讨论了研究结果对该区域国土空间规划编制的启示以及模型未来改进的方向等。王兆林 牙升业 蒲海霞 Mofakkarul Islam 欧玲 2020农业工程学报2020,36,16:10
20Watering techniques and zero-valent iron biochar pH effects on As and Cd concentrations in rice rhizosphere soils,tissues and yield显示文摘Zero-valent iron amended biochar(ZVIB)has been proposed as a promising material in immobilizing heavy metals in paddy fields.In this study,the impacts of p H of ZVIB(p H 6.3 and p H 9.7)and watering management techniques(watering amount in the order of CON(control,5/72)>3/72>1-3/72>3/100>1/72,with 5/72,for example,representing irrigation given to 5 cm above soil surface in 72 hr regular interval)on As and Cd bioavailability for rice and its grain yield(Yield BR)were investigated in a pot experiment.Brown rice As(As BR)content was irrelative to the watering treatments,while significantly decreased(>50%)with the addition of both ZVIB materials.The diminutions of brown rice Cd(Cd BR)content as well as the Yield BR were highly dependent on both the soil amendment materials’p H and watering amount.Among all the watering treatments,3/72 treatment(15%less irrigation water than the CON)with ZVIB 6.3 amendment was the optimum fit for simultaneous reduction of As BR(50%)and Cd BR contents(19%)as well as for significant increment(12%)of the Yield BR.Although high pH(9.7)ZVIB application could also efficiently decrease As and Cd contents in brown rice,it might risk grain yield lost if appropriate(e.g.3/72 in our study)watering management technique was not chosen.Therefore,ZVIB would be an environmentally friendly option as an amendment material with proper selection of watering management technique to utilize As and Cd co-contaminated arable soils safely for paddy cultivation.Md Shafiqul Islam Yali Chen Liping Weng Jie Ma Zulqarnain Haider Khan Zhongbin Liao Abdoul Salam Issiaka Abdoul Magid Yongtao Li 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,2:9
